3 February 2019: In January 2020 the French aircraft carrier Charles de Gaulle spotted a Lebanese-flagged cargo ship, the Bana, carrying armored vehicles to Libya under escort by a Turkish frigate. The vessel then was blocked by Italian authorities from leaving Genoa harbor on February 3, 2020. The captain of the Bana admitted that weapons had been loaded onto the ship at the Turkish port of Mersin, then transported to the Libyan capital of Tripoli. The shipment included tanks, howitzers, machine guns and air defense systems. The issue in Libya come as in 2011​ Barack Obama led an allied military intervention in Libya without first consulting the US Congress.

27 February 2019: Gordon Campbell pens a piece on National and John Keys close ties to China. Campbell writes;

June 2010, Prime Minister Key and Xi Jinping (at the time, China’s deputy leader) had co-witnessed the signing of an MOU between the ANZ and the China Development Bank, a deal meant to bolster trade and investment between the two countries. Other observers have noted Key’s subsequent role in boosting our relationships with China. On its website, Jacobi Consulting noted in late 2016 that Key visited China six times as PM, and that trade with China had blossomed over that period…Since 2014, Shipley has been chair of the China Construction Bank (CCB) NZ. According to this Stuff report Shipley was paid $50,769 in directors fees for that role between June-December 2015, the equivalent of an annualised figure of $90,000 a year.

The Companies Office also lists Shipley and tax expert and former PWC head John Shewan (The man John Key picks to investigate New Zealand blind trust and tax haven problem) among the current CCB directors).This sum, Stuff claimed, exceeded the $65,000 earned that same year [2015] by yet another former National Party leader Don Brash, for his ongoing role in chairing the local arm of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.

The Bank of China – which was the third Chinese banking entity to enter the New Zealand market that year – has two other former National MPs (Ruth Richardson and Chris Tremain) listed by the Companies Office as among its directors….National’s current leader Simon Bridges has sought to engineer a crisis out of the alleged “deterioration’ in our relationship with China. Bridges has blamed this ‘crisis’ on the actions of the coalition government over Huawei, and it has called for corrective action to re-assure Beijing of our friendly intentions. In reality, New Zealand’s participation (alongside our 5 Eyes security partners) in the interim banning of Huawei technology from the building of our 5G telco networks has not (so far) engendered anything like the retribution that China has taken against our other 5 Eyes partners. For months, China has engaged with Canada and Australia in a tit for tat series of visa revocations, indefinite trade bans and arbitrary arrests, including the imposition by China of a retrospective death sentence on one particularly unlucky Canadian drug dealer. Nothing remotely like those kind of steps have been imposed by China on New Zealand. By comparison, we’ve been given the kid gloves treatment, and New Zealand continues to be treated by China as the friendliest face in the 5 Eyes club. Regardless, Bridges has laid much of the blame for the alleged “deterioration” in the China relationship upon Foreign Minister Winston Peters. That selective focus on Peters is significant. Last year, Peters and his NZF colleague Defence Minister Ron Mark embarked on a “Pacific reset” as part of a belated attempt at countering China’s expanding military role (and cheque-book diplomacy) in the Asia-Pacific region. In December, Peters gave a speech at Georgetown University in Washington DC that urged the US not to retreat further into isolationism.

Campbell then notes the following Chinese NZ political connections to be found in the National Party (Note also presented through out this investigation in relation to serving Labour Mp’s or former Labour Mp’s);

