JANUARY 2022: 441,449 LOW EARTH ORBIT SATELLITES Operating, Approved and Proposed.

During the past two years, the number of satellites circling the earth has increased from 2,000 to 4,800, and a flood of new projects has brought the number of operating, approved, and proposed satellites to at least 441,449. And that number only includes low-earth-orbit (LEO) satellites that will reside in the ionosphere. The satellite projects include the ones listed below. The companies are based in the United States unless otherwise indicated. Their has being little discussing about what the ecological ETHICAL or geopolitical ramifications of this might be.

Each one of these satellite arrives in orbit by single rocket that use more carbon credits to reach low orbit in five minutes than all the carbon credits used by 70% of the individual humans on this planet in any one of their lives.

Each one of these uses a staggering amount rare materials that like foil fuels are finite and will not replenish once they are gone.

The idea of course is that once we are in space we will be able to mine for such materials and even water from ice frozen planets and asteroids. Withstanding the staggering number of things that can go wrong in space (which make this ambition almost in itself a form of lunacy) the idea itself has kick started an arms race that not only accentuates the consumption of rare natural resources, thus speeding up consumption of resources, and accelerating carbon consumption, it has drastically escalated the chance of conflicts (be that by accident or engineered) here on earth that risk triggering, in exceptionally very real terms, an extinction level event that not only end our dreams of space travel for ever but risk being the endof lie on earth as we know it period.

And where the resources, being spent to ensure military air superiority in space, do not come directly from an arms race then their goal is to create the critical infrastructure for a Brave New World where no one seems to have dawn on the fact that ever increasing faster internet for every one translate to ever increasing levels of the same kind of energy mismanagement which ha fuelled the exiting climate crisis. A crisis not in fact sparked by fossil fuels itself but the root evil the Western ever increasing need for ‘more’ is killing us all.

Not to mention the fact we the consumer (the forces who are truly to blamed for the world woes) seem to be missing a key fact that faster 5G and ever evolving AI ultimately means a world in which the elite have little need for workers and the need to share power and resources becomes redundant. When the reality is genuine conservation and much needed global democratic reforms have being once again hijacked by a status quo that has increasingly become toxic and militarised.

So when your looking up, at the increasingly polluted night sky, reading that bill board you might want to consider, for a true translation of what it all means, the modern parody of Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy, written by the late great Douglas Adams. Rwanda, which has abundance of minerals used in space develop, wants to catapult Africa into world leadership in space, filed an application with the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) on September 21, 2021 for 327,320 satellites.

Its proposal includes 937 orbital planes, distributed in 27 orbital shells (layers of satellites at different altitudes), with 360 satellites in each plane.

February 22 2022: Three Chinese businessmen accused of making unlawful donations to the National Party allegedly made similar contributions to the Labour Party, including through art auctions and a Chinese imperial robe. Six people were charged by the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) last May after an investigation into donations made to Labour in 2017. The three men where New Zealand Order of Merit recipient Yikun Zhang and brothers and businessmen Shijia (Colin) Zheng and Hengjia (Joe) Zheng. Zhang, 50, and the Zheng brothers, 36, were already facing an SFO prosecution over donations to National after being charged alongside former National MP Jami-Lee Ross in January 2020.

In April 2022 The Serious Fraud Office (SFO) would close its investigation into Auckland mayoral election donations for Phil Goff. The complaint was first made in September 2019, when electoral officer Dale Ofsoske passed a complaint about Goff’s 2016 election expenses to police over a $366,000 auction declaration, which included a book being sold for $150,000.The book had belonged Goff – a former Minister of Foreign Affairs – and been signed by Chinese President Xi Jinping. The SFO has also investigated Christchurch City Council Chinese election donations but in December 2020 closed its inquiry. The SFO focused on campaign donations made to mayor Lianne Dalziel in 2013, 2016 and 2019.

The SFO, staffed by a large number of former Hong Kong barristers, said it found no evidence of any criminal conduct during its investigation.The agency is also currently prosecuting cases over donations made to the New Zealand First Foundation. In the 1990s New Zealand’s First leader ironically clashed with the SFO and accused them of political nepotism after the newly elected agency appeared to go soft on prosecutions with political overtones.

The SFO set up in 1990 was soon known as “laughing stock of NZ law enforcement”from day one. The SFO reputation not helped after the original choice to run the SFO Warwick Reid, a high-flying Hong Kong barrister, was himself busted for fraud. Warick was found to be living proof of the alleged M16 Chinaman Report’ working for the Chinese Triads just before he was to have headed the SFO having being hand picked by Privy Councillor Sir Geoffrey palmer then Labours Minister of Justice. Philippine immigration officers,who gave the former former Acting Director of Public Prosecutions the codename James Bond, lured fugitive law officer Charles Warwick Reid from his Manila hideaway in 1989. He was prosecuted for taking $12.4 million in bribes and after serving 4 and half years in jail. His original eight-year sentence was reduced to six years when he turned informer and he was assigned to witness protection, during the first three years in solitary confinement, and on his release was returned to New Zealand. Within days of returning he had made a false affidavit for a Chinese businessman standing trial in Hong Kong. Hong Kong authorities wanted him extradited, but he was instead tried in New Zealand and sentenced to two years. He, his wife and his solicitor became the defendants in a landmark Privy Council case on tracing bribe money in 1993, when the Attorney-General of Hong Kong sought to obtain unpaid fines of $12,000,000 after claiming Reid had bought his home in the New Zealand seaside town of Tauranga from the proceeds of crime. He pleaded guilty in New Zealand’s high court for taking a NZ$1 million (HK$5.3 million) payment to pervert the course of justice.

