Wackenhutt would be tied to narco trafficking, spying and organised crime, recruiting and running operations from within prisons, with links to both Hunt and CIA dark lord Theodore Shackley (who was in Timaru as a pilot at the time Horsch was). And ties to prison in Australia, UK, New Zealand.

What is certain is both men were operating on the dark fringes of the Florida counterculture and criminal underground in the 1970s—Hunt with his lingering anti-Castro Cuban network contacts, and Horsch as a fugitive counterfeiter and drug grower.

Hunt the head of the White House “Plumbers” and a career CIA operative, relied heavily on recruiting highly specialized, off-the-books technicians who could build, plant, and maintain audio surveillance (bugging) equipment used to spy and black-mail, without leaving a paper trail back to the government. If they had a record even better.

In an interview (57;25 Wife –Full archived interview with RC Horsch, father of Eugene Horsch ) and notes he moved to New Zealand. Where he owned 80% of the ethanol distillery, company files support this along with as not owned a plane.

The other partner in Chemical Technologies was New Zealand lawyer John Rutherford. Rutherford own involvement includes US tech and high-tech communication firms and Sky Bus – all unearth several other intelligence links and connection to US crime via American pilot WTT Kele (whose criminal background was revealed by NZ Journalist Gordon Macglouchlan. Rutherford own paper trail I will later take to the heart of current organised crime and New Zealand role in money laundering for Russian and Mexican cartels.

Horsch could not lie straight in his bed if he tried. Yet looking at the Chambers own bio I began to wonder about a Laurel Canyon LA. connection which include;

It his manager Michael Jeffery —who managed acts like The Animals— who raises eyebrows. Jeffrey served in the Intelligence Corps of the British Army, was completely fluent in Russian, He funneled multi-million-dollar revenues from Hendrix and The Animals through a Bahamian-based offshore shell corporation called Yameta Production which replicated methods used by the CIA at this time.

Another frequent visitor to Los Angeles’s Laurel Canyon music scene with Neville Chester ties was Eric Clapton the singer who gave us the hit cocaine. In the late 1960s Clap stayed at the historic Errol Flynn mansion -later known as “The Mansion” and owned then by producer Rick Rubin who ironically claimed to have never touch drugs or alcohol.

Errol lived near the top of the canyon—famously planning an exotic greenhouse for black orchids, he was obsessive about. The property had in fact even been picked to grow his black orchids.

Mulholland orchid farm included a pool, tennis court, a private casino, and notorious two-way mirrors or secret passageways.

The terms “black orchid,” “Errol Flynn,” and a serial killer connect to the darkly satirical thriller novel ‘The Serial Killers Club’ by Jeff Povey. In the book, the protagonist kills a serial killer in self-defense and finds a personal invitation in the dead man’s wallet to an exclusive club where murderers hide their identities by adopting old Hollywood star names, including Errol Flynn.

Black Orchid is also the pseudonym used by one of the female serial killers in this exclusive club and it raise up the specter of Black Dahlia. Black Dahlia was a serial killer which has links to a number of famous American serial killers, who have apparent and allegedly had knowledge of each other. It includes the Cleveland Torso Killer, Zodiac Killer, Lip Stick Killer, I personally doubt this but do thinks it possible the killers studied each other’s methods.

A hidden corridor in the mansion famously led from the bar area to an overhead vantage point looking directly into the guest women’s bathroom. Lili Damita (Mid-1950s). After Flynn fled to Europe in 1953 to escape back taxes and alimony, his first life seized the property. Invokes vision of David Lynch classic Mulholland driver with it fractured schizophrenic Twin Peaks ‘Black Lodge’ feel which many have compared to MK ULTRA split-personality experiments.

Known as the Lookout Mountain Air Force Station, the secret US base had its own advanced film laboratory and studio. Its primary use?,

Highly classified documentaries, training tools, and mapping media regarding America’s nuclear weapon tests and intelligence operations — including methods useful for surveillance and or black mail. As it post war morphed into a public relation propaganda arm for the intelligence and military industrial complex.