• Privy Councillor Jenny Shipley served on the executive board of the New Zealand China Council. 
• New Zealand China Council’s current chairman is former National Party deputy PM and Privy Councillor Don McKinnon, and its CEO is Stephen Jacobi, of the aforementioned Jacobi Consulting.
• New Zealand China Council’sexecutive board includes Mark Averill of PWC (co director Shewan) and former Wellington mayor Kerry Prendergast, and its board of advisers include Raymond Hou who was linked to Chinese intelligence, and Karen Qian Hou – who is the general manager and executive director of the New Zealand branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.
• Commercial Bank of China board is chaired by former National Party leader Don Brash.
• The New Zealand China Council’s report promoting China’s Belt and Road Initiative opportunities for New Zealand was prepared by PWC with the help of what McKinnon, Chairman of the New Zealand China Council, described in the foreword as a “significant grant” from MFAT (can be found here). The pro Chinese report includes sponsorship from ANZ, Fonterra, PWC and Iwi.
• 2014, National MP Maurice Williamson quits parliament over his perceived interference in a Police investigation into a domestic violence allegation involving Chinese businessman/party donor Donghua Liu. Liu had been a major donor to the National Party.
• National MP and former PM Jenny Shipley on the board of Oravida NZ Ltd, Oravida Waters, an exporter of New Zealand artesian water. Shipley’s fellow directors at Oravida Waters are Stone Shi and Julia Xu: “Oravida has a consent to 146 million litres of ground water a year and the regional council says Oravida pays an annual compliance charge of around $500. Oravida markets the water at $1.60 a litre, meaning if all 146 million litres were sold it could be worth $233 million a year.
• Electoral returns confirmed a National Party MP received $25,000 from a controversial businessman after Prime Minister John Key had a private dinner with him. The PM maintained he met Donghua Liu at a National Party fundraiser but would not say where. The fundraiser emerged as a private dinner at Mr Liu’s $4.75 million home in Remuera, where Mr Key and Jami-Lee Ross, the MP for Botany (and future co leader of NZPP alongside former China Belt Road lobbyist Billy Te Kaha), were photographed alongside Mr Liu and his family. Mr Liu donated $25,000 that same month to Mr Ross’ election campaign. Liu donated $20,000 to the Maori Party before the 2017 election. Ross’ role in the alleged re-packaging of a $100,000 donation to National from Chinese donor Zhang Yikun (to ensure the donation complied with the legal thresholds for such gifts) was the central feature of the controversial taped conversations between Ross and National Party leader Simon Bridges.
• Other major donors to the National Party include Philip Hong ( $51,720) Do Yi Shi (aka Shi Stone) of Oravida ( $50,000) and Donny He ($17,000).
• National MP Jian Yang (also on the advisory board of the NZ China Council) is linked along with Labour MP Raymond Huo as linked to intelligence agencies; “National Party MP who studied at an elite Chinese spy school before moving to New Zealand has attracted the interest of our Security Intelligence Service. The list MP Jian Yang did not mention in his work or political CVs a decade he spent in the People’s Liberation Army-Air Force Engineering College or the Luoyang language institute run by China’s equivalent of the United States National Security Agency. That agency, the Third Department, conducts spying activities for China…..He was hand-picked by National Party president Peter Goodfellow to become an MP on its list in 2011, wooed directly by the former Prime Minister John Key and has been a key fundraiser for National among the Chinese community in Auckland.

To be fair similar national security questions should be asked over John Key and Greens MP Julia Genter ties to the United States. Key when faced with an OIA over allegations he was duel US New Zealand citizen replied to an OIA query by stating “no one in this office can answer that question in an official capacity”. Genter is a language political science major at Berkey where 65% of undergraduates with similar qualifications end up being recruited for work in the US intelligence agencies. Genter’s early employer includes Knights strategic planner whose customers include the US Navy. It is not illegal to be a duel citizen in either the USA or New Zealand. However US law prohibits duel pass port holders from holding public office outside the USA.It is however a law only enforced by the USA state department as it suits US interest. Its fair to say that since Clark retrospectively changed the citizen-shipment requirement of MP’s in 2008 (so as to ensure the majority of her party after it turned out that it transport minister Harry Duynhoven’s had breach of the Electoral Act co was born in Holland). The reality is New Zealand politics has no culture of counter intelligence or security vetting and is wide open to exploitation by both state actors and NGO’s.

My 1999 investigation of institutes like Prok Bank, Wellnet Holding (consortium partners to Prok, Fay Richwhite, Bao, Berkshire Hathway) traditionally high lighted nodes [clusters] in which NZ firms linked to Russian tax haven cowboys inevitably made up less than 5% of stocks, western investor made up about 10% of shares. The rest was made up of Chinese state owned consortiums who appeared to use the western firms as buffer conduits between them and the more shady members of the consortium.

All reminiscent of a suggestion made by a former Canadian military intelligence counter intelligence colleague who suggested that original British spies, who where made of Cambridge alumni (including the spy chief who picked New Zealand first SIS intake (according to Michael Parker SIS), whom author/spy Peter Wright and Chapman Pincher suggest was a traitor), Moscow handler was in fact answering to Beijing. A suggestion also inferred in M16’s 1960’s based Chinaman Report cited by Stephen Knight in The Brotherhood.

The uncorroborated M16 Chinaman report however has direct significance in terms of the 1980’s P2 affair [which by empirical example support the China Report central contentions – a claim incidentally disputed by Bluff resident and ‘retired’ former CIA case officer Walter McIntosh who regaled me with his understanding of the affair as passed onto him directly by Rome”s then serving CIA station chief]. And emerges in New Zealand in relation to key players in the UN Food For Oil scandal including the appointment of former Hong Kong’s Ernst & Young director David Mace and the emergence of actors like Jamie Lee Ross, Kelvyn Alp, Michael Stace, Billy Te Kaha and those linked to Queenstown’s Millbrook expat ‘gated’ community on New Zealand’s political landscape. Like a Ba Ba Bushka doll state run China hides behind ‘Mr Middle’ figures who dangle in turn carrots to local carpet baggers and opportunist located within the perceived traditional stepping stones preferred by ambitious social climbers. In 2010 spy agencies warned John Key NZs broadband infrastructure risked being compromised if Huawei was awarded contracts  Labour’s Clare Curran claimed in Parliament. She has been questioning Mr Key on Huawei’s involvement since last week when it was revealed Australia banned the Chinese telco from tendering for its broadband network because of concerns about potential cyber attacks. Key has refused to answer questions on the basis that he never answers questions about security briefings until Clare Curran asked: “Did he read the report he received from security agencies in 2010, and did it say there were no mitigation measures that would totally counteract the compromising of our broadband infrastructure should Huawei be given the contract?” Mr Key defended Huawei concluding “by the way, if it’s so unwelcome in Australia, I was amazed to find out that it has just become the official sponsor of the Canberra Raiders [rugby league team].” Labour’s Trevor Mallard responded: “That’s because they are raiding Canberra.”