Reid’s role was central to the Price Water House Cooper Carrian group fraud which exceeded three billion Hong Kong dollars. The fraud came to surfaced after Mrs Thatcher’s visit to Beijing in 1983, where her hopes to negotiate an extension to the lease on Hong Kong’s New Territories were crushed, the Hong Kong Stock Market then slumped and Carrian stock price fell sharply. Bankers dumped Carrian stock, depressing the price further and leading to panic selling. As the Carrian group was on the verge of collapse the Police’s Commercial Crime Bureau raided Carrian HQ. The liabilities of the Carrian group exceeded three billion Hong Kong dollars. Redis testimony insured PWC liability for the fraud which in turn gave the Hong government a free pass. David was then weeks away from retiring after a 38 year career with global consultancy Ernst and Young, the last 14 years in Hong Kong. David was a Remuera Primary and an Auckland Grammar boy, whose flair for numbers and getting big things done propelled him into the accounting profession after studying at this University. His early career was with Wilkinson Wilberfoss which, in the way of accounting firms, became in the 1980s a part of the global firm
Arthur Young and then Ernst and Young (now just EY). The next move was to Hong Kong, still with Ernst and Young. There David had been called upon to manage the liquidation of a major corporate collapse – that of Carrian Investments. The Wikipedia entry gives the flavour of that assignment: Following allegations of accounting fraud, a murder of a bank auditor, and the suicide of the firm’s adviser, the Carrian Group collapsed in 1983, the largest bankruptcy in
Hong Kong. While in Hong Kong David walked in the worlds of both the expatriate community
and the Chinese. Ernst and Young had major US clients, and David headed up the New Zealand Hong Kong Business Association.

7 April 2022: New Zealand will deploy a C-130 Hercules aircraft with 50 Defence Force personnel to Europe, to help transport and distribute donated military aid to Ukraine, Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has announced. The 50 NZDF staff, going to Germany, will follow the deployment of nine intelligence personnel already in the UK and Belgium. Monitoring seismo-electromagnetic pulses and determination of their source using GPS (Global positioning system) clocks should be made in real time by removing EM noises due to lightning and human artifact. Some storage oscilloscope with a trigger level should be used at a high sampling frequency of at least 10 MHz. One can detect pulses with the width of about 0.1 ms which have been broadened during propagation; a high frequency component decays due to a small skin depth. These EM pulses will be used as an early earthquake warning to reduce sufferings accompanying the disaster though the exact time of earthquakes would still be difficult to predict. Animal behavior similar to those induced by pulsed electric field and EM exposures and so by lightning in nature could be a useful warning to lay citizens in earthquake prone areas even admitting the difficulties of deterministic earthquake prediction using these EM signals.

More importantly repeated attacks on ports (Lebanon, Ever Green ect) and shipping have being confirmed by mainstream commentators and analyst as having being attacked in this time frame with a deliberate focus on disrupting food security and supply lines. I addition we can pint to at least two case where market forces can be shown to have set out to create opportunity out of unfolding crisis one is geospatial data firm Cargo Metrics and the other includes a visit to Dunedin during lockdown of firm known to be in the game of market manipulation that coincide with secretive and non transparent geospatial flights which related to food and water survey being conducted not just here in New Zealand and Australia but cases of global covert geospatial survey where also documented in my the war diary in the USA, UK, India and else where. The war diary also notes a drastic increase in attacks upon refinery and transport used to move fuel supplies and again this spike has being noted by mainstream commentators.

If you wanted this authors opinion I would go so far as to say their have sufficient case of provable attacks on food and water sabotage here in New Zealand alone – which my war diary records, to go as far as to say its my own belief that teams similar to the Cold War Gladio Stay Behind units are being tasked with attacks on food water and energy supply. Teams compromising of paid mid level professional criminals, wanna be pseudo mercenary’s, le by former special forces types taking orders not from governments perse but those in the private sector. This actually is my opinion not a fact and yet my opinion is formed, unlike the average social media ‘fact’ checker by combination of experience, specialist skill set the average fact check simply will never have. In addition to me doing, a bit of field work and ironically my ability to do a degree of actual fact checking (concerning a variety of incidents that have being catching my attention – such as thee hacking of Waikato waste water – and motivating my focus on topics such a water ownership will before 3 water became major headline) taht you will never see actually performed by social media tech firms ever.

