Stephen Jennings New Zealand Initiative Dinner Lecture: ‘The Market Path To Prosperity’

Speech by New Zealand banker Stephen Jennings the executioner of Rodgernomics Business Round Table ‘bipartisan’ strategy to capture both the left and right wing vote. Today Jenning chairman of the New Zealand Initiatives is perhaps the most important kiwi to exist on New Zealand political landscape and at the same time he is the least known just as he likes it. In this issue of the shipping news we print a copy of his introduction to the powerful but low keyed private thinks tank The New Zealand Initiative he went on to chair. Again, I advise readers scroll the highlighted headlines and then read more in depth at a later date.

It is an honour to introduce Stephen Jennings to this audience and a real pleasure to acknowledge his wife Yulia who has joined us for this occasion. I have known Stephen since we were both in Treasury in the early 1980s*1. Stephen was a member of an outstanding tax policy unit in Treasury*2 that was soon to be charged with leading major post-1984 tax reform policies*3 . We both subsequently worked for CS First Boston NZ in Wellington. Stephen’s group specialised in giving expert economic advice on governance, restructuring and competition policy issues*4.  I am sure I can speak for all his colleagues in saying that we still feel proud of the job he did. I particularly remember his work helping Ngai Tahu design its novel and innovative governance structure. When Stephen unfurled his wings and left for a global role with Credit Suisse*5 in London I remember Sir Tipene O’Regan saying that it felt like he was losing a son.

His move to London was timely. The Iron Curtain had been rent asunder. Investment banking opportunities in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union were knocking. Stephen managed to get transferred to Moscow. *6Once again he was in the forefront of major structural change, but this time in much more turbulent and daunting circumstances. *7 After ups and downs that would have overwhelmed most businessmen, he moved from Putin’s Russia when further beneficial change had become impossible. Another colleague from CS First Boston NZ was at a function Stephen put on in England around that time. He found himself talking to a hard-bitten Russian journalist. The journalist volunteered that Stephen’s honesty and integrity was exemplary, and that he was highly regarded in what was an extraordinarily challenging environment*8. That’s the Stephen we know.  And now Stephen is at the front of daunting structural change in Africa.*9 He is working far harder and more intensively than most of us have ever done to put know-how and capital together to help African countries build commercial capability and prosperity.*10/11.

1 NZ Zealand Treasury strategy would be guided at this time by the ‘Chicago school of economics’ a neoclassical school of economic thought associated with the work of the faculty at the University of Chicago academics such as Milton Friedman and George Stigler who emphasizes free-market principles but failed to address issues such as conflicts of interest between the markets needs and the needs of the public which are not always the same thing.

2 The New Zealand Treasury unit was nick named the “Gingars” in the documentary Some One Else’s Country *. This unit would execute the economic reforms of the fourth Labour Government which looks at the privatisation of state assets as the treasury officials sought to make New Zealand a model of Free Market state.

• Side Note; It is this author belief that the award winning Some One Elses Country should be compulsory viewing in high schools and universities. If you haven’t watched it you should do so immediately.

3 These reforms where known as “Rogernomics” a portmanteau of “Roger” and “economics” and refers to the neoliberal economic policies promoted by Roger Douglas, the Minister of Finance (1984–1988) in the Fourth Labour Government of New Zealand from 26 July 1984 to 2 November 1990. Rogernomics featured market-led restructuring and deregulation and the control of inflation through tight monetary policy, accompanied by a floating exchange rate.

4 Assett sales included the sale of New Zealand Railways to Fay Richwhite (the NZ Railways Financial advisers) as approved by NZ Railway Directors who in a conflict of interest shortly afterwards went to work for Fay Richwhite in Switzerland.

5 Credit Suisse is a global investment bank and financial services firm founded and based in Switzerland. The bank is known for its strict bank-client confidentiality and banking secrecy.

Credit Suisse was founded in 1856 as Schweizerische Kreditanstalt (SKA) by Alfred Escher ironically the pioneer of Swiss Rail.  Credit Suisse played a pivotal role in the privatizations of the USSR in the1990s (see 6.) In 2006 as part of a move to return confidence to foreign investors in Russia public offerings of public owned oil interest Rosneft where floated on the market in 2006 followed by VTB Bank Russia in 2007. But the Rosneft IPO was tarnished by controversy after the forced sale of Mikhail Khodorkovsky’s Yukos (handled by Renaissance Auctions of remaining Yukos assets in 2007 would like wise be plagued by controversy and lawsuits. In 2016 Credit Suisse was also listed as an adviser to Russia on the privatization of state assets but relations began to become strained following the beginning of US sanction against Russia which saw its assets in foreign banks like Credit Suisse frozen.

In 2016 Credit Suisse Group AG (CSGN.S) paid about $475 million to American and British authorities to resolve bribery and fraud charges relating to a $2 billion Mozambican corruption scandal, while its subsidiary pleaded guilty to a conspiracy charge in New York. The NY settlement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Justice Department and Britain’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) was just one of the issue the scandal-plagued Swiss bank and was announced just minutes before Switzerland’s financial regulator reprimanded it for a long-running corporate espionage saga. A London-based subsidiary of Russian bank VTB, which worked with Credit Suisse to arrange one of the bonds in 2016, also agreed o to pay $6 million to settle SEC charges it misled investors as sought to deliberately plunged the nation state of Mozambique into debt as a mean of forcing greater privatization of its national assets which the investor planned to acquire.

6. Putin ties to Jennings & other NZ Russian Connections ( — Alexander Kouzminov KGB & the Auckland Land water grab — Azerbaijani Laundromat ( Arms for Oil Trade) bribes and guns – The Paradise Papers):

Renaissance Capital is an investment banking firm from Russia. Mr Jennings, who stands six foot seven, created Renaissance Group in 1995 and built the Renaissance Capital bank after originally going to Russia in 1992, aged 32, to privatise the Bolshevik Biscuit Factory. Having moved on from Credit Suisse to CSFB in London, where his boss Hans-Joerg Rudloff teamed him up with a Russian émigré called Boris Jordan. They set up office in the Metropol hotel in Moscow, made connection with Russian reformers such as Anatoly Chubais and the Harvard ‘Chicago School of Economic influenced academics advising them, and won themselves the first ever Russian privatisation mandate the Bolshevik Biscuit factory which they sold for just $650,000. Seeing the potential profits to be made in Russia, the pair decided to set up on their own. The pair began trading crisp 100 dollar notes and bottle of vodka in return for the factory workers newly acquired market shares of their newly privatised factory. To the workers the offer of hard cash (even if offered for a fraction of the shares actual worth) was a bargain in post-Cold War Russia. The Rouble was almost worthless and even then unlike hard foreign currency it could buy little of what was on offer in the bare Russian shops of 1990 Russia. Seeing the potential for even greater profits to be made in post-Soviet Russia, the pair decided to set up on their own bank Renaissance Capital.

Renaissance was organised in 1995 by a group of founding partners, including Stephen Jennings, as well as Boris Jordan an American citizen  an owner of the worlds largest cannabis company, plus Leonid Rozhetskin an American citizen, Anton Kudryashov, and Richard Deitz another American citisen.

Renaissance Capital Limited operates as a subsidiary of Renaissance Capital Holdings Limited. Renaissance Securities Trading Limited operates as a subsidiary of Renaissance Capital Holdings. The company was incorporated in 1998 and is based in Hamilton, Bermuda. Renaissance Securities (Cyprus) Limited. Regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (Licence No: KEPEY 053/04).Founded in 1995. The firm is based in Nicosia, Cyprus. Renaissance Securities (Cyprus) Limited operates as a subsidiary of Renaissance Capital Holdings Limited. In 2011 Bloomberg. com wrote that the Renaissance Capital, the Russian brokerage was half-owned by billionaire Mikhail Prokhorov. Up to 2009 Robert Mark “Bob” Foresman, an American citizen,Vice Chairman of UBS Investment Bank (NYSE: UBS), based in New York, from October 2016 to April 2020, served as a Deputy Chairman of Renaissance Capital.