The Government Communications Security Bureau (GCSB) it believed stepped in to block the company from the government-led broadband initiative in 2013 after three of the four New Zealand security echelon partners rejected Huawei’s involvement in their government broadband roll out. CHINA JUST INVADED AUSTRALIA WITHOUT FIRING A SHOT — It simply took its water.

February 28 2019: I write in the war diary before the fires began.

The Australia government just approved the sale of Snowy Mountain Engineering Corporation the subsidiary and brains of Snowy Hydro Dam the very heart and soul of Australian water. The Snowy Hydro dam was approved in October 1949 to fuel Australia post war rebuild and military ambitions was completed in 1974 at cost of 820 million, then a considerable slice of Australia budget in the frugal post war years. Today Snowy Hydro is the commercial heart and soul of Australia’s water needs. Yet less well known is how it was a leading pioneers in geo-engineering technology as Australia realised it would face water demand issues in the future.

Its ties to geo-engineering date back to the 1950’s when it was part of of the US Australian New Zealand based Project Crow Flight and experimented with the primitive means of cloud seeding. This was conducted in Australia and over the oceans of Tasman between Australia and New Zealand before arms convention treaties between the super powers made the subject of geoengineering taboo and it became a topic, in the 1970’s deemed fringe by mainstream corporate controlled media.

Today Snowy is an international multinational on its own right, associated with far more sophisticated method of water/weather manipulation including mountain geoengineering. Mountain geoengineering works by holding more snow in the uppermost reaches of the mountain ranges (i.e. peaks) where temperatures remain cold and holds the vast majority of water fit for human consumption. For usually snow falls on the mountain peaks, it eventually slides to the lower base of the mountain, where it melts in spring. As global temperatures rise snowfall in the lower base of the mountains it won’t survive the heating atmosphere so would thaw and evaporate to quickly to be used by humans, their crops and farm stock. ‘Snow-dams’ however hold the snow on the uppermost elevations prevent thawing and then convert it to water using technology which reverse engineers the affects of snow machines that now dominate ski field around the world and have done so since the 1990’s.

This technology has huge ramification in relation to current moves by offshore firms to take control of New Zealand’s own glacier Mountain gold fields:an issue DEADLINE discussed recently following revelations of

1. Visit by offshore bankers, including the CEO of Goldman Sach’s (pioneers behind the concept of Green Bonds; the 100% privatisation of water, energy and carbon credits) to Te Anau (hosted by DOC, Ngai Tau, Meridian Energy), to Southland glacier regions.

2. The discovery of moves by Meridian to buy out the valley below (“sell out or be flooded out” ) and Nick Geritch, an IP lawyer and good friend of Jame Shaw working for Fonterra’s, public admission at his wife Barbara’s gallery Convergence, in Picton, during a exhibition on water scarcity, he was receiving briefing from the Pentagon. From a 3 star general to be specific.

Why?

Because in Nick’s words Fonterra wanted “to get out of milk farming and get into water farming”.

This is all to be done under the public guise of conservation and pest eradication. A similar strategy that now lies behind the buy out of not just the entire Mahi Peninsular but the Easts coast and Bay of Plenty were Free Pest 2050 major backer is multinational Bayers (the parent firm of Monsanto who own the patent on 1080). It comes as China seeks to move into the East coast and not just grow hemp but more importantly control hemps IP patents [which gives not only a financial return but ensure market control].

Post WWII Snowy Mountain Hydro was headed by New Zealand’s own super weapons scientist Professor, Lieutenant Colonel, Thomas Leech, O.B.E.,, the dean of engineering at Auckland University school of engineering and the head of Project Seal a tsunami generating weapon. In 1950’s, under Leech’s directorship, Snowy Mountain Hydro Dam was ground zero of Australia short lived nuclear bomb plans and has a tunnel complex which goes right under Canberra’s parliament.

This is widely considered the Australian equivalent of Cheyenne Mountain/Area 51 and is the home of Australia government in the event of disaster. Or its where the real work gets done if you are of a conspiratorial bend and believe in shadow governments or concept such as the deep state. If not and you reject that allegation as horse shit, fair enough, that however does not alter the fact water is the economic heart of Australia in the 21st century.

