GOOD TO BE BACK IN THE USSR —

January 2014: In the run-up to Russia’s invasion of Crimea in 2014, VTB Bank, the country’s second-biggest lender, dedicated an entire floor at its Imperia Tower headquarters in central Moscow to financing the country’s war machine.

January 27th 2014: Russia host the winter Olympics in Sochi just weeks after two Chechen Islamic suicide bombings in December targeted a train station and trolleybus in Volgograd, Russia, killing at least 34 people and wounding many more. The attacks took place approximately 400 miles from Sochi and need to be seen in the context of allegations made against Saudi Arabia intelligence czar Prince Bandar that he suggested if Putin’s abandoned the Syrian regime of Bashar al-Assad Saudi Arabia would restrain Chechen terrorist activity in Russia. Putin reportedly interpreted Bandar’s offer as a warning that the Sochi games would be threatened by terrorism if Putin didn’t comply. Putin allegedly countered their would be severe consequences suggesting military retaliation if Bandar’s implied warning was followed up by actual terrorist attacks like the ones in Volvograd.

Documents cited by the Telegraph declared;

Soudi intel chief] Prince Bandar [bin Sultan] pledged to safeguard Russia’s naval base in Syria if the Assad regime is toppled, but he also hinted at Chechen terrorist attacks on Russia’s Winter Olympics in Sochi if there is no accord. “I can give you a guarantee to protect the Winter Olympics next year. The Chechen groups that threaten the security of the games are controlled by us,” 

In 2012 Russian agents have foiled terror attack plans on the Black Sea resort of Sochi, host of the 2014 Winter Olympics, and seized a large amount of weapons and ammunition, authorities .

Russia’s secret service agency FSB discovered ten caches of arms and ammunition on May 4 and May 5 in Georgia’s breakaway republic of Abkhazia, the country’s National Anti-Terrorist Committee said. The region is very close to Sochi. The arms seized included portable surface-to-air missiles, grenade launchers, flame throwers, grenades, rifles and explosives including TNT, The FSB said it suspects the attacks targeting Sochi were being masterminded by Chechen rebel leader Doku Umarov, whom it alleges has close ties to Georgia’s secret service.The presence of Arab fighters in Chechnya has caused repeated accusations from Russian that countries such as Saudi Arabia and Qatar are financing the Chechens’ war chest.

February and March 2014: Russia invades and subsequently annexed the Crimea Peninsular of the Ukraine. This event took place in the aftermath of the Revolution of Dignity and is part of the wider Russo-Ukrainian War. Vladimir Putin said that Russian troops in the Crimean peninsula were aimed “to ensure proper conditions for the people of Crimea to be able to freely express their will,” whilst Ukraine and other nations argue that such intervention is a violation of Ukraine’s sovereignty. The Russian claim their response come as a reaction to NATO decade long expansion east a product of the Pentagon aggressive pole to pole plan for a New American Century launched on the eve of 9/11.

March 12 2014: WAIWERA INFINITY LIMITED is incorporated in Auckland.Land Information New Zealand records show Russian Billionaire Mikhail Khimich, a powerful Russian oligarch with shady friends in low places, was granted permission under the Overseas Investment Act to buy 10 hectares of land from Waiwera Valley Properties Ltd in 2010.

This is only two years after former Prime Minister and chair of the WTO Mike Moore, the architect of the Global Migration Pact (as UN Special Envoy on Global Migration) is appointed the head of the Altimo Foundation as he was also the New Zealand Ambassador to the USA. Altimo (alt. Alfa Telecom International Mobile) is the telecoms investment arm of Russia’s Alfa Group Consortium, controlled by Russian oligarch Mikhail Fridman. Altimo investee companies operate in Russia, Ukraine, through out the former USSR and Turkey it holds stakes in , MegaFon, Kyivstar, and Turkcell. Altimo’s investee companies have more than 150 million mobile phone subscribers . Altimo Holdings & Investments Ltd. is a British Virgin Islands company. A majority of its shares are owned by CTF Holdings, a Gibraltar limited liability company, whose sole shareholder is Crown Finance Foundation, a Liechtenstein foundation.

Altimo patron Altimo Holdings & Investments Ltd. is a British Virgin Islands company based in Cypress. A majority of its shares are owned by CTF Holdings, a Gibraltar limited liability headed by Vladimir Ashurkov which backs Alexei Anatolievich Navalny a Russian opposition leader, lawyer, and anti-corruption activist. Navalny came to international prominence by organizing anti-government demonstrations and running for office to advocate reforms against corruption in Russia, and against President Vladimir Putin and his government. Altimo Foundation is also named in the Paradise Paper data base, which has unearthed large scale money laundering and tax evasion.