Its MK Cultural ties were recently headlined by author David McGowan in his book Weird Scenes Inside the Canyon, his theory suggests that the 1960s counterculture was not entirely organic. Or more accurately the movement was subverted from within. Either way the claims have opened up a can of worms as more and more is learned on the region’s sordid links from WW2 to the current day. Lookout Mountain base required up to 250 personnel all with above Top-Secret crypto security clearances. Its sensitivity meant the military bunker actively monitored and spied on the immediate geographic area — including the radical, anti-war rock stars living less than a mile down their access road—for counterintelligence and security purposes throughout the late 1960s. This fact going to shape a number of events that will unfold in the canyon in the 1960s.

The Canyon with its pervy spy base was un-surprisingly also later linked to the birth of US Porn industry and the Wonderland gang murders – involving porn super star and drug addict John Holmes and to serial killer/narco trafficker linked to the importation of heroin from Vietnam a technique denied by the Las Vegas Mob museum as debunked though in fact there are many testimony that support this account.

David Crosby (of Crosby Stills & Nash) perhaps offers the best intelligence counter-culture bridge to secretive Airforce base of Laurel Canyon and LA Counter Culture scene. Crosby father (Floyd Crosby): Served in the US Army Air Forces during World War II.

Floyd was an Oscar-winning cinematographer who was commissioned as a Major to fly in combat camera crews, making specialized training and reconnaissance films for the military. Crosby was assigned to the (FMPU) during World War II. It was FMU who originally built and established the hidden Laurel Canyon facility in 1941 to create air defence and training films.

The British rock band The Who, which Chambers aka Chester managed from 1965 and 1966, worked with Neville Chesters. Chster was the band’s primary road manager, driver, and gear technician and general fixer. His job was an exhausting mix of manual labor, organizing and managing logistics and social networking, during which time The Who were frequent visitors to Laurel Canyon, the famous 1960s and 1970s communal enclave in the Hollywood Hills of Los Angeles. Their most famous connection to the area is through landmark counterculture events like the 1967 Monterey Pop Festival, where The Who performed alongside many of the artists who actually lived in the canyon and had family involved with the intelligence community in it most sensitive areas.

While Chambers/Chester was himself in the Merseybeats, a 1960s English Merseybeat band from Liverpool, frequently crossed paths with media personality and disc jockey Jimmy Savile during the height of the UK pop music boom.

Savile, as a prominent host, VIP fixer and DJ of the era, routinely introduced the band on live concert stages and early television programs. Eric Clapton, another Chamber/Chester associate, told 6 Music that Jimmy Savile’s career really took off when backstage at Top Of The Pops in 1967, after Saville introduced Clapton band Cream to the Small Faces.

Eric Clapton visited Laurel Canyon and interacted with iconic local musicians such as Crosby and Joni Mitchell (writer of the iconic album Wood Stock and Ladies of the Canyon). Mitchell own father served as a Flight Lieutenant in the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) during WW2. He helped train pilots as part of the British Commonwealth Air Training and travelled throughout the USA. Mitchell’s own house 8217 Look Out Mountain was adjacent to the real-life Lookout Mountain Air Force Station hidden in the canyon used in psyops. Clapton would himself stayed at both Mitchell’s home, musician Mama Cass Elliot’s (Mammas & Papas) house as well as the Flynn mansion at 7740 Mulholland Drive.

Elliot a good friend of Hendrix was herself arrested in UK as part of a major drug operation which however had more to do with her occasional boyfriend, Pic Dawson. British police believed was involved in a major drug-smuggling importation operation. Dawson, who died of a drug overdose in the 1980s, was certainly an interesting figure with connections to the underworld.