The purchase of Snowy Mountain subsidiary Snowy Engineering with decades of secrets, military and economic, in its archives compares to the purchase of South Canterbury Finances; whose subsidiaries Scale Shipping (was the base stone of NZ Merchant Navy Special Operations {namely the supply of arms to Moscow during the second war (when the Russian’s where the West allies} in WII) & Helicopter NZ, the helicopter and gunship pioneers, whose original backers included Air America and the CIA (as alluded to in Alan Hubbard’s own biography). Both firms ultimately fell into the hands of Chinese backed firms offshore.

The Rise Fall & Flight of Brierly Investments Tony Wall: also documents the early attempt to take over SCF firm Scales which is also one of the largest owners of pastoral land in South Island. Today most of Brierly’s firms are now owned by Chinese firms such as Lippo Group whose CEO James Riady, a recognised asset of Chinese Military intelligence, was identified as a major contributor to both the Obama and Clinton election campaigns in 1999.

Snow Hydro was brought by Surbana Jurong, (leading pioneers in Agenda 2030 smart city technology and urban redevelopment construction) an arm of the Singapore government, in a $400 million deal. It will merge with Snowy Mountains Engineering Corporation double its size and lift revenue to S1.1 billion. The firm is now also buying up additional acquisitions in healthcare, aviation and facilities management.

Answer: In 2016 ICBC (The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited) signed a MOU (Memory of Understanding) with Surbana Jurong,to strengthen collaboration with a full suite of comprehensive financial and engineering expertise for major urban and infrastructure projects related to China’s Belt and Road initiative {who also build the technology behind the US major NAFTA highways).

The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited(ICBC) , associated with former New Zealand Prime Minister Ruth Richardson, and then blind trust ‘independent’ expert John Shewan (formerly of PWC brought into investigate blind trust in turn linked to the Cameron Ortis spy case and money laundering involving Russian and Chinse money laundering) signed MOUs with organisations across Singapore and China on September 19 2016, strengthening its commitment to infrastructure partnership and financing efforts related to the “Belt and Road” initiative.

The signing of agreements was witnessed by Singapore’s Minister for Trade and Industry (Trade) Lim Hang Kiang, Chinese Ambassador to Singapore Chen Xiaodong as well as about 200 representatives from Chinese and Singapore companies. Singapore is also a junior member of the Five Eyes ( a government/ corporate partnership) intelligence alliance and were to have based a cyber security hub and fighter wing at Ohaka part of the 20 billion spend up on military and cyber security undertaken by John Key as part four commitment to Five Eyes.

Suddenly and without explanation that deal is now said to have being cancelled following the Cameron Ortis spy scandal which has barely being mentioned in New Zealand papers.While questions now exist around the future of Five Eyes following allegations that it has being compromised. This is not the first time the question has being asked has Five Eyes being compromised via it big business crown business partnership nature.

According to the Chinese agreement, Singapore branch of ICBC will extend up 50 billion yuan states the Xinhua News Agency. Singapore’s capital markets and support Chinese companies looking to list equities or bonds on SGX, with a focus on real estate investment trusts (REITs) and offshore RMB bonds. The Belt & Road Initiative Weekly states; “China has set an excellent example for promoting sustainable development both nationwide and for the world as a whole”, said chiefs of international organisations and overseas observers on September 19 2016 (same day as the MOU between China and Singapore was signed) after a symposium on sustainable development at the United Nations headquarters.

This is known as the UN-facilitated 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and was adopted by world leaders one year ago under pressure from the IMF and World Bank and its corporate backers which include firm owned by China’s Sate government plus multinationals like Nestle, Bayer, Monsanto, who have lobbied aggressively for water privatization one of the things that Agenda 2030 outlines under its 17 sustainable development goals (SDGs) which it says is aimed at guiding the world to pursue economic and social progress while protecting the environment and it strategic partners profits.

In 2017 the Australian government injected $2 billion into the Snowy Hydro project for expansion in a over to provide water to Australia struggling agricultural sector. It may own the hydro scheme but it has sold off much of its supporting infrastructure and associated water rights.

“The Federal Government’s long-awaited foreign ownership of water entitlement register reveals investors from China and the United States have the biggest stake in foreign-owned water entitlements in Australia. The majority of foreign-held water entitlements are in the northern part of the Murray-Darling Basin…The register, compiled by the Australian Tax Office, shows one in 10 water entitlements is foreign-owned at 10.4 per cent. Chinese and US investors each own 1.9 per cent followed by the UK owning 1.1 per cent. More than 1,800 gigalitres of foreign-held water entitlements are within the Murray-Darling Basin, which is 9.4 per cent of the total Murray-Darling Basin water entitlement on issue.The findings show the majority of foreign-held water entitlements are in the Northern Basin at 21.9 per cent, followed by 5.5 per cent in the Southern Basin”.