In August 2020, Navalny was hospitalized in serious condition after he was poisoned with a Novichok nerve agent. Navalny collected information and talked about the work of United Russia in the housing and utilities sector.

Special attention was paid by Navalny to Tomskvodokanal LLC. The company engaged in the maintenance of water supply networks throughout the city of Tomsk on behalf of the French group Veolia and Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) investing in water and sewer infrastructure. Velioa is one of the major players in New Zealand’s emerging water privatisation with Veolia in 2019 wining a 17 million council-owned water services company, for Wellington Water, to operate and maintain the four wastewater treatment plants that serve metropolitan Wellington. The contract was secured after waste water leaked following a power outage (which was also the means by which Fancy Bears hacked NZ stock exchange). In 2019 The World Bank announced a two-year debarment of French water engineering company OTV and the one-year debarment of Brazilian water treatment technology company Veolia Water Technologies Brasil Ltda. (VWT Brasil) in connection with fraudulent and collusive practices during a bidding process under the World Bank-financed Río Bogotá Environmental Recuperation and Flood Control Project in Colombia.

Friedman is listed by Forbes as one the top 100 richest people in exitance marking him as an alpha predator whose companies lay at the centre of this centuries economic conflict for market domination and global privatisation of finance, telecommunications, health, water and oil.

In August 2019 a Spanish court put Friedman under official investigation for corruption, accusing him of having helped orchestrate the bankruptcy of Spanish technology company Zed . He is accused of secretly engineering the company’s bankruptcy so he could buy it back and enhance goal of owning a monopoly over Spanish telecommunications. These leaks of data are not just the story of rich cats hiding their money they also provide a snap shot of the ambitious and goals of the papers corporate clients.

Fridman is also the founder of Alfa Bank, Russia’s largest non-state bank which has being repeatedly linked to money laundering and organised crime. In 2016 the bank became entangled in a corruption scandal in which telecom company Veon, formerly known as Vimpelcom, paid $795 million to Dutch and U.S. authorities in 2016 to settle claims of bribery to politicians in Uzbekistan as corporate raiders also sought to monopolise and privatise key critical infrastructure. Fridman’s investment vehicle, LetterOne, owned at this point around 48 percent of Veon shares. According to the U.S. Department of Justice, accounts of ATB shell companies, amongst others, were used to pay the bribes to pet politicians and others by Vimpelcom. Alfa bank also lie at the centre of accusations (and counter accusations) between Trump & Biden of collusion in the 2016 US election and alleged conflicts of interest relating to the renewed Western Russian tussle for dominant control of the Ukraine its oil, water, natural resources and its available markets.

Again (to stress this is not a pro Putin page) their little argument that Putin is a ruthless dictator. Nor is this author going to argue Putin would not throw his own people under the bus if an opportunity to enrich himself came along. However so many of Putin’s so called pro-democracy critics have themselves a record of corruption and collusion with western intelligence agency as well as the western oil and water and banking interest. Thus whiles western spies accuse China and Russia of hacking corporations and state controlled critical infrastructure which they increasingly maintain will be the target of a 9/11 style cyber attack against the public lets not forget the issue of Russian hacks on public utilities by Russian hackers so far does not just include Putin back hackers. It does however suggest hackers who have western intelligence connections.

Mikhail Khimich own friendship with the West saw him caught up in a bipartisan US politician lobbyist bribing scandal known as ‘The Abramhoff affair’ in the 1990’s which in many mirrors the present day Biden Trump Ukraine donation scandals. The event illustrates if nothing else that not all Russians come from one big happy family. That just because some one was KGB it does automatically means they are now welcome at the Kremlin these days.  The scandal regardless held up Khimich’s application to buy into Waiwera for two years. The Overseas Investment Office eventually deemed him of “good character”, an indication the West thought Khimich was the right kind of Russian. He invests in NZ water industry heavily with interest in Ordover Trust and subsidiaries Waiwera water, Waiwerea Thermal Resort Ltd, Waiwera Global, Waiwera Water Ltd, plus Waiwera Infinity Ltd, Robert Graham Institute Natural Waters which were listed to his home address or to 21 Waiwera Rd Waiwera Auckland. The crown of this liquid gold mine was the Waiwera water bottling company and water park north of Auckland, which has since been placed into liquidation in October 2019 and is subject to at less one investigation (from the NZ Companies Office) due to financial irregularities.