Forsman “was previously with Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, where he was chairman of the Management Committee for Russia from 2001 to 2006. Prior to Dresdner, directed investment banking for Russia/CIS at ING CIS at ING Barings. ING Dutch bank ING fined $900 million for failing to spot money. They cited four examples where ING accounts Polish branch where used for crime. Most notably for bribes paid by telecommunications company VEON, formerly VimpelCom, in Uzbekistan with money lent to Vimplecom to buy up critical infrastructure lent by Russian banker Mikhail Friedman of Alpha Bank Russia.Foresman ran the Ukrainian Privatization Advisory office of the International Finance Corporation (IFC), part of the World Bank Group, from 1993 to 1995 in Kiev and worked on private equity and project finance transactions as an investment officer in IFC’s Washington, D.C., headquarters from 1995 to 1997.”

In 2016 he previously tried to transmit to candidate Trump an invitation to speak at an economic forum in Russia according to the US Justice Department. Foresman is a graduate of the Harvard University Graduate School of Arts & Sciences, where he studied Russian-Ukrainian relations and post-Soviet economic relations, and also of Bucknell University, where he dual-majored in international relations and Russian studies. He lived and worked in Ukraine for five years before moving in 1999 to Moscow, where he remained until 2014. He advised the Russian government on selling state-owned enterprises to the private sector and other countries – newly independent following the collapse of the Soviet Union in December 1991—on working in a market economy.”

In 2006 Yukos Oil was bankrupted as a result of actions taken by the Russian state, due to tax evasion, its assets were sold off in a series of state-run auctions handled by Jennings bank\. The last auction, in August 2007, was of the shares in its Dutch subsidiary, Yukos Finance, which owned around US$1.5 billion in cash as well as a valuable oil pipeline. It was won by a consortium of investors including the hedge fund, VR Capital founded by Mr Deitz, and Renaissance Capital, where Mr Foresman was employed. In later court case claimants alleged that the Renaissance based consortium had made an unlawful agreement with the Russian government whereby it would be allowed to win the auction at a pre-agreed price.

After a six-week trial, Sir Michael Burton GBE rejected the Claimants’ allegation that the Defendants were party to unlawful rigging of the auction. A copy of the judgement can be found here.

Renaissance Capital also gained fame when Jennings bank paid Bill Clinton twice his regular speaking fee, $US500,000 hour, in what the American media called a “bribe” for the acquisition of the Canadian publicly owned company Uranium One.

Contrary to many western press claims there in fact is no any proof, of cause, that Renaissance Capital was acting on behalf of the Russian government. There is also no any proof, of cause, that the Renaissance Capital was acting on behalf of the Russian government’s Uranium One investigation” Media claims inferring otherwise have largely driven by American lobbyist and former shareholder of Yukos oil after it was nationalised by Putin due to tax evasion allegations claims. Such press invariably calls the Renaissance Capital “a bank with ties to the Kremlin” or even call it a “Kremlin-linked bank” without elaborating on details or offer specific facts based on empirical hard data that would provide actual evidence to back up this widely reported hearsay. What this fake news fails to mention is that the actual firm that paid $500,000 for Clinton’s Renaissance Bank speech had ties to not to Putin directly but rather Russian president Dmitry Medvedev.

At some point Renaissance Capital Chairman Igor Yurgens even organized an informal think tank to support Medvedev In 2011, after meeting with the Clintons and the infamous Bill Clinton’s speech, Mikhail Prokhorov “challenged” Putin running for a president of Russia. His party was pro-Western  business, according to the experts from the Stratfor. Renaissance Capital can be proven to have being involved in selling Yukos assets. This part of the story is true. This was however all done while reporting to the U.S. government on the process via the US Ambassador in Moscow William J Burns on the progress.

Which brings us to the topic of New Zealand own Russian ties which include. Altimo Foundation (Cyprus) In 2008 Oil, banking and telecom tycoon Mikhail Fridman once a major shareholder of firms currently sanctions, who is worth NZ$26.2 billion, had appointed Michael Moore, the former Christchurch Labour MP famed for selling Rogernomics to the public.

Moore later New Zealand’s ambassador to Washington and chairman of the WTO (and a former New Zealand Prime Minister), the champions of Davos, the head of his Altimo Foundation charity. The Foundation was sold in the press as a global non-profit social-investment organization based in London (affiliated with Thatcherite and Blair socialites) that sponsored sports and the arts via generous offers of grant money. This was reported in the New Zealand press before the offshore Paradise Papers then exposed how the Altimo Foundation ( was in fact a front for the major banks rorting the system to avoid paying taxes the money secreted away in offshore accounts. Asides from Altimo connection the former Christchurch MP another New Rusian tie is the more than 70 million of the bribes relating to the Credit Suisse VTB Russia and Mombassa development aid program would be washed through the Christchurch real estate market by another Christchurch old boy banker Andrew Pearce. Other Canterbury Russian ties ( with Swiss accounts full of looted dosh no doubt) include Oleg Kirillov and Yuri Koropachinskiy who in 2013 was certainly running with the author’s own father interesting Christchurch mates of the 1980’s/1990’s when they decided to invest $500m into the development of the Porter Heights ski-field. The same year Billionaire Konstantin Malofeev brought a dairy factory a kilometer away from the proposed dawn launch site connected with Russian billionaire Konstantin Malofee which is later, is bought by New Zealand Dairy giant Fonterra.

• Sidenote This author’s own pet conspiracy theory is that the recent death of a spate of Russian oil executive linked to the sale of Russian state assets and the Food For Oil Program Russian bribes and general tax evasion schemes and it now looks as if someone is keen to clean up loose ends and do so very quickly.

2022 Russian oligarchs gas magnate Mikhail Khimich, a collector or art and rare books, joins the dying oligarch club leaving the New Zealand Waiwera water resources consortium $5 million in debt after he abruptly disappeared. Yet back in 2013 Khimich and his boys where the darling of the Kimdotcom, John Banks and Emirates Team New Zealand (the New Zealand end of the America’s Cup) New Zealand business pages. The main stream corporate media feted Khimich who promised investment dollars into the America’s cup 34 cup challenge. In return he obtained residency in New Zealand in 2013 and was reported as a generous donator to numerous sports and cultural charities, buying a Rugby Cup Box worth half a million. He actively sort publicity at events such as the launch of his premium vodka range with the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron in February 2012 which is where Khimich vowed he would rescue Team New Zealand when it ran into a cashflow crisis after loosing the America’s Cup in San Francisco.

Follow America’s Cup patron Dutch born South African Alexander Van Heeren business partner with Wine Box star Fay Richwhite (who went on to bank roll the America’ Cup challenge after it was accepted) in the controversial sell off NZ Rail. A decision reached after it was based upon a New Zealand Treasury paper, which called for NZ Rail to be sold off. The paper was written by New Zealand Treasury analyst Stephen Jennings, a future merchant banker for Swiss based Credit Suisse, before Jenning’s began his own Putin backed Bank in Moscow in the mid 1990s. To date this author has written and published two books highlighting the many links to arms Pacific Island based money laundering and narcotic trafficking by the fleet of Russian Antonov from the 1980’s to current day including those involved in the shipment of America’s cup boats owned by Russian and Ukrainians with western intelligence links. tied to the weapons for natural resources trade.