Today Australia is struggling to meet their water security needs and situation is likely to be repeated in NZ as local politicians like Lianna Dalziel (also a participants in Rockefeller 100 cities global government initiative) James Shaw, John Key, have being shown to get into bed with private firms- many of whom are part of the Agenda 2030 policy. These are dollar chasing parties who have neither our interest at heart or the environment, regardless of slick marketing and the support of the corporate owned media, as they put profit before the people or the planet. And climate change or not that is as much a factor behind Australia fires and threats to food security as the weather is.

In regards to transnational organise crime nodes BCCI and the China Construction Bank I add the following notes;

• B.C. Liberal premier Christy Clark’s government met with Chinese Communist Party officials and real estate tycoons in Guangdong and Hong Kong. B.C.’s government eventually greenlighted a $190-million Belt and Road import-export centre in 2018.The first of its kind in North America. This despite the fact the U.S. State Department warned Canada Belt and Road projects where a major vector for Chinese espionage and trade-based money-laundering. While in The British Columbia premier, Christy Clark, received political donations from traced back to Chinese organised crime.

• In State Secrets (1999) I correctly forecast, two decades earlier, the role Canada would have in organised crime in the coming future when I wrote of the re-establishment of a BCCI like node. I say like in the context that BCCI was a criminal institute unique in that with the notable exception of China it succeeded in penetrating into the highest levels of government and law enforcement; “CENTAC’s Mexican investigation revealed how organised crime had completely infiltrated the Mexican government from top to bottom. I find myself also considering Canada as an alternative – …News reports noted that “Vancouver had become a favourite operational base for international drug smugglers. Authorities said most of the money raised by the group was smuggled back to Asia, and they would investigate if any banks in Hong Kong or other Asian financial centres were involved in laundering the money.

• The Panama Papers results in pressure on New Zealand’s foreign trust regime implicated in the tax haven scandal. The financial affairs of Prime Minister former director of the ANZ (named prominently in the 60,0000 times New Zealand mentioned in the Panama Papers) John Key appoints tax specialist John Shewan (Chairman of PwC New Zealand, Fonterra Shareholders Fund chairman and director of China Construction Bank. • BCCI founder Pakistani, Agha Hussan Abedi, had close relations with Chinese officials, and a former Pakistani ambassador to China was the bank’s first representative in Beijing. According to bankers and Western diplomats, Chinese state-owned companies used BCCI to move cash abroad to set up foreign companies and then reinvested the money in China as a joint venture and China later help BCCI disappear funds after authorities became aware of the bank rogue practices. As a consequence of BCCI’s collapse, determining what governments were credited by BCCI as receiving loans is a far easier matter than determining who, in the past, placed funds with BCCI. A consolidated loan report for BCCI dating from March 31, 1991, shows numerous governmental organizations credited as receiving very substantial lending from BCCI as follows:

• New Zealand Food For Oil responsible for 80% of Dairy goods used in corrupted UN scheme whose payout are over seen by New Zealander David Mace senior partner in Hong Kong Ernst & Young and Bao Steel China. Use third party contractors in Vietnam and Saudi Arabia who insure payments laundered through same net work also used by UAE government/Pakistani Intelligence 911, Muslim Brotherhood/Ukrainian-Balkan Separatists and Alqueda. NZ tender can be linked to previous “CIA”/Saddam Iraq-gate based money laundering networks. Am examination of that address can be best summed up as old money and lots of it. B) Will this mean armed police. Increased powers for groups like the SAS who are on record as seeking to become the dominant arm of the NZ armed forces. Thus see the NZDF become focused on paramilitary action which suit our larger security partners and their business partners at a cost to real national security issues, such as meaningful climate change strategies (as opposed the UN heavily corporate sponsored version -which in reality is a license for capitalism gone mad), fisheries, and civil defence.

C) I fear the consequence of this attack will result in even more loss of civil liberties and intrusion into their life via burgeoning industry, who increasingly can also be found manufacturing weapons components and mass surveillance technology.

I can date this back to 2008 when Helen Clark met a major arms dealer for Saudi Arabia BAE who arrived in NZ Anthony Texeria to met with New Zealand businesses. I have documented extensively since 1995 on a fleet of aircraft, using plane spotting data bases, whose registration confirms them as known arms traffickers who were either contracted to the NZDF or the Saudi government.

Three case will verify my claims:

Stace was also linked to the Operation 8 groups and Maori Activist Tama Iti and who like Chch shooter was shopping at the Gun City owned by Christian Fundamentalist Gun City who peace link note helped arm the contras (led by AFIO Co- leader Major General John Kirk Singlaub who headed the World Anti Communist League and had major mining connections).*1

This tragedy has made then forget that anti globalisation causes such as the TPPA was not anti global solidarity, anti workers rights, or anti the environment. Bolton now says he is a Christian and was recently photographed at event next to Brian Tamaki at an event. (The Tamakis also have family branches involved in the military and bike gangs with Hell Angles links). And of course it comes as NZPP leadership who prey on lower socio economic Christian communities of Maori Polynesia considered a coalition with Brian Tamaki and Out Doors. While another right wing political activist Brad Flutey who boasted of his weekly meeting with Winston Peters (who group like the NF voted for due to his anti globalist stance which he promptly tore up when he got into power). Flutey was also a big promoter of ‘right wing’ Yellow vest (overseas Yellow Vest was not right wing but simply anti global corporatisation) and Tump QAnon conspiracies yet oddly also tried to set up meeting with Outdoors and Maori activist Tama Iti. That is when Flutey he was not trying to get anti 1080 groups to endorse an automated drone for pest eradication with NZDF links for killing possums (an idea just pushed by Eugene Sage the same week Israel bombed a drone factory in Iran accused of helping Hama weaponize drone so they drop hand grenades).