Khimich initially enjoyed positive media moved in high-profile social circles with the likes of New Zealand politicians and Kim Dotcom the hacker who got Auckland former mayor John Banks into hot water for dodgy election campaign donations. Offshore the Russian specialised not in water and selfies but energy commodities co-owning – a major supplier of oil and gas to the Russian military NaftaSib. He is deemed a good friend of the pre Putin KGB old guard.

The chief executive of the Robert Graham Institute, part of the Waiwera Group owned by Mikhail Khimich is Soviet spy who defected to the West Dr Alexander Kouzminov, a former KGB Biological weapons inventor, the author of Biological Espionage, who specialise in water borne disease and contaminants, was by then was working as Waikato’s Senior Policy Advisor for Water Policy, Science and Strategy at Waikato Regional Council. In 2014 Kouzminov, who tested more than twice the legal drink-drive limit, was let off a drunk driving conviction. Like Khimich leniency had had being, on the grounds he would lose the right to travel overseas as a consultant for “several foreign intelligence agencies”.

New Zealand Khimich’s former business associate, was New Zealand citizen Alexander Kirichuk – formerly of the Ukraine. The business relationship soured so Kirichuck says after a “Russian who moved in similar circles” attempted to “recruit” Kirichuck daughter Victoria Kirichuk, then a New Zealand police officer at the time. After declining the offer – which included payment “three times’” as much as her police salary to access the police database – a harassment campaign was waged against her and her family, which included multiple death threats and instances of intruders on their property during the night. The family has filed multiple reports about the attempt and subsequent incidents with police, SIS, the US consulate, and the IPCA. None of them want to investigate. Copies of these documents formed the basis of a RNZ investigation which documented how Kirichuck was forced out of the police and received death threats just as the Kirichucks claimed. 

Russian prosecutors in 2014 also accused the ex-leader of the former ruling party in Moldova, Vlad Plahotniuc, of drug trafficking. The Russian prosecutors say Plahotniuc was part of a group of 60 people who organized the smuggling of large quantities of narcotics from the North African kingdom to Russia and its surroundings via the Europe. The investigation follows the Organised Crime and Corruption Reporting Project into an operation known as “The Russian Laundromat,” where billions of dollars were moved from Russia, into and through the 112 bank accounts that comprised the system in eastern Europe, then into banks around the world. Much of the money ultimately found its way to Russian businessmen who own groups of companies involved in construction, engineering, information technology, banking and other forms of critical infrastructure. HSBC, Deutsche Bank, Bank of China, Bank of America, Danske Bank, and Emirates NBD .Organizers created a core of 21 companies based in the United Kingdom (UK), Cyprus and New Zealand and run by hidden owners.

OCCRP journalists supplied the Naked Capitalism (which includes veteran journalist involved in the original Wine Box case and who appear exclude from thee Pandora data files) blog with PDF documents which appear to suggest a company named Chester (NZ) Limited laundered almost 25 billion roubles. Chester (NZ)’s sole director is Leah Toureleo, who worked for the infamous Vanuatu-based GT Group, tied to the Wachovia wire transfers (Magnitsky Papers) and the North Korean arms shipment conducted under the names of corporations owned by VicAm (Auckland) Ltd who also appear in transaction relating to the sales by the state oil company of Azerbaijan.

2014: John Key’s personal lawyer, Ken Whitney and Asiaciti Trust New Zealand (The stars of the Pandora Papers) led lobbying efforts to head off an embryonic bid by the Inland Revenue Department to crack down on tax havens.

The New Zealand link to Pandora focuses on Moldavia and highlight another Swiss connection Vladimir Plahotniuc who had 180 million in assets using a New Zealand trust *1 The Pandora Papers show Plahotniuc created the Otiv Trust in 2011 with Asiaciti's New Zealand office based in Auckland, while others show his wife Oxana Childescu repeatedly requesting tens of millions of dollars be sent to her in Switzerland over multiple years. In 2011 a due diligence report carried out for the financial sector warned that there were many serious allegations against Plahotniuc including "corruption, manipulation of the judiciary system, of money laundering, participation in arms trafficking and attacks on the Moldovan financial sector".