The parent firm of Waiwera Ordover Trust kingpins for the ‘water drunk only by winners of the America’s Cup’ actually has an American not a Russian address 48 North Rainbow Boulevard, Ste 1052, Las Vegas, Nevada, NV 89107 UNITED STATES.

This is the same address, in a Ameriica, given for Waiwera partner Leon Fingerhut is also known as Leon Fingergut. Fingergut can be linked via his own email to Husky Vodka produced by the Alcohol Siberia Group. He also appears in several court filings and has represented himself as Chairman Of The Board, Russian-American Diamond Corp 9489 Dayton Way Beverly Hills USA. From 1992 to 1998, Smolensk created a few associated trade firms in Belgium, the U.S., Germany, and Japan specialising in the Russian diamonds trade including Smolensk Los Angelos. Its first partners were Pier Vander Wal, O.D.T.C., Mechel Kazanjian and Leon Fingergut, a director in the parent firm Ordover Trust. Presently, only three associate firms are listed as active; Smolensk Diamonds in Antwerp Holland, Smolensk Diamonds Asia in Hong Kong and Smolensk Diamonds in Tel Aviv Israel. Fingergut aka Finger Hutt was also listed as a director of Smolensk Diamonds LA along side. A Mr. R Liebmancan be found listed a retired as Senior Counsel at McKenna, Long & Aldridge LLP at the end of 2012.

Mr. Liebman is listed as advised aerospace and defense contractors, subcontractors, and academic and research institutions. Prior to his private law career, Mr. Liebman served in Washington, D.C. with the Agency for International Development, Department of State, all known CIA front companies, first as a counsel and later as program director. He is a recognised expert in U.S. export controls including the diamond trade. Mr. Liebman served as a member of the President”s Export Council Subcommittee on Encryption (“PECSENC”) by appointment of the Secretary of Commerce from 1998-2001, and served as a member of both the President”s Export Council Subcommittee on Export Administration (“PECSEA”) and the Defense Trade Advisory Group (“DTAG”), U.S. Department of State. Prior to entering a law school, favored by CIA recruiters, Liebman served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps.  He is described in the Los Angleos Times as a specialist in military trade issues. Mr. Liebman”s specialised in international trade regulation, trade finance, technology transfer, and multinational business transactions. In the area of export regulation and sannctions.

A third Russian, based in Cyprus, with New Zealand links is Alexander Vinik the Cypress bitcoin banker for Russian hack group Fancy Bears who attacked NZ business in New Zealand in December 2020. Their attack included the stock exchange which was hacked by first triggering a power outage – this resulted in many cases in automated system doing reboots which further opened the opportunities available to hackers. In 2019 NZ Police froze 170 million of Vinik money relating to a firm registered in NZ to Vinik with the address 412 Lake Road Takapuna Auckland name Vinik directly. Subsequent investigation shows hundreds of similar firms dating back to 2003 link to Vinik Tundra Finance and including a 2011 firm, SWISS FINANCE CORPORATION LIMITED, which triggered a bank alert, due to irregularities, which the government authorities however chose not to act on – nearly a decade before Vinik & his ‘Russian’ hacker friends began holding nations and their financial and essential national security infrastructure to ransom.

7. Jenning’s unlike many other foreign investors was permitted to leave Russia with his assets intact. Other investors faced heavy fines and penalties for alleged tax evasion. This led to allegations that the Kiwi businessman and NZ Initiative Chairman Stephen Jennings benefited from Kremlin abuses of the market system and the rule of law. Jennings calls these claims “misconceived and vexatious”. The core accusation dates back to Jennings’ days in Russia during the ‘naughty nineties’ with investment firm Renaissance Group, where he was co-founder and CEO. Jennings was one of five defendants alleged to “benefit from Kremlin abuses of the market system and the rule of law” when Yukos Oil Company was broken up. What the critic fail to mention is the fact it was broken up because of the abuse of Russia’s tax laws by the same foreign investors now pointing the finger at Jennings but sssh let’s not ruin a good story.

A story widely pushed mainly by one specific antangonist American investor Bill Bowder the co-founder of Hermitage Capital Management, which at one time was the largest foreign portfolio investor in Russia. The sanctions, applied by the U.S. and others to Russian officials today, where largely initiated on depictions provided by Browder and are related to the alleged fate of his employee Sergei Magnitsky. Magnitsky died in 2009 in a Moscow prison under circumstances that haven’t been completely clarified. Browder claims that Magnitsky was murdered because he had uncovered a tax scandal. German magazine DER SPIEGEL is unique in the sense that unlike it follow western counter parts (who simply accepted Browders account at face value). Das Spigel investigated Browder allegations and highlighted numerous ” inconsistencies” in Browder’s version of events and demonstrates that he was unable to present sufficient proof for his claims which much like Saddam Weapons of Destruction in Iraq American officials nevertheless seized upon to pursue its own aggressive foreign policy and the mutual agenda of corporate lobbyist such as Browder and the other former shareholders of public assets sold off during the 1990’s.

In 2019 Browder turned his focus on DER SPIEGEL claiming in the form of a letter to the newsmagazine’s editor-in-chief. Followed by a complaint filed with the German Press Council. In his complaints he accuses DER SPIEGEL of having misrepresented the facts. Der Spigel responded “We believe his complaint has no basis and would like to review why we have considerable doubts about Browder’s story and why we felt it necessary to present those doubts publicly. In March 2016 documents released to Forest and Bird under the Official Information Act show that MBIE officials told the now Economic Development Minister, Simon Bridges, that the zones could undermine the social license of already controversial projects, and advised him not to proceed. Bird and Forest’s chief executive noted on the proposal of SEZs “The government is seeking to give themselves the powers to push through controversial and damaging projects that would otherwise fail because they breach environmental limits.” Bird and Forest’s came to investigate SEZ after locals were roughed up by soliders during Exercise Kiwi Koru.

Xing China in turn will seek the popularity of its masses and hope that it economic fortunes continue to rise making the process of Xing[‘s consolidation of power (to be wielded over Xing’s rivals) achievable. In this outcome the moderate BRIC nation have a chance of offering global social equality – a socialist influenced (but not dominated) form of capitalism – that’s a win for all parties. An economic form of Mutal Assured Destruction , if you well, in which a diminished America, in size and power, provides ironically a return to a stabilizing balance of power between the two factions of the Chinese dominated BRIC. Xing, from a western perspective, reprsents the lesser of two wevils.

Gates and big Pharma has also used it lobbying power to influence the monetization of being ‘Green’. Inevitably done in a manner which does not bode well for genuine sustainability. For Gates heavily tax rebated ‘philanthropy’ ultimately peddles the delusional idea that capitalism can save the planet. Gates addiction to never-ending profit lies in the opposite direction of the earth’s needs if we are to weather the storms of climate change and general environmental degradation. Regardless of what one views are on the cause the crisis itself is. Its a crisis which in this author’s view is very real. Yet the corporate gas lighting and green washing of big business by billionaires (who disguise their tax evasion and bribes as charity needs) needs to be called out as the fraud it is. Other wise genuine environmentalism is doomed.

How can those whose own lifestyle is a statement of excess be credibly trusted with the planet’s future. It is like putting a strung-out junkie in charge of the medicine cabinet and hoping it will somehow work out okay. I mean FFS the main sponsor of COP 27 was Coca Cola Gate’s favorite soft drink when eating his Mcdonald Burgers in which ever of his multiple seaside mansions (including the one he owns in nelson New Zealand) he decides to hang out to write his sermons of how the peasants should do as he says not as he does, when he is not hanging with the likes of Jeffrey Epstein in places like Epstein’s orgy Island. A fun little tidbit about his Florida property: In 2016, he paid $13.5 million for the neighboring house. Rumor has it he’s also bought four other properties on the same street, making him the sole resident of the entire block.