Ultimately if you wanted to genuinely fact check the growing suspicion of many that the supply lines are on the line you would crunch the collective data (as Cargo Metric sets out to do) and compare it to yearly statistics to work out if their was genuine anomaly (one that breached statistic expectation). This is the model used by actual specialist food manufacture insurance firms or rather the events seem bigger as they are contextually offered up with documentable statistical material to give a real and accurate comparison. And as the typical fact checker is age 25 or less, has little real life experience, come from ultimately economically advantaged demographics – that have little reason to question the status quo, who have on average minimal academic qualifications (the bulk are interns who have yet to complete their post graduate degrees), with student, zero training and experience in the topic they set out to ‘fact check’ who in fact do zero actual field work (for example those ‘fact checked’ never actually get approached and offered a chance to provide additional documentation). That and of course the Fact Checkers draw their pay from those advancing the dominant dogma of a shrinking world desired by a world of corporate globalism. One in which all power and wealth is centralised. Luckily the fact checker mummy and daddies are demographically likely to be invited to be part of ‘Club District One’ in the new normal as Hunger Game grow from being idea from science fiction to a reality of global economic as neoliberalism bring back it own version of corporatized neo feudalism.

Since November 2014, the bank’s largest shareholder has been Gozfond, which is owned by Putin ally Yuri Shamalov. Last year, the EU imported 45 per cent of its natural gas from Russia, equivalent to around $70 billion.

Danske Bank’s internal investigation found “reprehensible conditions” at the bank’s branch in Estonia and its Copenhagen headquarters. Ten former employees at Danske Bank’s Estonia branch are currently being investigated in connection with the case, in which two other former Soviet republics, Azerbaijan and Georgia, have been implicated as well. The official independent investigator report, released on September 19, 2018, found that the Estonian branch had maintained a portfolio of thousands of non-resident customers from Russia and other former Soviet states from 2007 to 2015.

Denmark’s state prosecutor for serious economic and international crime, Morten Niels Jakobsen, who oversaw the investigation initially, was subsequently suspended until further notice. In 2016 the bank became entangled in a corruption scandal in which telecom company Veon, formerly known as Vimpelcom, It paid $795 million to Dutch and U.S. authorities in 2016 to settle claims of bribery to politicians in Uzbekistan. The bribes where to insure that corporate raiders, who also sought to monopolise and privatise key critical infrastructure in Eastern Europe and else where, were successful in creating a telecommunication monopoly in Uzebikstan. Fridman’s primary investment vehicle for this objective had being LetterOne, whose CEO Alexander Pertsovskuse to work for John Key’s old bank Merill Lynch. Fridman owned at this point around 48 percent of Veon shares. According to the U.S. Department of Justice, the accounts of ATB shell companies, amongst others, were used to pay the bribes shelled out by Vimpelcom.

In 2016 Russia’s VTB Group and Fridman Alfa Group agreed on a share purchase from Turkey’s leading telecom operator Turkcell, the VTB Group said in a statement. This decision came ahead of the deadline granted for the solution of the dispute between Russian billionaire Mikhail Fridman and Turkcell founder Mehmet Emin Karamehmet over the control of Turkish telecom operator Turkcell.  Meanwhile in the run-up to Russia’s invasion of Crimea in 2014, VTB Bank, the country’s second-biggest lender, dedicated an entire floor at its Imperia Tower headquarters in central Moscow to financing the country’s war machine. In early December 2007, a year before Moore’s appointment to Altimo and Clarks meeting with Tony Texeria top manager of VTB Oleg Zhukovsky, 24, was found dead in a swimming pool of his house. Moscow’s police said he committed suicide. The man was tied up but had left a suicide note. In October the same ear, , Alexander Plokhin, director of a VTB-24 department, was shot dead near the elevator in his apartment block. Moscow’s police are still looking for the killer.

Russia post perestroika oligarchs (former communist hardliner who had seen the ‘light’ and were in some cases literally in partnership with their former cold war enemies) saw in Moore, now the chair of the World Trade Organisation, the same thing Fay and Richwhite had seen in the Labour parties Rogernomics – to use one of the nicknames given to the New Zealand invention of Neoliberalism. Which would then be exported to the rest of the globe via the model of corporate globalism: – the Perfect Public Partnership. Some one who would lend their bonafide’s to the pursuit of unbridle greed and the pretence that some how their was a social progressive agenda mixed up in what was really just another Laissez-faire wet dream.

One where Moore’s World Without Walls (later packaged as The Global Migration Pact) was simply in reality a recipe for unbridled free trade without ethics, cheap sweat shop labour and the establishment of corporate global monopolisation and privatisation of critical infrastructure and exploitation of people and the environment. The attack in Christchurch would go a long way to make people forget that. As it also took their minds off the buying up of New Zealand water, land, natural resources and critical infrastructure.

New information suggests that payments transferred to 17 Black accounts at Noor Bank in Dubai originate from the “Azerbaijani Laundromat”, a network of shell companies used to embezzle public funds out of Azerbaijan and pay bribes around the world. 17 Black, first identified by Daphne Caruana Galizia, was a bridge between the Azerbaijani Laundromat and high-level officials in Malta.