Numerous rumors circulate about him partly thanks to his peripheral involvement in the Manson Family murders. Dawson knew several of the victims – basically, he was the Laurel Canyon victims drug dealer. After the murders band member John Phillips (who narrowly missed being murdered himself), is said to have told the LA police that the bloody PIG daubed on Sharon Tate’s wall actually said PIC.

Phillips, who feared he might be considered a suspect, had his own proximity to power, attending the Naval Academy before winding up in Havana at the height of the Cuban Revolution. The notoriously corrupt LA police (who later omitted a tonne of evidence) were also informed that Dawson, along with another of Elliot’s drug-dealing boyfriends, Bill Doyle, had been ejected from a party at the home of pedophile Roman Polanski house shortly before the murders. Actor Michael Caine of all people recalls attending a party in Hollywood with Jay Sebring and Sharon Tate, where Mama Cass introduced him to a ‘scruffy little man’. His name was Charles Manson who was introduced to LA Laurel Canyon rock scene via The Beach Boys drummer Dennis Wilson after befriending him in Los Angele.

Not everyone was charmed.

Zappa was very well connected to the top echelon of the USA world of smoke and daggers. Largely as a result of his own father Francis Vincent Zappa being military chemist and mathematician whose top-secret position include working at the Edgewood Arsenal chemical warfare facility of the Aberdeen Proving Ground, run by the U.S. Army. Francis later worked at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California, and Edwards Air Force Base.

Laurel canyon musician and heroin addict James Taylor’s also had dad who worked in top-secret labratories.

Taylors father was Dr. Isaac M. Taylor, a physician and the dean of the University of North Carolina (where Zappas dad studied for a history degree) School of Medicine. In 1955, he joined the United States Navy and became a medical officer. In 1957, he was a lieutenant commander and was a bacteriologist at McMurdo Station in Antarctica for Operation Deep Freeze, serviced by New Zealand, doing biowarfare research.

This list is no way complete, but it just need be said the links in each case involve a parent working in extremely classified parts of the industrial. That and Mason pop connections and ability to avid incarceration were simply just incredible. The deeper you look the more astounding it becomes.

Oh and about the clam Laurel Canyin area was always under careful surveillance?

The person who made the original 111 caller, according to author Tom Oneill (CHAOS: Charles Manson, the CIA, and the Secret History of the Sixties) following the murder was undercover CIA agent and arms dealer Reeve Whitson — a friend of Charles Manson the murders ringleader and cult boss. Whitson later admitted he had the house under surveillance and acted as a behind-the-scenes go-between for LAPD and military intelligence during the investigation. And what about Manson own alleged MKULTRA ties??

Another CIA tie to Manson was Dr. Louis Jolyon “Jolly” West (1924–1999) a prominent American psychiatrist and a key researcher tied to the CIA’s covert Project MKUltra mind-control program during the 1950s and 1960s.

In 1967, West was running the Haight-Ashbury Free Clinic, studying the hippie subculture and its drug use. Manson and his followers were regulars there before drifting south to Los Angeles and into Laurel Canyon. West’s research focus — prolonged LSD use, group manipulation, and the sway of charismatic leaders — mirrored the exact conditions inside the Manson Family.

The CIA later admitted to helping spread LSD through various channels including the music industry. The goal was to make the Rock stars became the counter cultures new spiritual leaders and derail the anti-war movement and counterculture embrace of non-violent anarchism.

Executive producer Alison Ellwoon talks of the change in the Laurel Canyon culture as the 1960’s turned into the 1970s and the CIA eyes fell on the counter-culture scene “it turned into a den of drug thieves”.

Visa the drug trade and rock-n-roll the book ‘Mr Nice’, drug super smuggler Howard also confirms many counterculture bands including the Rolling Stones were routinely used for high level trafficking drugs (including Marijuana heroin, cocaine and LSD) due the opportunity that band logistic presented. The July 1, 1981, Wonderland gang murders would take place at 8763 Wonderland Avenue in Laurel Canyon just down the road from Look Out Mountain the top-secret, heavily fortified underground facility, that made it their bussiness to spy on their neighbours, located at 8935 Wonderland Avenue.

