KTI Conference & Annual General Meeting 2019 Weekend 21-22 September near Nelson.
All persons attending this conference will be opposed to the poisoning of our country and looking for ways to make this happen.
If you want to meet some of the best movers and shakers in the Ban 1080 movement this conference is for you.
LOCATION Teapot Valley Christian Camp is an easy half hour drive from Nelson near the town of Brightwater on SH 6.
Coming from Nelson on SH 6 you need to turn right at Ellis Street, Brightwater, travel 3 k to the Teapot Valley turnoff, then 2 k up Teapot Valley Road to Teapot Valley Christian Camp. It’s very near the end of the road, a 25 acre property, plenty of parking, large lecture lounge, small lecture room, large dining room, hot drink making facilities, a flat and the 22 bunkrooms. There are trees and a nice hill to walk up.
COSTS for full weekend $113 per person, includes bunkhouse accommodation and food.
Day cost for Saturday, $43 includes morning & afternoon teas, lunch and dinner.
Day cost for Sunday $25 includes morning & afternoon teas, & lunch.
Powered site for camper van, caravan tents etc $126, for the whole weekend
Unpowered site for camper van, caravan tents etc $122 for the whole weekend
Day cost for a powered site $63,
Day cost for an unpowered site $61.
FOOD includes supper on Friday night, Breakfast, lunch, dinner and morning and afternoon teas on Saturday, and breakfast, lunch and morning and afternoon teas on Sunday. Some people will be expected to help with the preparation of food, serving and clean up. Please let me know if you need any special dietary requirements.
TIMING You can arrive after 5pm on Friday night, 20th September, You must be gone by 6pm Sunday.
Most people will need sleeping bags or will have to supply their own bedding. There are only10 sets of linen so book early if you cannot supply your own bedding.
The bunkhouses have 6, 7 or 8 people per room. There are 22 of them. There are only 2 rooms available for one person (single beds) and one room containing a double bed. There are plenty of toilets and showers close to every bunk room.

TRANSPORT can be arranged from Nelson Airport or bus stations. Let me know the arrival and departure times of your transport.
What is KTI ?
KTI is short for Nga Kaitiaki Tuku Iho Incorporated Society which was formed late last year at a conference near Nelson

AGENDA Will be advised at a later date. If you have agenda items which you would like included please let me know. Discussion at this KTI conference will be limited to the discussions of the people coming. The ideas sent to me by people who are not coming will not be read out.
This KTI Conference is a serious meeting about how we can end 1080 and similar poison use in NZ.
TIMETABLE. Sessions will start on the hour and finish at 10 minutes to the hour. 9 am start with a Whakatau (welcome) on Saturday morning.
5 pm finish with evenings unstructured. Musicians welcome, bring your instruments.
Come for as long as you like, whatever suits your weekend plans. Please bring a name tag or one will be provided and wear it during the weekend.

Social media like facebook is only a small part of what KTI is all about. If you are unfamiliar with facebook try and find someone who knows how it works and you may find it’s for you. Facebook is not as scary as the main stream media would have you believe.