EBOLA CRISIS – USAID/ECOHEALTH ROLE — NATO EXPANDS INTO AFRICA (PRIOR TO US PASTING LIBYA).

March 2014 (2016) Ebola breaks out in three nations Guinea, Sierra Leone, Liberia and simultaneously, In each case patients zero will be reported at WHO facility also involved in US Department of Defence research involving Tulane University. EcoHealth Alliance scientists alleged they have traced the Ebola virus in a West African bat. The virus broke out in June of 2013, the Ebola epidemic centered on Guinea was the deadliest ever recorded. Foreign workers were being evacuated as top disease-fighters warned that the virus could soon spread across West Africa. World Health Organization resisted the alarm until August despite the fact that senior staff in Africa proposed doing so in June.

In 2021 on August 26th: USAID removes Kissinger 1974 ‘Depopulation’ Report NSM200, the back bone of US Foreign policy for over 50 years from it website as its role in the Wuhan Lab, alongside Eco Health Alliance, becomes the focus of public scrutiny and as potential lab origins of Covid 19, gets more widely reported. Wikipedia probably the most conservative of reports says NSM200 program was aimed at keeping the third world and it population from competing against the developed world it states;

“The basic thesis of the memorandum was that population growth in the least developed countries (LDCs) is a concern to US national security, because it would tend to risk civil unrest and political instability in countries that had a high potential for economic development. The policy gives “paramount importance” to population control measures and the promotion of contraception among 13 populous countries to control rapid population growth which the US deems inimical to the socio-political and economic growth of these countries and to the national interests of the United States since the “U.S. economy will require large and increasing amounts of minerals from abroad” and the countries can produce destabilizing opposition forces against the US. It recommends that US leadership “influence national leaders” and that “improved world-wide support for population-related efforts should be sought through increased emphasis on mass media and other population education and motivation programs by the UN, USIA, and USAID”.

The missing Department of Defence Ebola trials: Oct 18, 2007 was titled “New Test Moves Forward to Detect Bioterrorism Threat.”

The initial round of clinical testing has been completed for the first diagnostic test kits that will aid in bioterrorism defense against a deadly viral disease.Tulane University researchers are collaborating in the project…“Corgenix Medical Corp., a worldwide developer and marketer of diagnostic test kits, announced that the first test kits for detection of hemorrhagic fever have completed initial clinical testing in West Africa.

“The kits, developed under a $3.8 million grant awarded by the National Institutes of Health, involve work by Corgenix in collaboration with Tulane University, the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases, BioFactura Inc. and Autoimmune Technologies.”

Robert Gary, professor of microbiology and immunology at the Tulane University School of Medicine and principal investigator of the grant, bragging about progress they have made in Sierra Leone, states that “We believe this remarkable collaboration will result in detection products that will truly have a meaningful impact on the healthcare in West Africa, but will also fill a badly needed gap in the bioterrorism defense.”

Professor Robert Gary, carried over by the success of their program, spelled out the scope of their involvement in developing U.S. military capacities with viruses in West Africa, “The clinical studies are being conducted at the Mano River Union Lassa Fever Network in Sierra Leone. Tulane, under contract with the World Health Organization, implements the program in the Mano River Union countries (Sierra Leone, Liberia and Guinea) to develop national and regional prevention and control strategies for Lassa fever and other important regional diseases.”

Douglass Simpson, president of Corgenix, joins in the celebration of their achievements in Sierra Leone. “Clinical testing on the new recombinant technology demonstrates that our collaboration is working,” he says. “We have combined the skills of different parties, resulting in development of some remarkable test kits in a surprisingly short period of time. As a group we intend to expand this program to address other important infectious agents with both clinical health issues and threat of bioterrorism such as Ebola.” It should not be a surprise that the three countries of the Mano River Union are the centers of the current outbreak. The U.S. epidemiologists have been at work in the region. Wherever the U.S. intervenes, they create new problems or they exasperate the existing problems.

Curious about event in Africa I decided to go back and look at other out breaks and see what and who was ground zero /patient zero. I then build a time line of events A-K citing case from 2003 SARS to the 2020 outbreak of Covid cluster at food plants in the USA and Eastern Europe to see what common factor emerge in all these cases with the benefit of hindsight.

THE USAL SUSPECTS:

A: 2003: Doctor Liu Jianlun declared patient zero of 2003 SARS or bird flu outbreak.