March 26 2019: The anticipated Muller Report on investigation into whether Russia hacked the US elections and if any US officials concluded. The verdict is in summary NO. A joint investigation by news.com.au and social media intelligence agency ‘Storyful’ over the past month has found only a handful of these posts take place on fringe sites such as Gab and 4chan. The bulk of Agenda 21 conversations are on mainstream platforms Twitter and Facebook — where tens of thousands of Aussies have liked and followed Australian-based pages dedicated to the conspiracy. The conspiracy theory centres on the UN’s non-binding Agenda 21 sustainable development goals, adopted by more than 178 governments in 1992. The document sets out broad objectives for governments to combat poverty and protect the environment. These goals were updated in 2015 with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, which sets out 17 broad aims — including to “take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts” — agreed on by all UN member states”.

Such reporting also say the Agenda 2030 Agenda 21 goals are fiction and that the idea of ecocide and genocide do not exist. Because they say so. Yet the article and many like it omit the most significant fact that Agenda 2030 UN policy is being driven by corporate scum bags (the financier of the World Bank and the International Money Fund who control and execute UN policy via control of global debt). Mega corporations many of whom have terrible history regarding human rights and the environment. Multinationals who repeatedly put people before profits and are on record of engaging in ecocide and whose monopolisation steps will cause economic apartheid which will result in death through lack of vital resources like food and water.

Its in fact damage control of facts which are concerning and are challenging the official narrative such as the example of the Australian military spreading flammable chaff over a fire risk area now deemed ground zero of the great Australian fires. September18 2019: Relatives of the victims of the 9/11 attacks suing Saudi Arabia for compensation obtained a coveted piece of information last week that they hope will strengthen their case. The FBI disclosed the name of a Saudi official who is believed to have helped two of the 19 hijackers who carried out the terror attacks in New York, Washington and Pennsylvania on Sept. 11, 2001.

The man allegedly tasked two other Saudis living in the Los Angeles area before the 9/11 attacks — Omar al-Bayoumi and Fahad al-Thumairy — to aid Nawaf al-Hazmi and Khalid al-Mihdhar, who crashed American Airlines Flight 77 into the Pentagon.

Al-Bayoumi allegedly did such things as finding the two terrorists an apartment, co-signing their lease and paying their first month’s rent. The FBI investigated al-Bayoumi and al-Thumairy after 9/11 but released them without bringing any charges. The men are believed to be living in Saudi Arabia. The families’ lawyers say they want to talk to them.

September 12 2019: Ortis, the 47-year-old director general of the RCMP’s national intelligence co-ordination centre, faces multiple charges under the Security of Information Act for allegedly preparing to share sensitive information with a foreign entity or terrorist organization. He’s also charged with sharing Fintrac operational information back in 2015.

At least 25 documents “had been processed and sanitized to remove identifying information just days before his arrest. Security services first got wind of Ortis through a separate probe of Phantom Secure Communications, led by the Australian Police a B.C.-based company under investigation for providing encrypted communication devices to international criminals. Specifically the Hawala network headed by Pakistan Atlaf Khanani which bear an canny resemblance to BCCI of the 1980′ which Saudi Arabia saw as the pathway to securing nuclear weapons technology for Islam.

There is no suggestion the current leadership of Emirates Post Group was in any way involved in the Khanani operation, but it is stacked with high-flyers.

Directors include Khalid Ali Al Bustani, who in 2017 was appointed director-general of the UAE Federal Tax Authority, and Abdulkareem Alzarouni, the chief financial officer of the National Bank of Abu Dhabi.

The EPG 2013 annual report — the most recent one it has published — said the Exchange had two “correspondent banks” in Australia. AUSTRAC said the Wall Street Exchange had not been identified in Australia as a “reporting entity on our register of remittance service providers”.

To date they have confirmed a dozen but expect there to be some more,” a union spokesperson said. Designated leaders of the protest were labeled alternatively liberal activist for workers’ rights or voices of the “far right” by MSM further confusing the issue of who exactly was behind Melbourne’s pandemic protests? The union’s secretary, John Setka, who is isolating after a Covid-19 outbreak among CFMEU officials following the protest, said members would be called before the union’s executive and could face expulsion.

