The B&B is located on the main street of Riverton but position to over look the harbour where you can enjoy Riverton’s unique sunsets enjoy the cosy warm wood fire heated lounge room, or deck. Rose has stocked La Riveria with board games and magazines plus as the usual form of electronic entertainment we expect in this modern age or you can go old school and just relax and read from her extensive bookcase. A large dining room and kitchen make this intimate venue perfect for staff conferences and group getaways.La Riveria has 5 bedrooms, each with its own name an infusion of European influenced design which is found through out the tastefully decorated interior of this boutique accommodation venue radiating comfort and relaxation.
The Scarlet Room
(From $160.00 Sleeps up to 2 ) which oozes “romantic opulence”. Guest can soak themselves and enjoy what Rose calls the “old world character charm of a claw foot bath”, sip a glass of bubbles and just soak up the vibes. The Scarlet Room includes a Queen size timber bed.
The Fleur-de-lis Room ( From $170.00 Sleeps up to 3) spacious and features a wonderful ornate tiled fireplace. Includes a large king size bed of which can be split into a twin if required.
The Bonne Nuit Room (From $125.00 Sleeps up to 2) a lovely charming double room with its décor infused with French design.
The Ivory Room (From $120.00 Sleeps up to 2) “Gorgeous, comfortable twin room, featuring top of the range matching bed linen” .
The Renaissance Room (From $135.00 Sleeps up to 3) King size with extra single, can be split into three singles for group bookings. Beautiful matching bed linen with opulent décor.

The township of Riverton is a mixture of fishermen farmers and artists spans the Jacob’s River Estuary is a popular seaside and holiday resort rich in early Maori history a visit to Te Hikoi Southern Journey Heritage Museum is recommended along with an explortation of the town itself which includes not only some great cafe and eateries but galleries and local business and community efforts such as the Riverton Environment centre and the Riverton Art centre which are worth exploring.