Dr. Liu Jianlun arrived from Guangdong where, before his arrival, he had treated patients at the Guangzhou military hospital who reportedly had exhibited atypical flu symptoms. Dr Robert Webster, the New Zealand born world authority on viruses from Jude Hospital, has attributed the 2003 bird flu outbreak to bad vaccines. Vaccines which create disease via cross contamination via junk in the vaccine or by being poorly applied by lowly trained practitioners, in locations where regular electricity makes preserving and protecting vaccine difficult. Researchers from EcoHealth Alliance and Metabiota also collaborated on presentations on how to “live safely with bats” and their studies linking emerging infectious disease outbreaks to wildlife trade facilities including those in “wet markets.”

Their pre Covid 2016 presentation states “Wildlife trade can facilitate zoonotic disease transmission and represents a threat to human health and economies in Asia, highlighted by the 2003 SARS coronavirus outbreak, where a Chinese wildlife market facilitated pathogen transmission,” the 2016 paper notes. Not mentioned in the paper is the role of substandard or ‘bad vaccines’ listed by Webster as the actual source of the 2003 SARS outbreak.

B: 2009: Edgar Hernandez, a 5-year-old living in La Gloria, Mexico, was believed to be “patient zero” in the 2009 swine flu, or H1N1, outbreak. He survived swine flu, which his mother believed developed due to US-owned Global food giant Smithfield Food industrial pig farms in the area. The pigs eventually were sourced as ground zero (despite initial denials) all pigs received regular and multiple vaccines. Founded in Smithfield, Virginia in 1936, Smithfield Foods boasts more than 40,000 U.S. employees in nearly 50 facilities across the country. In 2013, WH Group (formerly known as Shuanghui International Holdings) purchased Smithfield for $4.7 billion; including debt, the deal valued the firm at $7.1 billion, then the largest acquisition of a U.S. company by a Chinese business. WH Group went public on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange a year later, and furthered its American presence by buying Clougherty Packing, California’s largest pork processor, in 2017.

Scott Webster General Manager Smithfield BioScience was the former General Manager Pfizer Animal Health. A reflection of the revolving door between USAID, Pfeizer and Smithfield whose employee even include the sister of Jacinda Ardern Louise Ardern a compliance consultant before she jumped into working in cyber security instead.

Rob Wallace an evolutionary epidemiologist with the Agroecology and Rural Economics Research Corps notes how Agribusiness corporations like Smithfield, who are major part of the U.S. economy, took advantage of NAFTA to set up shop in Mexico, driving small Mexican hog operations out of business. A series of genetic studies “showed the agribusiness operations in the US and Canada infected these new factory farms due to bad vaccines and that their hogs contracted swine flus which then evolved into the H1N1 pandemic. That’s why our team called the virus the NAFTA flu” Wallace states. US officials made sure the virus was called by the more generic term “H1N1,” even though the pandemic strain clearly had emerged from U.S. factory farms. Wallace states the US “wanted to make sure ‘swine flu’ wasn’t used because he wanted to protect the pork industry from suffering the consequences of being blamed. And he got the WHO to go along with him”.

USAID Romania helped facilitate the opening of a Smithfield Foods pork processing facility, creating a new market for farmers ’products. “USAID’s agricultural-support activities in Southeast Europe has been commercialization of higher value, export oriented production, particularly into European Union countries. A competitiveness project in Serbia has helped increase sales and productivity in six high potential agricultural sub-sectors: berry fruits, dairy products, herbs and mushrooms, livestock and meat, tree fruit, and vegetables”. Multi-yearly agricultural development programs in Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina,Albania, and Kosovo see Smithfield Foods reboots its Romanian pork plant as it begins exporting from that country to the rest of Europe, after the lifting of a 6-year ban on pig products from the country following an outbreak of disease fromimported swine herds used in intensive factory farming.

C: 2009: Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners (RSTP) an offshoot of Rosemont Capital, an investment fund founded by Hunter Biden (President Biden son) and Senator John Kerry’s stepson established. Among the companies listed on archived versions of the firm’s portfolio is Metabiota, a San Francisco-based company that purports to detect, track, and analyse emerging infectious diseases. As part of this effort, researchers from Metabiota, EcoHealth Alliance, and the Wuhan Institute of Virology will collaborate on a study relating to infectious diseases in China where “sensitive and broadly reactive RT-PCR assays were performed at Wuhan Institute of Virology, Chinese Academy of Sciences,”.