Meanwhile in February 2019 lawyers in Mozambique Africa would sue Stephen Jennings old work place Credit Suisse (Jennings old bosses), alleging fraudulent loans. with $200 million of billion in bribes and kickbacks, also involving Russian bank VTB Group, passed through the bank according to the U.S. Department of Justice.

The case would feature Christchurch New Zealand investment banker Andrew Pearse which the “The Paradise Papers” show was a shareholder of and Palomar Energy Holdings, both registered to tax haven the British Virgin Islands. Officially involved in a UN tuna-fishing project and coastal erosion protection system and oh yeah unofficially was into arms deals, who was formally charged on July 22nd 2019 for his part of the Panama Paradise Papers ongoing investigation into white-collar crime.

Debt cancellation activists welcomed the arrests, but criticised authorities for not taking a leading role against fraudulent loans they are aimed at exploiting developing world. The US charges focus on deals from several years ago that allowed Mozambique to borrow US$2b for maritime projects and coastline protection, similar to those conducted by Lebanese Nigerian Chagoury Group who would pledge $1 billion in coastal erosion projects in Africa to the Clinton Global Initiative according to CF own website. The indictment said at least US$200m of the UN funds were diverted for Food For Oil styled bribes and kickbacks, prosecutors said.

Pearse, who is from Christchurch New Zealand, was the head of Credit Suisse’s Global Financing Group until about September 2013. Four months earlier around April 2013 Pearse started setting up subsidiaries with international naval construction firm Privinvest Group. A firm owned by arms delaer Lebanon-born French billionaire Iskandar Safa (photo below) who builds war ships and submarines for Israel. From 1978 to 1981, Iskandar Safa claims to have managed the construction of a military airport in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia). This is not strictly an accurate statement: during this period, and a bit later, he was working as a site engineer for INECC at the King Abdulaziz Military Academy project in Salbukh, near Riyadh.In 2007, Iskandar Safa took part in the creation of the Abu Dhabi Mar naval construction site with Al Aïn International and became executive director. In 2011, Privinvest purchased Al Aïn International’s shares. Today Safa is the wealthiest person in Lebanon, a person saturated in the intrigues of the Middle East and French politics, a modern day Adnan Kashoggi. United Kingdom.

Companies records show Andrew James Pearse of New Zealand is 49 years old and had appointments at three companies while living in the UK. He was appointed director of Meadowmead in 2013 and resigned in 2014. The company went into liquidation in 2016. In 2015 he was appointed director of Discovery Capital, now dissolved, and he is still a director of BFP Properties. The Christchurch Press report shows he has two Christchurch Church properties are now co-owned by a company with the same initials as Pearse, called AJP Trustee Services. Company records show several other firms with similar profiles. Its far to say Pearse resent just the tip of the ice berg.

NZ is in fact named 60,000 times in the 2009 Paradise Papers (born out of the Panama Papers) which focused on ANZ chaired by John Key who when faced with the SP Trading GT Group money laundering affair said he would write a report and “look into it”. 

Nothing was ever done. And lets not even talk abut Key’s own lawyers ties to these papers and the dubious charity laws Key passed in 2008 and how these laws helped kiwi land become a laundromat for offshore political action groups just as my two books claimed. Meanwhile SP Trading size laundering continues with Russian hacker Alexander Vinnik 140 million frozen asset washed through New Zealand.

Vinik, based in Cypress, used an Auckland address again well known in the ICIJ data bases that track paradise papers and Panama Paper money laundering cases involving New Zealand and the politically connected. Since 2003 Vinik companies has triggered numerous alert but no action will be taken on these accounts until Ortis arrest and authorities reexamine his work. Canadian spy analyst Cameron Ortis gets busted 2019 for selling secrets to crime cartels.

ONCE UPON A TIME A GREEDY KIWI & A ‘COMMIE COOKIE’ STARTED WW3:

The Ortis affair is without doubt singlehandedly the biggest spy scandal in post WWII history and it identifies corruption a the highest levels within the New Zealand government as it namely related to Ortis handling of the SP Trading GT group ties to the murder of whistle blower Sergey Magnitsky. The Orti investigation results in the creation of a new club that usurps the Five Eyes Security alliance AusUSUK in which Canada and New Zealand are excluded from access to certain technologies and weapons as result.

There is Zero reporting on the Cameron Ortis spy scandal in New Zealand or why we New Zealand and Canada where excluded from AusSUK even though Ortis was the agent in charge of investigating NZ links to Russian money laundering. An investigation sparked by the discovery of the New Zealand leased aircraft in Thailand and its ties to the Vanuatu based ‘SP Trading’ money laundering group and billions of Mexican and Russian organised crime dollars in laundered via New Zealand Australia.

Money which as the Paradise Panama and Magnitsky Papers document involved New Zealand role as money laundering hub dealt with the forced sale of Yukos Oil. Yukos shareholders include Richard V Allen the former American National Security Adviser to President Ronald Regan, who lives part time in Queenstown (and can be linked to Mill Brook via his partner Graham Smolenski) and who acted as the ‘bagman’ for Project Democracy.