Setka acknowledged that some workers had genuine concerns about receiving the vaccine and he said the union did not support mandatory jabs for CFMEU members. He said the union would provide those members with legal advice. “Whether we agree with it or not, we have to respect that genuine fear,” the union boss said.

Dr Peter Crabtree, head of the NZ Space Agency at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, said New Zealand had attracted interest from around the world. November 25th 2019: The first of the second 2019 NASA Norway Cusp Heating Investigation, or CHI mission is launched.  The experiment measures the flow of plasmas and gases in a funnel in space known as the Northern Cusp, This funnel, and the matching one at the South Pole, allows solar winds from the Sun to penetrate the Earth’s atmosphere. The data collected will help scientist understand and predict how the cusp, is going to behave in the future – which is essential to avoid serious interference with low-orbit and Earth technology systems. This “strange blob of density” can potentially cause problems for spacecraft and satellites (knocking them closer to space debris, for example). The extra mass of displaced electrons interferes with GPS and communications beamed back down to Earth too, because of the additional atmospheric turbulence that’s the Cusp creates.

“A little extra mass 200 miles [322 kilometres] up might seem like no big deal,” says space physicist Mark Conde from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, the principal investigator on the Cusp Region Experiment-2 (CREX-2) mission.“But the pressure change associated with this increased mass density, if it occurred at ground level, would cause a continuous hurricane stronger than anything seen in meteorological records.“ like fingers on a harp as it were.

 “China’s first seismo-electromagnetic satellite (CSES) Zhangheng 1 (the monitoring arm of the Russian Chinese experiment) had obtained fruitful electromagnetic data, according to the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC)….It has obtained information about global ground artificial sources, magnetic storms and signals of earthquakes above 7 magnitude. It also helps with understanding the coupling mechanisms of the lithosphere, atmosphere and ionosphere.

Shen Xuhui, the chief scientist of the CSRS satellite: He said China is expected to have three electromagnetic satellites in orbit by 2022, offering support for earthquake forecasting as well as space weather monitoring and warning”.

In conjunction with Turkey’s oil drilling activities in the eastern Mediterranean, the agreements increased tensions in the region. The number of joint air and sea exercises that include France, Egypt, Greece, Cyprus, Jordan, Italy and Israel has increased in the region. The Japanese Ground Self-Defense Force and the US Army have begun a joint drill aimed at boosting cooperation in cyberspace and other new areas of defense;

A new study, published in the Journal of Volcanology and Geothermal Research, takes another step toward the development of lightning as a monitoring tool to track the ever-shifting dangers of a volcanic eruption.

December 9 2019: The Antarctica end of the CHI mission was monitored at King George Island Antarctica where and when the Chilean Air-force just lost a aircraft with a crew list of major general and a remote sensor (a technician who analyse multi-spectrum images taken by satellite) General Major General Ortiz and remote sensor Claudia Monzo went missing along with Chilean Air force top pilots Colonel Christian Astorquiza, Lt Colonel Oscar Saavedra. and nearly 50 other military personnel. The Chilean military Hercules goes somewhere in the Drake Passage after the plane experienced unknown electrical phenomenon. The Chilean plane (since recovered with not survivors) went down with passenger sending a Whatsap text, just before the crash, say they were experiencing an electrical failure. The Chilean Airforce has also being studying electrical magnetic anomaly related to seismic and Vulcan activity including an area over White Island New Zealand as reported on Radio New Zealand in 2018.

December 10 2019: A member of the Saudi Air Force 2nd Lt. Mohammed Alshamrani, 21, who was training to be a pilot killed three people at Naval Air Station Pensacola before he was shot dead. A year earlier October 31st, 2018 three Air Force Commanders From Laughlin Air Force Base Were Fired for failing to allegedly stop misconduct namely a culture of violent hazing and inappropriate sexual conduct. The most senior officer fired was Col. Charles Velino, Commander of the 47th Flying Training Wing. The Third Commander was Later Identified as Lt. Col. Tom Allen. Col. Allen who commanded the 87th Squadron, part of the 47th wing under Col Velino and before that Col. Martin Schans who had previously being posted in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia where he ran the USMTM (US Military Training Mission) and had being a commander of the Las Vegas Nevada based Red Flag Top Gun fight school in 2012.

In 2021 victims of the 2019 shooting at the Florida military base and their families launched a law suit against Saudi Arabia, claiming the kingdom knew the gunman had been radicalized and that it could have prevented the killings. The suit also claims that Saudi trainees knew in advance about plans for the shooting but did nothing to stop it.

The lawsuit went beyond blaming Alshamrani for sole responsibility. It alleges that Saudi Arabia knew about Alshamrani’s associations with al-Qaida and his radicalization and yet failed to monitor, supervise or report him. It stated the gunman told fellow Saudi trainees at a dinner party the night before the attack that he planned to carry out the shooting the following day, but instead of reporting it, they called out sick morning of the killings. One recorded the shootings while standing outside the building; two others watched from a car nearby. The complaint stated Alshamrani’s Saudi trainees were aware that he had brought and stored firearms and ammunition in his barracks (using a loop hole to get around US law prohibiting foreigners from weapons purchases) , and that he had posted and shared extremist material on social media and screened videos of mass shootings before the attack.