While Bill doesn’t own a mega-yacht, he regularly charters them for his vacations. He also has a penchant for spending big on luxury cars, and let’s not forget his four private jets. In interviews, he’s mentioned that purchasing private jets is his “guilty pleasure.” Now, isn’t it ironic that one of the main proponents of reducing our carbon footprint lives like this? With such an expansive estate and luxurious lifestyle, we can’t help but wonder how much his own carbon footprint is ballooning. If the people who are urging us to reduce our carbon footprints are living lives of excess, how can we trust their motivations and the validity of their claims about man-made climate change and the other crisis they lobby for leadership at conferences like DAVOS which they fly into on their private carbon mumching lear jets.

The trailer, which was carrying the monkeys to a laboratory in Florida, collided with a dump truck on a motorway in Pennsylvania. No-one was hurt, but four monkeys managed to escape. Three have since been found, but one monkey remained unaccounted for it was initially reported. Pennsylvania State Police Trooper Andrea Pelachick confirmed the hunt for the escaped monkeys in Montour County. “The vehicle involved was carrying 100 monkeys, and when the crash occurred a handful of monkeys got out,” she told NBC News. The story soon esclated as public became concerned when a woman became sick after coming in contact with the overturned truck. Michelle Fallon was driving directly behind the truck carrying the monkeys when the vehicle was hit by a dump truck. At this point the media talked off the “Three macaques escaped, but all have since been captured and euthanized” This in fact is a contradiction of earlier press reports which alleged a forth monkey had escaped.

Kristen Nordlund, a spokeswoman for the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Fallon is the original government source of the later press claims that all the monkeys had being accounted for. Ms Nordlun did not elaborate on why the three were euthanized or how all the animals came to be accounted for and why the number of animals escaped had changed from initial reports. Ms Fallon told reporters she had gotten out of her car to help the driver put the animals back in their cages. At first she thought the animals were cats but soon realised this was not the case when she put her hand on the cage and a monkey hissed at her. Fallon posted on Facebook that after coming in contact with one of the macaques, she got sick with a nasty cough and pink eye so severe she had to go to the emergency room at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.

Animal rights activist PETA and state and local authorities warned residents not to come in contact with the escaped animals. Infectious disease doctors then gave Fallon the first of four rabies shots and antiviral drugs. Fallon posted she was being monitoring for symptoms of rabies and monkey herpes virus B. She has since recovered. Media noted the search for the missing monkeys took on an “urgency not regularly seen with other animals”. Authorities were aided by the Fire Department, the Pennsylvania Game Commission, the CDC, and the Pennsylvania Health Department, plus other unnamed agencies. Police searched for the monkeys with loaded rifles in their hands and a helicopter was placed on standby to track the Lab monkey down. Firefighters even used thermal imaging technology to locate the animals. There was no reporting on where exactly the monkeys where heading to in Florida or what kind of research they were involved in.

Florida is however home to three companies that provide monkeys to laboratories for use in research and testing: Primate Products, Worldwide Primates, and The Mannheimer Foundation (a fourth company, PreLabs, is constructing a new facility near Lehigh Acres Florida).

The Mannheimer Foundation, Inc. operates two nonhuman primate facilities in South West Florida the original site, established in 1968, located in Homestead, Florida and the 200-acre Haman Ranch, which houses 2,302 macaque monkeys In 2017 The former site director of one of Hendry County’s largest primate farms filed a federal whistleblower lawsuit against the facility.

In the suit, veterinarian Kelly Hopper of Fort Denaud alleges she was fired for reporting wrongdoing at the Mannheimer Foundation’s rural Haman Ranch, between LaBelle and Clewiston. Hopper told Florida regulators the foundation claimed members of its medical staff, including the executive director’s wife, were licensed veterinarians when they weren’t, and then used that misinformation to get lucrative federal grants. Hopper complained about chronic time card violations as well, and also refused to fire a pregnant worker the company wanted to force out to avoid paying family leave, she said. When the state sent Mannheimer a letter ordering it to stop misrepresenting employees as state licensed vets with medical degrees from U.S. veterinary schools, it neglected to remove Hopper’s name. Hopper was called into a meeting and berated, then fired a few days later.

Mannhemier, who invented no-tear baby shampoo, as a way to care for his hundreds of pet chimpanzees and small monkeys seems on the surface to have had reputation for strong ethics and opposed unnecessary cruelty. Since Mannheimer’s death in 1973, the trustees however have reportedly transformed the organization into a money-making operation that, among other things, breeds primates for biomedical research of an undesignated nature, while maintaining its nonprofit, tax-exempt status. In a 2015 letter to Hendry County Wagner wrote his facility does no research, testing or experiments on primates, nor does it import them. “We provide macaques for the development of new medical treatments aimed at improved human health,” he wrote. Yet Hopper said that two veterinarians working for Mannheimer, Krishna Rivas-Wagner – the wife of the CEO – and Vittorio Palmieri, who were both trained in Venezuela, were holding themselves out as clinical veterinarians and doctors of veterinary medicine. Rivas-Wagner and Palmieri could not be reached for comment. Hopper was fired within days of Mannheimer’s executives discovering she had reported the unlicensed activity to the state of Florida. The authorities admitted they had no idea the facility was involved in research related work.

In June a second whistler blower vet technician for Primate Products David Row Buck came forward stating what he was asked to do at the monkey farm Primate ran was so horrific, he quit his job after only two days. Roebuck says workers at Primate Products’ “Panther Tracks” facility located near Immokalee were regularly told to perform C-section abortions on pregnant female monkeys, remove the dead fetus, then packaging it for sale to buyers. Roebuck said milk was then extracted from the female cytomologus monkeys using human breast pumps, which was also sold to laboratories. “The internal organs were then taken from the fetuses and freeze dried and sold to pharmaceutical companies,” Roebuck said. “After that was done, the mothers were still lactating so they collected their milk and sold them to another pharmaceutical company” Roebuck said Primate Products is much more than just a breeder. He said it is a research facility.

According to Primate Products, own website they also make and offer restrainers to provide “trouble free accessibility,” and poles and collars, which are used to handle primates, help the monkeys to “quickly learn their role and become willing workers, reducing the need to physically handle the animal by force or use anesthetic restraint.” These are over seen by Primate Product Jeff Rowell CEO a former. Director of Research at the University of Louisiana’s New Iberia Research Center. Undercover footage taken at the research center exposed such extreme cruelty under Rowell’s watch that the NIH ceased funding and removed 110 NIH-owned chimpanzees from the facility.

Primate Products expanded its facility over the past two years and is leasing some of its newly-built property to foreign monkey breeder BioCulture Ltd. Primate Products has two other primary customers– Charles River and SNBL— made up 80% of Primate Products’ business. SBNL who specialize in biological and chemical pathogens and toxins is the third-largest importer of primates in the U.S., purchasing nearly 3,000 monkeys every year from China, Cambodia, Israel, and Indonesia—some snatched from their homes and families in the wild—for use in experiments.

According to a 2011 whistleblower (that led to wet towel fines against the company in 2016), who first contacted PETA, in one experiment at SNBL, monkeys were “hooked to their cages with a metal tether through which ice-cold saline solution and test compounds were continuously dripped into their veins. The monkeys were kept like this for many months and reportedly were so cold that they shivered and their teeth chattered non-stop. Monkeys had blood drawn from their arms many times a day, resulting in swelling, redness, and bruising of their limbs. These wounds were considered “routine” and were never treated. After the first few blood draws, the monkeys’ veins were damaged, and workers would poke and dig around in the limb to find others. The monkeys winced, screamed, trembled, and shook, and tried to defend themselves”. The whistleblower said, “Eventually, many of the monkeys stop fighting and reacting … it is like the life is gone from them.”