Project Democracy is a Cold War political action fund raising group pioneered by the National Endowment for Democracy whose leaders will spear head PNAC ( The Project for A Nw American century), which in the 1980’s sought to assist the Iran Contra as the CIA run illegal operations, raise capital. Capital then used to buy black-market Russian arms and fight proxy wars against the Soviet Union in Afghanistan and south America with right wing militia and Islamic Mujahedeen assisted by both Saudi Arabia and Israel. Nicky Hager in his book the Hallow men list Allen as one of the people to help in 2008 John Key, a Merill Lynch New York merchant banker become New Zealand’s PM supported by Stephen Jennings and other New Zealand members of the Business Round Table (now called the New Zealand Institute) including Alan Gibbs. It was Jennings who first established Renaissance Capital Moscow after raising capital with his former Credit Suisse Colleagues and ruthless exploiting the opportunity Perestroika had presented western merchant bankers following the lesson Jennings learns during the sale of the Bolshevik Biscuit Company (BBC). The BBC was to be an application of the same New Zealand’s experiment which had heralded in Rogernomics and Labour economic right wing turn to neoliberalism known as The New Zealand experiment. It permitted Western investor to create economic monopolies as newly privatised critical infrastructure was purchased cheaply in a cash poor post cold war Russia where every thing was now up for sale. It was idea doomed from the start,

Sergei Magnitsky was a tax auditor at a Moscow law firm when he discovered what he said was a massive fraud by Russian tax officials and police officers according to Hermitage CEO William Bowder.  Its Bowders allegations which triggered the initial waves against Russia which effectively saw the Col war trigged off all over again.

Magnitsky died after reporting the alleged theft of $230m (£150m) to the authorities, he was himself detained in 2008 on suspicion of aiding tax evasion and died in custody in November 2009. He acted as a legal adviser for London-based Hermitage Capital Management (HCM), where colleagues insist the case against him was fabricated to make him halt his investigations. Or at less that the version told by Bill Bowder CEO of Hermitage Capital Management is an investment fund and asset management company specializing in Russian markets which has being accepted as gospel by the same media peddling the Russian hack story who are the same people who accepted Iraq had weapons of mass destruction becuase the US intelligence community said so.

Court documents show how alleged wire transfers from the Russian organised crime group going into the UK bank account of Stephen Jennings Renaissance Capital – a Russian investment banking firm, which has offices in London. The US attorney’s office of New York said the organised Russian crime group, along with corrupt Russian government officials, “engaged in a broad pattern of money laundering in order to conceal the proceeds of the fraud scheme”. 

Again no one is doubting corrupt Russians were involved or exist. Yet the real question is were the Russians really ripping of the Western backed oligarchs, who came to plunder Russia and its critical infrastructure, or are the true marauders in this story the Western Oligarchs who came to plunder and then would not pay their taxes as they used offshore accounts to hide their profits with a little help from their allies and partners in crime the major merchant banks of global finance.

On November 22, 2019, German news magazine Das Spiegel began to think the Bowder account, that on face alone had being chosen as the dominant narrative western media (under the influence of lobby bodies like the CRF and Davos) had chosen to peddle, was itself a fabrication big non allegation short on actual proof. Accordingly Der Spigel published an article in which it claimed Browder accusations concerning the “Magnitsky Case”, “do not withstand thorough examination”.

 The English version of this article appeared on November 26, 2019. Browder responded by filing a complaint against this article with chief editorship of Der Spiegel and the German Press Council. Der Spiegel published a further article, releasing its evidence and emphasising its stance on the matter had not changed. Effectively Der Spiegel had called not just Bowder out but the collective western media s(and their pals in Qutar Saudi Arabia).

Der Spigel maintains there now is an ongoing lobbying campaign by PNAC and its media/lobby allies within the CFT/DAVOS/SAUI to repeal the Magnitsky Act (the “Campaign”) for the purposes of rewriting the history of the Magnitsky Clinton ‘Uranium One story’ to suit those it would otherwise incriminates as they employ corporate western media and public relation specialist to weave a story that is short on hard evidence and based on hear say alone.

Regardless of whose right the agreed ground is Yukos forced sale came after Russia White House Revolution (1998) the failed coup against Boris Yeltsin. An event which saw Vladimir Putin, a low level KGB officer based in St Petersburg ( who appeared to be involved in his own efforts to sell St Petersburg to critical infrastructure monopolies and was even initially aligned with many whom now call him there enemy) shoot to power in reward for his loyalty to Yeltsin. The event also saw Russians coming to Millbrook (not Wellington), to assure New Zealand based investors Russia’s butter debt would be paid. Though in what form of currency it would be paid is another interesting question.

End result is alleged tax evasion by the western oligarch kills Perestroika and reignites an era of renewed cold war conflict. All driven by the bitterness of western investors like Allen (who all come from the world of merchant banking or Washington’s inner circle) and are keen to establish monopolies over critical infrastructure. The rise of Putin, regardless of whether Putin is the people’s hero or just anther oligarch war lord will mean Jennings has to shift his interest to exploiting the resources and critical infrastructure of Africa which is also being plundered by the NY merchant bankers.