D: 2013: Guinea West Africa. Patient Zero’s of West African Ebola Outbreak in Gueckedou Guinea is Emile Ouamouno. He is just two years old when he died in December 2013. His death was followed by that of his four-year-old sister Philomène. And then his mother. It is not known how he contracted Ebola but it is blamed on bats by Eco Care Alliance (and this is accepted at face value by western journalist) despite bats have a maximum range from their homes of only 80km.

Guéckédou – home to one of Guinea’s two Ebola Treatment Centres run by Médecins Sans Frontières (MFS), close to the borders with Liberia and Sierra Leone, it is later used for USAID US Defence funded vaccine trials conducted in 2015. At the start of the epidemic in 2014, only 2 Ebola DNA vaccines had therefore been oficially tested in humans. One in the USA and one test conducted in Uganda, again funded by the USA’s DOD.

E: The West African Ebola outbreak was officially declared on 23 March 2014 Prior to the declaration, a WHO memorandum on 18 March documented 35 cases (22 deaths) of a disease considered likely to be Lassa fever in Guinea. Samples from these cases were sent to Institute Pasteur facilities in Senegal and Lyon, where they tested positive for EBOLA. Another WHO memorandum, dated 19 March, described additional cases, ignored by those tasked with tracking the disease including ‘Case A’ a medical worker. Case A lived in Kailahun District of Sierra Leone, across the border from Guinea, in or near Kpondu, and had recently travelled to visit a son in Guinea in a vehicle with a sick individual, who subsequently died. Case A died on March 3.

The High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) was initiated as an ionospheric research program jointly funded by the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Navy, the University of Alaska Fairbanks, and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). It was designed and built by BAE Advanced Technologies. Its original purpose was to analyze the ionosphere and investigate the potential for developing ionospheric enhancement technology for radio communications and surveillance. In those upper latitudes, the ionosphere intersects with Earth’s magnetic field and becomes scientifically interesting. Work on the HAARP facility began in 1993.  Work on the HAARP facility began in 1993. 

HAARP is the subject of numerous conspiracy theories. Various individuals have speculated about hidden motivations and capabilities of the project. Allegations on HAARP being an offensive super weapon status include the following:

• Nick Begich Jr., the son of the late U.S. Representative Nick Begich and brother of former U.S. Senator Mark Begich, is the author of Angels Don’t Play This HAARP. 
• A Russian military journal wrote that ionospheric testing would “trigger a cascade of electrons that could flip Earth’s magnetic poles”. *1
• The Alaska state legislature and the European Parliament both held hearings about HAARP in which significant environmental concerns were raised.
• Controversial Physicist Bernard Eastlund claimed that HAARP includes technology based on his own patents has the capability to modify weather and neutralize satellites.

Sceptics and civilian based scientist involved in the defence funned research dismiss this as rubbish. However that refuting needs to be considered from four core point points;

One: Owen Wilkes, a New Zealand based peace research, who worked on exposing classified atmosphere based research in NZ from the 1960’s-1980’s ( even covering the US Airforce Blenheim Kaikoura based ‘Project Long Bank’ experiments earthquake warfare potential ) documents often have little understanding of how military research is compartmentalised so even the military applications of their own research are not apparent to the scientist who may be involved in but one small technical component of much larger project.

Two: Even the most hardened skeptics have had to admit that HAARP based technology can be used to facilitate deep sea submarine communications and as means of jamming enemy nuclear missiles or signal transmissions. Applied strategically this too can having devastating impact in war and geopolitics as such technology can in theory disrupt communications and trigger black outs over large areas.

Earthquakes or not HAARP is a ecological monster firmly bound to an out of control arms race which has had minimal coverage as the Russian invasion of February 2022 did not emerge out of nowhere but is a product of the superpower increasingly returning to peak cold war hostilities which began at the end of the 1990’s as NATO and it western corporate powers pushed east and Neo-conservatives began talking of a “A new American Century” and western conglomerates eyes both the former soviet Union resources and critical infrastructure for take over.

Three: What the full state of HAARP’S geophysical warfare capacity remains, to those not privy to the highest level of classified material, the realm of speculation. Yet the vast billions spent on HAARP and similar systems by the USA’s super power competitors are reflection are proof of the deadly ambitions which if not achieved fully to date remain clear a working goal of the super powers.

TWO Ebola strains that have currently broken out in Africa can be proven with out doubt to be weaponized Ebola and why if a vaccine is applied (at less to the Guinea strain) it could very well result in making the current disaster 1000 times worse.