SBNL was then owned by Shin Nippon Biomedical Laboratories, a Tokyo-based firm whose experiment replicate Japanese bioware research conducted by the likes of Yoshimura Hisato, a physiologist assigned to Unit 731, who took a special interest in hypothermia, during WW2. As part of Maruta’s study in limb injuries, Hisato routinely submerged captives’ limbs in a tub of water filled with ice and had them held until the arm or leg had frozen solid and a coat of ice had formed over the skin. After the war few of unit 731, whose weapons of war were unleashed in China (during the rape of Nanking), faced prosecution for their war crimes. Instead, they went on to help the US Army in their own secret biowarfare research program headquartered in Virgina Washington USA at Fort Detricks. Aware of the American military interest 731 commander Lieutenant General Shiro Ishii negotiated satisfactory agreement for himself and his closest collaborators who managed to have their criminal records erased. Ishi lived in the USA for some time before returning to Japan, where he ran for mayor of Tokyo and served as president of the Japanese Olympic and Japanese Medical Association committees. Other members of the unit went on to head Japan pharmaceutical companies or work in medicine and defence indutsry as respected senior academic or company executives who shaped policy and research doctrines..

While working at SNBL, the whistleblower to PETA observed workers handling the monkeys so violently that the animals suffered “bloodied noses, broken fingers and toes, and bruises to their bodies“. Their tails were often bent or deformed because workers slammed cage doors on them. The employees also allegedly banged loudly on the monkeys’ cages to frighten and intimidate them into being quiet. Managers and supervisors apparently knew of this ongoing physical and psychological abuse of monkeys but refused to stop it. “monkeys were tied for many hours in restraint chairs with their arms and legs kept entirely immobile as drugs were injected intravenously over the course of a day”. The whistleblower said, “The monkeys fight continuously for hours to loosen the ropes … it is just too much for them.” Some monkeys collapsed in the restraint chairs and never recovered. A USDA report from 2011 documented that 78 percent of the monkeys at SNBL are caged alone—in violation of federal law—unable to touch or interact in any way with other monkeys. This is so distressing to monkeys that they develop stress-induced abnormal behaviors such as self-mutilation, incessant rocking, and hair-pulling. SBNL was then owned by Shin Nippon Biomedical Laboratories, a Tokyo-based firm.

Charles River Laboratories was subpoenaed in May 2023 after years-long investigation by the Department of Justice of its role in the smuggling of monkeys into the US for lab work from Cambodia. NBC News reported in December that the Covid pandemic and race to find a vaccine squeezed the market even further, setting off a mad scramble for the animals that fueled a spike in monkey poaching and contributed to the endangerment of the species most commonly used in drug studies — the long-tailed macaque.   Charles River has extensive defence ties. In 2022 Charles River Analytics announced on Sep. 14 it was awarded a contract by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) to lead a team of research organizations seeking to develop a novel biosystem solution to protect warfighters from chemical and biological threats. Other members of the project include Baylor College of Medicine; George Washington University; James Cook University; Leiden University Medical Center; University of California, Irvine; and Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and James Cook University’s Australian Institute of Tropical Health and Medicine to investigate counter measure to biological and chemical threats

Merck in turn handle the production of vaccines for a variety of disease provided to USAID as part of their foreign aid programs with the support of the US military in Virgina Washington. From the Rift Valley fever that struck Egypt in the early 1970s to the Zika outbreak in 2018, USAMRIID researchers have devised dozens of countermeasures, most recently an Ebola vaccine approved by the FDA and licensed to Merck in 2019. This follows the outbreak of Ebola in Africa which saw Eco Health track the virus for the World Health Organization until it was sacked for incompetence.

Ecohealth, founded by Peter Daszak, whose patrons include the Bil & Melinda Gates Foundation is the same company found to have conducted a smear campaign against the Lab theory – all the while it emerged the US company, plus USAID and others linked to biowarfare research, had provided funding to the laboratory in Wuhan where it emerged the laboratory was in fact involved in research that had biowarfare applications. British scientist Peter Daszak was removed from the COVID commission after heading the WHO Covid Investigation, looking at the origins of the pandemic in 2021, after helping secretly facilitate the letter by prominent academics denouncing the lab leak theory while failing to mention his own extensive financial ties to the same facility and it links to defense related research.

The New York Post reports that Federal spending data shows that EcoHealth has a long and profitable relationship with the Pentagon, receiving $41.91 million in awards since fiscal year 2008. That’s more than three times the next-largest amount awarded to it by any other agency over the same period ($13.17 million from the Department of Health and Human Services). Of the $41.91 million, $37.61 million was awarded to EcoHealth Alliance by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), which describes its mission as “to protect the United States and its allies by enabling the DoD and international partners to detect, deter, and defeat WMD and threat networks.” Beginning in fiscal year 2014, the DTRA began awarding funding to EcoHealth for a work program labeled “Scientific Research – Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction”. After three straight years in which awards were fewer than $1 million, the amounts sent to the program jumped considerably. In fiscal year 2017, $2.34 million of the $2.91 million EcoHealth received from DTRA went toward the weapons research. In 2018, 2019 and 2020, 100 percent of DTRA’s awards to EcoHealth went toward the program — $4.24 million, $2.99 million, and $21.33 million, respectively. Ironically Eco Health as people to donate to its charity to stop animal smuggling of monkey used in the very kind of research it was involved in Wuhan using primate experimented on

Mass media, steered by largely by the same experts who had steered the mainstream narative away from the idea Covid maybe lab originated, are quick to pour scorn on the idea that the 2014 Ebola outbreak was military research gone wrong.

It is however a fact that yes research conducted in proximity to the three outbreak (of two different strains of Ebola) in Africa was conducted by Tulane University which like the lab work in Wuhan was partially defense funded. It also a fact that material documenting this has since being removed and when document go missing that never a good sign.. However, the material in question had previously been archived by this author prior to its removal online. prior to Covid in 2020 (when many sources on this issue became purged). Biowarfare legal specialist Harvard University Francis Boyle, who advises US intelligence agencies, amd who has led the debunking of the Wuhan Bat soup (which dominated mainstream accounts for a significant period) back in 2014 remained in the minority of voices welling to dare challenge the official narrative of Ebola in 2014. In 2019 Virigina Washington was plagued by mystery disease that killed scores at three separate retirement home for former military personal or visited by relatives still serving in the military at the same time the state was hit by several outbreaks of black mold ( a secondary disease which often appears in the same locations as those exposed to SARS or Covidlike respiratory diseases) sourced to housing in local military bases associated with the US Aid US Army vaccine program. In 2020 the Virgina Retirement outbreak would be merged into official Covid statistics without explanation from authorities or Indepth questioning by media who covered the outbreak when it was designated undiagnosed. The first actual Covid outbreak in the state occurred a year later in 2020 appearing in a US Army solider who had returned from a posting in unnamed US base located outside of the USA. Authorities would not elaborate where he had been posted.

The current elephant in the room no one wants to talk about is not that Covid did not originate from the Wuhan lab samples (gene finger printing now provides strong support for this) but how the same fingerprinting shows case in Europe and possibly the USA emerged before the known timeline of the diseases appearing in Wuhan outside the lab remains the true mystery. Could samples have being transferred to other sites? outside of China first? Not necessary a deliberate act but an inventory or cyber error possibly.