Stephen’s Jennings was also a friend of the Clinton Foundation. In 2010 Renaissance will host the ‘Clinton Foundation Renaissance Banks ‘Russia and the CIS Going Global’ annual conference for which Bill Clinton receives $500,000 from Renaissance for a one hour speaking engagement. During which time Deutsche Bank New York, the banks of choice for Russian Mexican money launders, Donald Trump, the Clinton Foundation’s and their chief financial architect (who was also a and financial ‘bounty hunter’ for Adnan Kashoggi ) Jeffrey Epstein. Publishing this documented fact on social media earnt this author time in Facebook jail and it comes on top of another jail-book sentence handed out a for the crime of posting photos collected from prestigious analyst Belligcat showing Ukraine Ne Nazi the AZOV holding up the book written by the Christchurch mosque shooter who killed 51 people all the while wearing the dog tags of the Azov Battalion. The two cases show how Facebook is becomes a tool for propaganda and social engineering and why it so hard to get an alternative account of the Ukraine conflict to be heard over the din on all the war porn.

As Clinton prepared to collect his $500,000 payday in 2010, Bill Clinton simultaneously sought clearance from the State Department to meet with a key board director of the Russian nuclear energy firm Rosatom — which at the time needed the Obama administration’s approval for a controversial uranium deal, Uranium One. 

Another name from the Paradise/ Panama papers data base is billionaire Frank Giustra, a Canadian mining magnate who has donated $100 million to the Clinton Foundation who sat on the board of Uranium One. Gisutra claims he sold his shares three years before donating the $100 million to the Clinton Foundation. Arkady Dvorkovich, a top aide to then-Russian President Dmitri Medvedev and one of the highest-ranking government officials to serve on Rosatom’s board of supervisors, was listed on a May 14, 2010, email as one of 15 Russians the former president wanted to meet during a late June 2010 trip, the documents show. Clinton Foundation foreign policy adviser Amitabh Desai wrote the State Department on May 14, 2010, using the former president’s initials and forwarding the list of names to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s team.

Money which as the Paradise Panama and Magnitsky Papers document involved New Zealand’s role as a money laundering hub for projects such the forced sale of Yukos Oil, financing arms deals, terrorism and organised crime in general. Its a story I have pushed for over three decades and the irony is the more events enfold to verify my body of work is correct the harder it becomes to get that story and its importance reported, in a New Zealand media landscape increasing being privatised by US interest and hamstrung by amalgamation and reliance on government subsidies.

Jennings is today the chairman of the New Zealand’s élite NZ Initiative (The far right arch conservative Business Round Table rebranded). He is the ultimate poster boy of respectability and John Key ideals of a Fortress New Zealand run by Captains of industry. Jennings is also CEO of Rendevour Enterprises in Africa, whose chairman Frank Mosier is a special committee adviser to President Donald Trump (Clintons old golfing buddy) on African affairs. Rendevour projects in Africa include the Tatu City involving Vimal Shah, chairman of Bidco Africa, Nyagah Governor Bank of Kenya. These are cities built around controlling key infrastructure. And its here Michael West a formerly a journalist and editor at Fairfax newspapers and now an Associate Professor at the University of Sydney’s School of Social and Political Sciences notes;

In the wake of the stunning Pandora Papers data leak this week, the ABC enthused, “Even by the ICIJ’s standards, this is big. If the documents were printed out and stacked up they would be four times taller than Sydney’s Centrepoint Tower”. Probably not. If we assume Pandora is like its predecessors Panama Papers and Paradise Papers – where less than 1% of the data was made public – that would represent a stack of documents 12.2 metres high, not 1220 metres, which would get you up to Yogurt World on Level 5 of the Centrepoint food court. Another “biggest data leak in history”, another trove mega-leaks where billionaires, celebrities, Italian mobsters, Russian oligarchs and foreign heads of state have been outed for their links to tax havens. 

WEST hammer his core point home;

But where are the US politicians? Where are the Wall Streeters? Where are the Big Four, the masterminds of global tax avoidance PwC, EY, KPMG and Deloitte? Conspicuously absent, that’s where. Again.

The point West makes if you think any of these leaks by themselves are the full picture think again. In Russia the battle began as a fight for resources and critical infrastructure between two thieves. One one side Putin represents the opportunistic pirate. On the other is Bowder Allen and his PNAC buddies who dream of America as Empire entitled to claim the spoils of war.

The Western media is more sympathetic to the version of events pitch by Bowder than it is to claims of victim status by Putin the poor little pirate who lives in a ten billion dollar villa but the reality remains the same. The people on the street were at the whim of those willing to sell to whoever gave them the best returns. Putin is a crook, your delusional if you say other wise, yet the Western media in peddling Putin as the sole bad guy responsible are responsible for a major misunderstanding of the deeper cause and root issue which has led to the Ukraine Crisis as the camera zoom away from the real super villains at work here.

In Russia Jennings can be linked directly to Clinton and in Africa Trump. Todays friend is tomorrow rival (apparently). And the truly disturbing thing in play here is the only two constants to be extracted from all the papers we have seen to date (minus Wikileaks who made al their data available, as opposed to only selective leaks, as its founder Julian Assange got persecuted by both the Republicans and Democrats as Labour and National both remain silent on the abuse being done to Assange and genuine democracy);

A; The leaks for all their headline only name the minnows not the actual whales.