It is here where the bodies of Ron Launius, William “Billy” Deverell, Joy Miller and Barbara Richardson were found inside a Laurel Canyon home on Wonderland Avenue.

LA Police believed the victims were beaten with hammers and metal pipes. The LAPD compared the killings to the Tate-LaBianca murders committed by the Manson family on Wonderland Avenue just 12 years earlier. The second ‘Wonderland Murders’ were tied to adult film star John Holmes, a major drug robbery, and nightclub owner Eddie Nash with server reprisals. It was at this time the CIA began importing cocaine and distributed it to rival gangs. The CIA continue to deny the link on technicality admitting connections but blaming rogue agents

Holmes the porn star turned drug addict became entangled with the killers the ‘Wonderland Gang’, a group of drug dealers who operated out of 8763 Wonderland Avenue. They were known as one of the most feared cocaine distributors in Los Angeles. Ron Launius served as the leader, Billy Deverell was a core member, and Joy Miller was Deverell’s girlfriend.

On 29 June 1981, the gang carried out a violent armed home invasion and robbery at the Studio City home of powerful, organized crime figure and nightclub owner Eddie Nash. They stole over $1 million worth of cash, drugs, and jewelry.

Launius had been a Vietnam-era U.S. Air Force veteran, known for being cool under fire, who was dishonorably discharged after being convicted of smuggling heroin from Vietnam. Heorin hidden inside the body bags bringing back soldiers killed in Vietnam. Launius was operating alongside a network of corrupt service members and military associates. This took place at the same time the CIA Air America became deeply embroiled in allegations of smuggling high-grade opium and heroin out of Southeast Asia’s “Golden Triangle” (Laos, Thailand, and Myanmar. He would serve time at McNeil Island, Washington State the same prison Charles Manson would serve time in (though not at the same time) and where he began studying hypnotism, subliminal motivation, and magic. Manson also allegedly spent time studying Scientology auditing techniques with his cellmate, which he later adapted to manipulate and exert total control over his followers in the “Manson Family”.

Launius was himself a serial killer involved in over 27 homicides in the Sacramento area during the early 1970s. In May 1974, he was arrested for the 1973 murder of a police drug informant, but the charges were dropped when the key witness was then killed in a conveniently timed police shootout. Launius later served three years in prison for smuggling heroin and cocaine across the USA/Mexico border.

Two days after the robbery of Nash, an unknown number of assailants broke into the Wonderland house. Armed with hammers and metal pipes, they bludgeoned the occupants. Ron Launius (37), Billy Deverell (44), Joy Miller (46), and an associate’s girlfriend, Barbara Richardson (22), were all killed

According to the ‘Outlet’, Scott Thorson testified that he was at Nash’s house making a drug purchase when he witnessed Holmes being beaten and threatened while tied to a chair.

He claimed Holmes, fearing for his life, revealed the identities of the thieves including Lauinus who was later himself murdered along with moth of the gang. Thorson incidentally was the partner to musician Liberace (Scott Thorson got involved with Liberace when he was only 16 years old). It appears Holmes had been found out after been seen wearing jewelry belonging to Nash.

Another ties to Horsch porn co-start Neville Chester was Noel Redding, Jimi Hendrix base player. The connection between Noel Redding and “Wonderland” also involved in the iconic 1968 photo shoot by Linda Eastman (later Linda McCartney) where Redding, Jimi Hendrix, and Mitch Mitchell posed with children at the Alice in Wonderland sculpture in New York’s Central Park.

The statue, as a sidebar, was created by the renowned Spanish-American sculptor José de Creef who lived alongside Bohemian occultist Pablo Picasso, Juan Gris, and Max Jacobeeply immersed in traditional Spanish religious mysticism.
