communications or affecting emergency operations.”

First responders across the country face increased illegal jamming threats to GPS, radio, and wireless systems. These threats interfere with responder communications equipment and can compromise critical situational awareness. Although jammers are illegal to manufacture, import, market, sell, ship or operate in the United States,they are inexpensive and easy to obtain from foreign manufacturers. These illegal devices can delay emergency response times, escalate hazardous situations, result in loss of life, or facilitate illicit activities.

January 15 2015: New Hampshire Union Leader reports the body of 50-year-old Chris Cramer was discovered below the third-floor balcony of his Tabuk, Saudi Arabia hotel room on Jan. 15 2015. His employer, Kollsman, Inc., a subsidiary of Elbit Systems of America, initially told the family his death had been ruled a suicide by the local police. Cramer was in the country at the request of Advance Defense Systems of Kollsman in order to provide technical assistance for a demonstration and sale of a TOW anti-armor missile system. The family do not accept the allegation of suicide and suspect foul play. His last text reads “I’m at the Marakim tabuk hotel in Saudi I think something bad is going to happen to me tonight. Please contact state dept ASAP. Bad things were said.”

FAO said tens of thousands of people in rural areas of Guinea worst-hit by the Ebola epidemic will receive training on how to prevent the spread of the disease and support in producing food crops and generating income, through an agreement involving the privately funded World Bank and the country’s government. Middlemen are controlling access to weapons and routes..Qatar, the tiny gas-rich Gulf state which played a leading part in supplying weapons to Libyan rebels, has a key role in directing operations at the Adana base, the sources said. Qatari military intelligence and state security officials are involved.

“Three governments are supplying weapons: Turkey, Qatar and Saudi Arabia,” said a Doha-based source.

Ankara has officially denied supplying weapons.

Secret Turkish nerve centre leads aid to Syria rebels

Abdel-Moneim told reporters how his son and 12 other rebels were killed inside of a tunnel used to store weapons provided by a Saudi militant, known as Abu Ayesha, who was leading a fighting battalion. The father described the weapons as having a “tube-like structure” while others were like a “huge gas bottle.” Ghouta townspeople said the rebels were using mosques and private houses to sleep while storing their weapons in tunnels.

“I can give you a guarantee to protect the Winter Olympics next year. The Chechen groups that threaten the security of the games are controlled by us,” Bandar allegedly told the Russians.

“The [Benghazi] consulate’s only mission was to provide cover for the moving of arms” to Syria, a former U.S. intelligence official told journalist Seymour Hersh in the London Review of Books. “It had no real political role.”

June 16 2015: NASA’s Stratospheric Observatory for Infrared Astronomy, SOFIA, departed from Christchurch, New Zealand.  SOFIA is a Boeing 747SP jetliner modified to carry a 100-inch diameter telescope. It is a joint project of NASA and the German Aerospace Center. NASA’s Ames Research Center in California’s Silicon Valley manages the SOFIA program, science and mission operations in cooperation with the Universities Space Research Association headquartered in Columbia, Maryland, and the German SOFIA Institute (DSI) at the University of Stuttgart. The aircraft is based at NASA’s Armstrong Flight Research Center’s Hangar 703, in Palmdale, California.

June 23 2015; It announced in 2017 aviation regulations are to be updated following a June 23rd nationwide air traffic control blackout which exposed safety flaws.  The blackout grounded planes across New Zealand for nearly two hours after air traffic controllers at Airways’ Christchurch headquarters lost radar and radio contact with aircraft. Telephone services to control towers were also disrupted.  A software code error in a device was blamed for triggered the broadcast storm, which arose during a digital upgrade. Airways’ radar, radio and telephone systems are all integrated in a digital data network.

June 24 2015: Power grids across North America and Europe have been on high alert all week as two massive solar storms have battered Earth, threatening to disrupt electricity supplies to millions of homes and businesses. The solar storm was upgraded from “strong” to “severe” by the U.S. government’s Space Weather Prediction Center (SWPC) in Boulder, Colorado. Controllers across the United States and Canada issued similar warnings and preparing to stabilise their grids as unusually strong electromagnetic radiation emitted from the sun interacts with the Earth’s own magnetic field and induces freak currents across the electricity transmission network.

July 2015: scientists made a grim discovery in Patagonia, the southern Chile, Antarctica near the South Pole: 337 dead whales. This is the world’s biggest mass whale stranding event ever recorded in history.

15 August 2015: Experts puzzled as 30 whales stranded in ‘unusual mortality event’ in Kodiak Alaska the sister launch site to Rocket lab in mahi Peninsular Since the beginning of May2015, 11 fin whales, 14 humpbacks, one gray whale and four unidentified cetaceans have stranded on islands of the western gulf of Alaska and along the peninsula’s southern shore. Most died in the Kodiak archipelago. These 30 deaths alone amount to almost three times the historical average, according to Noaa. Nine of the fin whale deaths were found floating in a relatively small area around Kodiak island an area used intensively by the US military to test weapons and increasingly subject to the impact of climate change including the release of never before seen bacteria and nuclear waste from past test.

By the time Aylan’s body washed ashore, more than 300,000 people had risked their lives to reach Europe. Over 2,600 have perished in the attempt. Its a symbol of the social unrest emerging as wealth gap widens between the developed world and the developed world.

Western reports maintain Syrians were using Russia as a transit point into Europe. The Wall Street Journal writes that migrants from Syria are flying to Russia, traveling north and trying to cross the border near Murmansk into Norway. NATO migration policy rather than building unity, that results in quality of life for all (making middle class aspirations achievable to many), seems ultimately focused on creating societies of have and have not.