B; The leaks fail to paint the true picture at work here the centralisation of global power where the many have less and less as the few (a shrinking few at that) have more and more and more and….

Jennings, afters his Russia investment will go onto invest in urban development in African and the privatisation of critical infrastructure, an economic process which he is also widely credited with helping privatise New Zealand Rail. Unsurprising the architect of that process would be Stephen Jennings. Who would help draft the sll off New Zealand assets when he was part of the same tax policy unit in Treasury credited with pushing through New Zealand’s neoliberal economic ‘reforms’. Allister Barry documentary Someone Else’s Country looks critically at the radical economic changes implemented by the 1984 Labour Government – where privatisation of state assets was part of a wider agenda that sought to remake New Zealand as a model free-market state. The documentary focuses on “the trickle-down ‘Rogernomics’ rhetoric which warned of no gain without pain” and here the theory is counterpointed by the social effects and privatisation of critical infrastructure (redundant workers, Post Office closures). The documentary then focuses on how Labour’s neoliberal policies where then pursued by National’s neoconservative government. Both parties in turn taking their orders not from the people but the central banks (whom New Zealand Prime Minister Norman Kirk had called “the Gnomes of Zurich”) to whom New Zealand had become indebted. Specifically Jennings was part of the same early version of John Key idea of “Fortress New Zealand” a kind of ‘nuclear free’ Switzerland of the South Pacific. Except even New Zealand’s ‘nuclear free’ moment was a farce.

Jennings then went to work for merchant bank CS First Boston NZ in Wellington, where according to the National Business Review “Stephen’s group specialised in giving expert economic advice on governance, restructuring and competition policy issues”.  When Stephen unfurled his wings and left for a global role with Credit Suisse in London Sir Tipene O’Regan of Ngai Tahu is reported as saying “that it felt like he was losing a son” 1

Specifically Jennings was a supporter of John Key idea of “Fortress New Zealand” a kind of ‘nuclear free’ Switzerland of the South Pacific. Except even New Zealand’s ‘nuclear free’ moment was a farce. Labour had allowed NZ Rail to be gutted by merchant bankers Fay Richwhite and Dutch Born Van Heeren (who ran the prestigious Huka Lodge in Taupo – part of the Small Luxury Resorts of the World Alliance — a sting of luxury accommodation venues, which in New Zealand case was made up of investors from a back ground of far right wing politics and included UK Tories, Roger Duglas the father or Rogernomics, Mercenary Czar General Singlaub the Iran Contra’s own version of Jack Nicholson ‘you Cant Handle the Truth Col Jessup and financiers of weapons for minerals wars in Africa) who also helped gut and privatise New Zealand Telecom.

That is when his name was not popping up in relation to accusation of arms deals, dealing in Uranium or organisation involved in such schemes such the notorious Operation Lock and WWF Club 1001, a money laundering and weapons procurement scheme literally dressed up in a panda suit, who co members would include Lockheed Martin, Fugitive banker CIA asset and drug smuggler Robert Vesco, his partner in setting up Vanuatu as tax haven Iran Contra Adnan Kashoggi the financier of NZ PM Robert Muldoon Think Big, Agha Abedi, founder and head of the BCCI; BCCI shareholder Salem Bin Laden, the older brother of Osama (who died in a plane
crashed when the BCCI scandal came out) and various other assorted vermin with CVs suggesting their owners ambition in life was to be the world biggest scum bag.

In 1997 Paul Tantum was shot in Moscow. In 1996 Presidents George Bush and Mikhail Gorbachev had blessed the 430-room riverfront tower Radisson which Tatum and his partners (made up of Neocon Americans, Russian mobsters and the state government of Russia) had turned from a pre-perestroika concrete skeleton and transformed it into a hip place for foreign and Russian entrepreneurs, with a steak house, fashion boutiques, a glittering lobby. It was to be a shining example of the role joint ventures and investment capital banking could play in Russia’s slow, state sanctioned march away from Communism. Like the case of Stephen Jennings and the Bolshevik Biscuit Company Tantum Radisson instead became a model of how severely such ventures could go wrong when profit not political stability are the primary objective of such venture.. The Russian stakes in the hotel would changed hands three times (as the big fish ate the little fish) and was being administered by a young Chechen woman whom Tatum suspected of having ties to the Chechen mob. Western lenders, fearful of Moscow’s quickly deteriorating business climate, had turned down Tatum’s loan applications. 

Whoever shot Tatum is “probably no longer alive,” says Natalia Bokadorova, his former longtime girlfriend who believes his death could have been sanctioned only by someone at “the highest levels” of Russian power base. Alternatively she contends, that Tatum stepped into the middle of some unknown battle between the city of Moscow, mafia groups, and the federal government–all of whom were competing (not co-operating) for a slice of the Radisson gem, with its lucrative, cash-rich operations.  It was a cash cow and it was to be milked until its tits where raw and bleeding.