An example of how easy that could have happened is outlined in Mercks 2019 USAID operation in partnership with the US Army in Washington Virgina. Quality control of vaccines, shipped out of Virgina Washington, destine for to Africa vis US base Diego Garcia, where placed under a severe strain, due to a 2017 hack of Merck data base saw millions of vaccines having to be destroyed as production flows where tampered with by the hackers.. The cyber hack which saw production disrupted to the tune of 1.3 US Billion dollars. The outcome was Merck then dumped on masse vaccine consignment at the American bases in Virigina as they tried to catch up on production loss by working over time. Meaning large quantities of the vaccine where stored at the military sites in the summer of 2020 much longer than would usually occur and storage capacity was overloaded. A situation which held its own risk of damaging or cross contaminating the vaccines on route.

The US Army’s own ties to Merck and animal experiments date back decades. During WW2 George Merck, president of Merck for 25 years,  was given leadership position of the US’ biological warfare. It was George W. Merck who led the USA’s biological warfare work as the head of the War Research Service, the department in charge of Ft. Detrick, while still being president of Merck. The innocuously named War Research Service (WRS) started out in mid-1942 with an initial allocation of $200,000. Wide contacts with major biologists and physicians enabled the eight member directorate to initiate and fund secret work in about 28 American universities, including Harvard University, Pennsylvanian University Columbia University, the University of Chicago, Northwestern University, the University of Florida, Ohio State University, the University of Notre Dame, the University of Wisconsin, Stanford University, and the University of California their subject matter being either rats mice or monkeys.

Project Sunshine (named after the US military radiation experiment on still born babies) an international NGO webiste dedicated to “upholding prohibitions against biological warfare and military abuse of biotechnology by the military”, directed by Edward Hammond, discovered post 911 more than 1300 US military funded biowarfare facilities which the US military continues to insist it does not have. As of 1 February 2008, the Sunshine Project suspend its operations “due to a lack of funding” and its website remained online for some time after this date and could be used as an archive by peace activist from 2000 through 2008. However, as of October 2013 the Sunshine Project website was offline and it archives where purged without explanation. A pandemic due to natural occurring events is a possibility. Yet the track record of this industry balls deep in bed with the military industrial complex and those who seek profit over peace and genuine wellbeing is a certainty. George Taylor’s words in Planet of the Apes “You blew it up! Ah, damn you! God damn you all to hell! “, may prove more prophetic than we ever imagined. And considering the bad karma this research is riddled with can you say it not a fate man king of the apes deserves.

WW2 Weaponisation of Tasman Australian Skies.

This article is not written to deny climate change but rather to illustrate technologies which may but to illustrate disruptive technologies which may allow opportunist to amplify or exaggerate extreme weather conditions regardless of the cause of climate change. It highlights the time money and resources spent on manipulating natural event over eighty years starting from the period of WW2. In business theory, disruptive innovation is innovation that creates a new market and value network or enters at the bottom of an existing market and eventually displaces established market-leading firms, products, and alliances.Professor Clayton Christensen introduced the idea of disruptive technologies in a 1995 Harvard Business Review article. Christensen later expanded on the topic in The Innovator’s Dilemma, published in 1997. Disruptive technologies including geoengineering, geospatial technology and AI (which generally provides the brain that run the critical infrastructure needed for many of these emerging technologies) are something that any researcher and practitioner of modern warfare and geopolitics are only now coming to terms trying to understand and how they can influence the evolving conflicts military and diplomatic of the 21st century. These are the technology of the Forth Industrial revolution and a new emerging new world order which to quote Klaus Schwab of the World Economic Forum will be established not by the “big fish” but fats fish who will eat those who cannot fathom or are will to engage with the full implication and societal reach of these new emerging technologies. Technologies which however have being in the research phase for decades and in many case originate with military technologies which New Zealand has had a long and usally highly clasified history in heloing develop.

A dark chapter in Aussie history as effects on aborigines, mental patience’s and thousands of dead babies where monitored to boot. Same period Australia CSIRO involved in bioweapons feasibility programs head by Professor Ian Mcfarlane. Leach headed the Snowy Hydro scheme.

3. 1960; Ionosphere monitoring station in the Chathams was administered by the Civil Aviation Department. The DSIR maintained an ionosphere observation site there, gathering data to be used for “ionosphere predictions” of interest to “organisations” relying on high frequency radio communications. Classified Hop Experiments at Awarura Hinds Birdling Flats Kaikoura Seddon, funded by the Briths military, from the 1950s-60s are archived in New Zealand National Archives declassified files.

4. 1962 Starfish Prime Havelock South New Zealand William Pickering father of satellite communication (who had worked with Rudderford Marsden on Manhatten atomic bomb leads) heads the US Jet Propulsion Laboratory team in US that developed and launched Explorer 1, America’s first satellite in 1964. Two years previous he was involved in the ionosphere study called Fish Bowel which includes several high atmospheres nuclear blast Including Star Fish, Hardtack, and Prime Argus, detonated in the Pacific and impact of blast on wave, ionosphere, environment measured. Its impact on the ionosphere including creating UFO like glowing auroras in the sky and it correlative seismic activity was legendary. It wasn’t until 2006 that key data from the experiment was declassified. Anecdotally nuerous reports exist linking the high alttitude nuclear material to earthquakes but to-date no classified papers confirming these claims have surfaced.

The detonation are documented as ejecting a huge cloud of high-energy electrons — beta particles — upward, while energizing a massive swath of the atmosphere below, in a region that physicists refer to as the x-ray ionization patch. The beta particles became trapped in the Earth’s field, and deadly for satellites, of the 24 satellites in orbit in 1962, Starfish Prime damaged at least one-third. The blast blew out a huge bubble of plasma, producing a giant, short-lived cavity in the Earth’s ionosphere. The planet’s magnetic field was completely expelled for nearly half a minute. The blast also emitted an incredibly strong electromagnetic pulse, or EMP as the EMP propagated down into the ground triggered street light blackouts in Hawaii. In 1963, a little more than a year after the blast and just months after the Cuban Missile Crisis, the U.S. and Soviet Union (mutually stunned by the outcome of these test) agreed to ban above-ground nuclear testing. The Starfish Prime magnetic tapes are now some of the only data ever recorded from a real high-altitude nuclear test. Most of the reminaing data still remains classified Starfish Prime was an American high-altitude nuclear test that took place on 9 July 1962.

1976 Kaikoura near Seddon salt flats has UFO incident captured by TVNZ camera crew permitted on a SAFE Air flight. Today multiple mainstream papers, part of growing narrative trying to sell the public the idea ( with zero hard evidence), cite humanoid aliens visiting our earth is more likely explanation for the Kaikoura Phenomenon than the UFO being military experiments. 5. Tasmania New Zealand role in Cloud Seeding

Research done nearly 80 years ago show Snowy Mountains Authority, headed by Project Seals Thomas Leech, led to the cessation of the cloud seeding program in the 1950s with non-definitive results. Or at least that the mainstream account which as usual choose to omit or ignore key data in reaching their conclusions. Or acknowledge that many of the so called Cheme trial activist community findings are increasingly being vindicated as we learn more about disruptative technology development as more and more records become declassiffied.

A cloud-seeding experiment was conducted in South Australia from 1957 to 1959 during in which clouds over one of two areas were seeded with silver-iodide smoke released from an aircraft, with random choice of area. This is the pilot Program NIWA scientist Philip Boyd of Otago NIWA site cited when spoken to regarding the origins of pilot programs and prototype development behind emerging technologies cited at Te Papa hosted New Zealand Royal Society on Geo Engineering as a Climate Change “Plan B” in 2010.