The lawsuit stated;

“Al-Shamrani was a Trojan Horse sent by his country, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its proxy, al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, for flight training at Naval Air Station Pensacola, Florida, under the auspices of a program tied to billions of dollars in military arms sales from the United States to the Kingdom…Little did the American people know that such an arrangement would soon devolve into a horrific, Faustian bargain.”

A month after the shooting, then-Attorney General William Barr, deported 21 Saudi military trainees found to have posted jihadist or anti-American sentiments on social media pages or found to have “contact with child pornography”  The complaint sought monetary damages against Saudi Arabia under an exemption of the law that allows for lawsuits against foreign countries arising from acts of terrorism. President Donald Trump told reporters Saudi Arabia’s king would help the victims’ families “very greatly,” the law suit however maintains the kingdom breached the agreement and failed to offer compensation. Dec 11 2019; 300 Starlings dropped from the sky in Anglesey North Wales in the UK near where Professor Last, the electromagnetic defence expert, crashed his plane. Similar mass bird deaths were experienced in the same location, near the BT communication tower (Now run by Lockheed Martin), around 2012.

December 28 2019: More than 500 shallow earthquakes larger than M2.0 hit Puerto Rico  near Florida. These earthquakes aren’t far from the epicenter of a  strong earthquake that hit  in January 2020. That 6.4 created extensive damage in Puerto Rico, including widespread power failures across much of the island.  An earthquake swarm started there in December 2019 and unrest has continued since.

December 31 2019: The ambient air temp at Mallacoota Inlet in Victoria Australia suddenly rose from 24C to over 48C in less than 30 minutes, then returned to 24C in another 30 minutes. No natural phenomenon can do this. This happened as the town was waking up to pitch blackness when it should have been a sunny day, and was shortly engulfed by a massive fire-storm that had moving at the unprecedented speed of covering 20 kms in 4 hours.

December 2019: A UN Panel of Experts on Libya identifying multiple and routine military equipment (drones, armored vehicles, laser weapons and other arms and ammunition) shipments in 2019 from NATO member Turkey by Turkish authorities, companies and individuals in violation of UNSC Resolution 1970. The report noted that a large consignment of Kirpi 4×4 Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicles, manufactured by a Turkish state defense contractor BMC, was offloaded in Tripoli from the Moldovan-flagged MV Amazon on May 18, 2019 (Previously New Zealand registered and identified as supplying the LTTE in Sri Lanka with arms).

The Weekend Herald investigations by Eugene Bingham shows the Amazon regularly changed its flags being at one time registered in Singapore, but is now registered in Liberia. Before noting that “There are New Zealand connections with the group’s shipping network, a fleet that is believed to ferry explosives and arms.” She then quotes “a Canadian Security Intelligence Service report” saying the Tigers “run a secretive fleet of ships through various front companies. The fleet includes at least 10 freighters equipped with sophisticated radar and satellite communication technology. While the ships mostly carry legitimate commercial goods such as tea and concrete, they also transport explosives, arms and ammunition to the terrorist group the Tigers. Among the ships linked to the Tigers, the report names one it says flew under a New Zealand flag”.

This view is also supported by Andrew Mwangura who heads the watchdog group East African Seafarers Association. It included those believed to have supplied Iran Somalian pirates who in turn will target ships for clients with a network of informer reaching from South Africa and into the gulf of Arabia.

December 2019: Since 2019, an international group of scientists, field biologists and volunteers have been investigating a mysterious phenomenon known as an Unusual Mortality Event, or UME, that’s been killing off one the world’s heartiest survivors: the northern Pacific gray whale. In that time, the number of reported dead stranded gray whales has reached 500 and this is believed by scientist studying whales to be the tip of the iceberg. The fatalities may be in the thousands.

Bare in mind when Tarrant brought that ammo 20,000 rounds plus weapons had just being stolen from a pistol club in Dunedin (followed by rash of arms burglars in Dunedin). While in 2015 Dunedin University went into lock down after threat of mass shooting attempt was made on 4chan, days after the Orlando University shooting. 4Chan is one of the social media channels Tarrant regularly visited. So you would think the city would be termed a hot spot and any unusual quantity of rounds purchases would be worth additional scrutiny by the police at this time.

Mean while the Dunedin police used both the pistol range and the rifle range at Milton were the club used targets that depicted human beings and members brought and paraded arms with fixed bayonets for show and tell. And if the cops who used that range failed to notice the clubs toxic gun culture their were a number of folk (from responsible shooting clubs) who are on file as having contacted the police and said ‘oi this club has an issue’.