FIRE IN THE HOLE: SWARM ALERT.

MAY 2015: Volcanic tremor has increased again at Ruapehu on 28 April, shortly after the onset of Kp5 geomagnetic storms. This is the third time that tremor increase is matched by geomagnetic storms in the last five weeks. The intense tremor at 2-7 Hertz (red bands) is now interspersed with with sudden tremor dropouts as the volcano goes into a pulsing phase. Local volcanologists announced last week that tremor is the highest in 20 years but an eruption still highly unlikely. They may announce this week that an eruption is becoming likely. Pulsations and high tremor may stabilise in the next day or two as sunspot 2994 moves around to the backside of the Sun. Active new sunspots may appear in about a week.

May 4 2022:. A period of heightened unrest continues for Mt Ruapehu, with continued high levels of volcanic gas emissions and strong tremors, GNS Science says. The volcanic alert level remains at 2.

May 4 2022 The Russian Ministry of Defence (MoD) said in a statement on 30 April: ‘From the State Test Cosmodrome of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation (Plesetsk Cosmodrome) in the Arkhangelsk Region, the combat crew of the Space Forces of the Aerospace Forces [VKS] successfully launched an Angara-1.2 light-class launch vehicle with a spacecraft in the interests of the Russian Ministry of Defence. It is alleged that the payload was probably a top-secret new military radar satellite system, for use in the war in Ukraine.

May 4 2022: Recent signal jamming and cyberattacks have battered Ukrainian digital network infrastructure and caused severe outages. Reports attribute these to Russian actors.  In an effort to secure redundant communications capabilities, Ukrainian Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Federov approached Starlink-enabled internet. In response, Musk’s company SpaceX activated Starlink service in Ukraine and sent additional network terminals. USAID says the terminals they are delivering are necessary to “safeguard” public internet access, Starlink has reportedly enabled members of the Ukrainian Aerorozvidka to carry out sophisticated intelligence collection and fire support operations against Russian positions. One Ukrainian military official even told the Times of London that he “must” use Starlink in order to acquire Russian targets with thermal imaging.

May 6 2022: A small aircraft, a four-seater Piper PA-28 Cherokee, was discovered near the town of Sioux Lookout Canada. Neither the pilot, nor the three passengers survived the crash. Among those onboard the plane was Gene Lahrkamp, a gang member with a C$100,000 (US$78,000) bounty on his head. Lahrkamp, a former Canadian special forces airborne trained soldier turned private military contractor (his friend claimed they thought he still worked for the government ) was a chief suspect in the murder of Hells Angels member and drug manufacture Jimi Sandhu, ( a Canadian born Indian) who was shot dead while at a villa in Phuket in Thailand in February. Thai police allege that Lahrkamp and co-conspirator Matthew Dupre, another former Canadian special forces soldier, travelled to Thailand to assassinate a hells Angels member. Lahrkamp joined the Royal Canadian Regiment’s 3rd Battalion in Petawawa and reportedly served tours along the Russian-Ukrainian border in 2014 (other media reports say he never saw overseas deployment to an active battle field — strictly speaking a NATO deployment would make both statements true).

Lahrkamp reportedly was trained as a sniper. The 3 RCR was re-constituted in 1996 from the Light Infantry Battalion formed at the time of the Airborne Regiment’s disbandment in 1995. after the elite Airborne Regiment were revealed to have tortured and killed a 16-year-old Somali boy, Shidane Arone, in 1993, during the United Nations peacekeeping mission in the war-torn nation. The case revealing again how neo Nazi had infiltrated the Canadian armed forces and law enforcement. Sandhu’s death marks the second assassination of a Canadian-linked gang member abroad. In January, two Toronto men linked to the Hells Angels were killed in Mexico. Before he was sent to prison for kidnapping, follow passenger Duncan Bailey was previously involved in what Calgary police described in 2009 as the largest cocaine seizure in Alberta’s history. Investigators believe the gang based operation distributed network spread through the “United States, beyond that to Mexico and South America.

May 13 2022: Putin Ramps up attack on GPS satellites, manipulating global navigation systems by sending out false location data to civilian ships or other users on a vast scale, in an apparent attempt to prevent drones from approaching President Vladimir Putin or to safeguard sensitive sites at home and abroad, according to a report.

May 15 2022: A  white gunman motivated by hate and dressed in tactical gear live streams as he killed 10 people and wounded three others Saturday afternoon at a Buffalo, New York, supermarket, officials said. An apparent manifesto with the suspect’s name, a shared birthdate, and biographical details in common with the suspect, was posted to Google Docs. 

In it, the shooter claimed to have been radicalized online and appeared to adhere to the false replacement theory, which has been used by white killers to justify violence against Muslims, Latinos, and Jewish people around the world. The document also says Buffalo was targeted because it’s the city with the most Black residents that’s nearest to the author’s residence, and repeatedly references the gunman who killed 51 people and injured dozens of others in the 2019 shooting at a mosque in Christchurch, New Zealand. The ADL said the apparent manifesto closely parallels the language in the document written by the Christchurch shooter.