Formerly, cloud seeding was rejected in Australia on environmental grounds because of concerns about the protected species, the pygmy possum. As for the often-made mainstream claim cloud seeding results are not effective it may be a good idea to consider the the slogan of the US own weather warriors (‘The men who stare at clouds’) during Vietnam which was make Make Mud Not War. The 54th Weather Reconnaissance Squadron carried out the operation using the slogan “make mud, not war.” Starting on March 20, 1967, and continuing through every rainy season (March to November) in Southeast Asia until 1972, operational cloud seeding missions were flown. Three C-130 Hercules aircraft and two F-4C Phantom aircraft based at Udon Thani Royal Thai Air Force Base in Thailand (where Australian and New Zealand special forces conducted cover operation in Laos and Cambodia) flew two sorties per day. The aircraft were officially on weather reconnaissance missions and the aircraft crews as part of their normal duty also generated weather report data. The crews, all from the 54th Weather Reconnaissance Squadron, were rotated into the operation on a regular basis from Guam. Inside the squadron, the rainmaking operations were code-named “Motorpool”

The effects were clear — “road capacities were reduced through muddy conditions, landslides and washouts halted traffic, river crossings were breached, and the enemy supply runs were tied up where they could be more easily targeted by US airstrikes operating along the Trail. As a result, weather warfare had a great, though rarely mentioned impact on the Vietnam War. Put simply, it worked” — Sometimes it worked so well that enemy movements ground to a halt due to heavy rains along targeted border areas. In all, 1,435 missions were flown in combat over the years, typically with two aircraft based at Udorn and one rotating to Guam for maintenance and normal weather reconnaissance duties there.

Another scheme, codenamed Project Commando Lava, aimed to destabilise soils on the Trail; paper sacks filled with secret chemical concoctions were thrown from aircraft for several months, to little avail. Instead of weather modification, Commando Lava involved dispersing a mix of the chemicals trisodium nitrilotriacetic acid and sodium triphosphate that’s generally—and inaccurately—referred to as a “soap” or “detergent.” Though the major components of the mixture are commonly found in detergents and cleaning products, its primary function is as emulsifier which soften hard water and encourages erosion and slashing damage. It does this by repeatedly dumping the mixture—created by Dow Chemical Corporation—from the air. Military planners hoped it would seep into the terrain, indefinitely turning the trail into a sea of mud. Today this technology is used in the clean-up of oil spills similar to what was sprayed over Tauranga following the MV Rena disaster.

Tauranga Mayor Stuart Crosby wants the oil dispersant Corexit banned in New Zealand. His call follows reports the chemical, used during the Rena clean-up, has been linked to deaths and serious illness in America and will no longer be used by Australia’s Maritime Safety Authority. In New Zealand, Corexit 9527 and 9500 are approved for use by Maritime NZ, which stores 3000 litres of Corexit 9527 at the Port of Tauranga. Mr Crosby told the Bay of Plenty Times there were too many unanswered questions about Corexit and it was yet to be proven as a safe dispersant. In the US it is sprayed largely by the same air firms previously owned by Air America the CIA secret airline who participated in both Pop Eye and Lava Commando. New Zealand was also directly involved in the CIA Pentagon secret ‘chemtrail warfare’. At a Dow Chemical Corporation meeting in New Zealand on 3 April 1967, with the US military Business and Defence Services Administration (BDSA). The BDSA noted that Dow’s “capacity for the production of Orange”, a herbicide which the American hoped would attack foliage, causing drought, erosion, slash damage and landslides, in South East Asia was 93,000 gallons per month, and ordered it to deliver that entire capacity to the US military.

It would have been apparent to Dow that this ‘war provisions’ order would have substantial implications on its domestic production of 245T products. Dow supplied about a third of the Agent Orange used by the US military in South Vietnam at a cost of US$7 per gallon. Its New Zealand subsidiary, Ivon Watkins Dow (IWD) had estimated their cost at about NZ $6.50 per gallon, which was below the US production cost of NZ $7.40. On 29 March 1967, Dow notified sales personnel and customers nationwide that no commercial 2,4,5-T herbicides would be available “for at least the balance of 1967” due to “military direct orders for the entire United States 2,4,5-T capacity.” On the 12 July 1967, New Zealand’s Minister of Defence, after communication with Dan Watkins of IWD, rang the US Secretary of Defence informing him that IWD might be able to help meet the US military’s requirement “for something approaching 1 million gallon of defoliants for use in South Vietnam”. IWD had contact with the US Embassy commercial attaché who thought that IWD usual production of 20,000 gallons per year of 245T, although cheaper than US manufacture cost, was too small to attract interest. IWD approached the Minister of Industries and Commerce for assistance in obtaining raw materials, which would enable them to boost production to 80,000 gallons per year.

The Minister of Defence said RNZAF transport was unlikely, so the government looked into other options, including Air New Zealand (the owner of SAFE Air) commercial freighters. Formal confirmation from the CAS to the Minister of Defence of RNZAF inability to assist occurred on 14 July 1967/ On 25 July 1967, the issue entered the public arena in a New Zealand Herald article: ‘May make chemicals’. Four days later, the US Embassy issued a rebuttal, denying they had taken part in any negotiations about defoliant production in New Zealand. On 8 August 1967, the New Zealand Prime Minister said in Parliament that “the American Government was in no way interested in purchasing defoliants from New Zealand” and that “the Government had been in no way involved in the matter.”

That statement in fact was a lie.

The TV 3 Exposé, initially broadcast then censored this on NZ TV (removing the original links) .It is a must see for any member of the public, this doco covers the exposure of the Paritutu and New Zealand community at large to the chemical 2-4-5-T, manufactured at Ivon Watkins Dow in New Plymouth between 1962-1981, and the disastrous effects it had on those exposed. The United States Embassy noted that responsibility for “air sampling missions” had recently been transferred from the Strategic Air Command to the US Air Weather Service, part of the Military Air Transport Service (MATS) and weather reconnaissance and it was suggested that this could Favour the choice of a site in New Zealand for permanent operations because MATS already had a considerable establishment in Christchurch for servicing US Antarctic operations. Once a base was selected and agreed upon, it was hoped to establish permanent operations by July 1962. Flights would normally be conducted in the same general area, between 40 and 45 degrees south latitude, with occasional flights as far south as 60 degrees. The permanent operation would involve approximately 155 military personnel who, with dependents, would mean between 200 and 300 US nationals. US military TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS — 1941-2000 makes clear the 54th where also in New Zealand conducting research here as late as 2000 at least.

6. Operation Crow Flight 1950’s (NZ to Tasman ) Secret US military funded primary concerned ionosphere sampling for authenticating that missile testing treaties where being honored but it also involved in geo engineering in Tasmania. NIWA as noted previously admitted this program existed at a symposium on the topic held in 2011 at Te Papa (also where Lockheed holds it’s weapon expos). That works is now done privately by Snow Mt Hydro. An early press release (before it was deleted) of the 2010 Tepapa Geo Engineering event talked of an MOT task force doing “scientific research” on this topic in our skies involving stratospheric aerosol spraying. This is consistent with what I found in the archives visa MOT role in classified ionosphere research.

Crow Fight is also believed to be linked to Project Clover Leaf the use of refractive nano particles built from barium and strontium (Cloud seeding mainstream use the different phase sodium iodine to pretend its not Potassium Barium the substance chem trail activist claimed for years where being sprayed as mainstream and NIWA trolls maintained incorrectly no such programs exited). It has been used not just for weather modification purposes but as component in electronic warfare used to assist radio propagation, conduct jamming, and mask signals from enemy detection. This can be dispersed with fuel without pilot even knowing. Suggested but not proven to date that this methodology used on some commercial long flights major commercial carriers.

7. 2009 Rogue German Ship Fertilizing Southern Ocean in Dangerous Climate Geo-Engineering Experiment. The RV Polarstern, a German research ship from the Alfred Wegener Institute for Polar and Marine Research, is to dump twenty tons of iron sulphate over 300 square kilometres of the Scotia Sea, off Chile’s coast, near the Antarctic Peninsula between Tasmania and New Zealand. German and Indian scientists are hoping the experiment will show that such manmade algae blooms can provide a quick fix to climate change by absorbing carbon into the sea. Along with other disruptive geo-engineering technology proposals such as space mirrors and aerosol release, scientist and investors seeking to engineer the biosphere pose a great risk of triggering unintended consequences such as further climate destabilization and global ecological damage. The experiment breached the global moratorium on ocean fertilization activities recently agreed under the U.N. Convention on Biological Diversity and defies agreements against dumping of wastes in the sea. Ocean fertilization treats oceans as carbon dumps and will severely deplete already troubled marine ecosystems. 8. 2016: Catchment flooded near Ouse in the southern part of Tasmania. blamed on Geo-engineering in the state’s north, one person was killed and another remains missing. The Cloud-seeding operation according to mainstream reports was used to “increase rain to bolster dams” and involves the addition of a substance to suitable clouds to encourage the growth of ice crystals or raindrops. Premier Will Hodgman said he was told Hydro Tasmania authorised the action on Sunday morning in the Upper Derwent catchment, even though heavy rainfalls were forecast. Mr Hodgman said the decision was difficult to fathom at face value and Australia’s energy minister has asked the company for an urgent explanation.

Hydro Tasmania confirmed it flew a cloud-seeding flight the day huge storms approached the country’s east coast. Documents show the flight took place on Sunday morning while there were flood warnings in place in the north. The flight seeded clouds for more than an hour and a half just north of Great Lake, one of the largest water storage dams in the state. The flight was targeting the Upper Derwent catchment, which mainly feeds water to several hydro electric dams which lie downstream. The company was not commenting further, with a spokeswoman saying it would be inappropriate. “At this point Hydro Tasmania is not in a position to provide more information,” she said.

“Experience suggests that in the aftermath of a severe natural disaster such as this some form of government inquiry follows”. In fact Hydro Tasmania later denied hey used the technology despite a plethora of phtos whcih docuemtn other wise.

No such inquiry was ever held as msm now deny the event took place.

Hower the National archives confirms “numerous cloud-seeding experiments that have taken place in Australia since 1947, including a six-year experiment that began in the Snowy Mountains in 2004, (“the CSIRO later acquired its own DC-3 for cloud-seeding experiments.”) using silver iodide/potassium barium particles sent into passing clouds from aerosol generators on the ground – despite all the experimental work conducted to help develop the technique, Tasmania is the only Australian state so far to use seeding on a significant scale”

13. 2020 An excellent Opinion piece ‘Geoengineering truth darkens horizon’ by the Northern Advocate by Catherine Murupaenga-Ikenn high lights the both the reality of long term geo-engineering experiments and the manner in which this topic has being marginalised for self-interest by New Zealand Australian authorities (including NIWA) and the majority of New Zealand domestic media, despite an ever growing tsunami of evidence and archived declassified documentation.

On March 24 the Guardian officially confirmed that geoengineering (also known as weather modification) scientists are soon to deploy in our atmosphere “the world’s biggest solar geoengineering programme to date”.

A few points to note that people should be super disturbed about:

1) This isn’t in the realm of conspiracy theorist chemtrail/contrail rhetoric: this is scientific research (so arguably now, those chemtrail so-called ‘conspiracy theorists’ are vindicated).

2) The 10th United Nations Conference of Parties meeting to the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) held 2010 in Japan, called on all Governments to:

“Ensure … in the absence of science-based, global, transparent and effective control and regulatory mechanisms for geo-engineering, and in accordance with the precautionary approach and Article 14 of the Convention, that no climate-related geo-engineering activities that may affect biodiversity take place, until there is an adequate scientific basis on which to justify such activities and appropriate consideration of the associated risks for the environment and biodiversity and associated social, economic and cultural impacts …”

So how are Governments allowing this.

3) The statement that this is the world’s biggest such programme “to date” tells us that this activity has been happening (whether officially, or unofficially) for some time. Just how long is debatable, but bear in mind that the powers that claim to be will have had to have been preparing for this (including conducting other experiments in our skies) for a significant period – these sorts of projects don’t just come together overnight. Especially if they’re morally questionable and potentially unjustifiable – which (in terms of harmful effects to our natural life-support systems) the UN warns is very likely.

4) The Guardian article explains that this geoengineering programme is “to study the potential of a future tech-fix for global warming”. So, assuming this activity has been conducted for some time, the next question is what effect has geoengineering already had on our climate, and has that been factored into climate crisis modelling? Because, if not, our climate forecasts could be way off base, putting a question mark on whether our mitigation and adaptation efforts are actually on, or off, target.

5) And, finally, citizens concerned about geoengineering risks have for years called on our NZ environmental authorities to investigate. Their response? To stubbornly continue to deny geoengineering exists anywhere on the planet, despite admitting they’ve not even investigated the matter. How insane can you get?

This kind of bureaucratic, arrogant, wilful, blindness seriously undermines public trust – not just in the very authorities meant to be protecting public health and our environment, but our Government itself. It’s an alarming indicator of a slippery slope to profound failure of national governance which socio and geo-political commentators like the World Economic Forum have warned about.

14. 2020 An Australian aerial survey company is being accused by Kiwis of breaching lockdown rules – but it says it has been cleared to fly. Australia-based Nearmap, whose clients in US Australian Department of Defence has come under fire from Kiwi operators after allegedly completing survey flights across New Zealand during the Covid lockdown. Flight records show an Australian aircraft operated across the South Island in late March, and in Whāngārei, Tauranga and Wellington from April 3 to 5.

A New Zealand pilot, who declined to be named, said he was one of at least three people who have lodged complaints with police accusing the Australian company of breaching lockdown rules. Only essential businesses can operate during lockdown. I in fact have a long list of aircraft and airports hosting this mystery mapping including Invercargil, Dunedin, Whanganui, Ardmore, Hawkesbay. Also surveying India (Air Kiwi) UK USA Australia in same period massive air operation. Mostly using ex air force or former Air America defense contractors.

15. 2022 An Australian Aviation company says it has received more than 100 threats following an online conspiracy theory that its pilots unleashed a flooding disaster by cloud seeding. “Conspiracy theorists spread the false claims after weeks of torrential rains led to deadly east coast floods over the past two months, engulfing homes and sweeping cars from the roads”. In fact MSM the one guilty of spreading fake new as they omit the reality of the 2016, involving Tasmania Hydro, or how the publicly made promised inquiry never eventuated.

The flight path of the Handel Aviation aircraft VH-JIL criss-crossing over flooded areas was also shared online by Australian fashion designer Alice McCall alongside claims it was dropping chemicals to “activate rain”. Handel Aviation operator Mark Handel told AFP that the company does not seed clouds. The flight was collecting images for aerial maps provided to Australian mapping company, NearMap, he said. Nearmaps being the firm caught doing geo-spatial mapping for a purpose which the public has not received. explanation for.

“Weather modification expert” Simon Siems a professor who leads a Monash University (which has extensive ties to Defense) team studying clouds and precipitation, said the practice is not conducted in the Northern Rivers region and it cannot cause flooding. He then repeats the lie “Cloud seeding is not that effective, people do it only under very special circumstances,”. Never mind the research has continued to continuously receive millions in funding over an eighty-year period. Or even that the fraction of the material on such programs that has been declassified to date shows that the military industrial complex (for whom the western corporate press continues to be apologist for) researched the use and consequence of disruptive technology extensively as part of their own long term strategic planning.
