He posed for a photo on the dais of the U.S. Senate with his right arm flexed and his left arm holding an Indian spear from which hung a U.S. flag.

Widely reported that the gates were left open for protesters.

Both left and right wing media have provided footage of Angeli at the Black Lives Matter protests. So there is no doubt he was at the BLM ralley. However both side have only provided a cropped images thus providing no means to authenticate the actual context upon which Angeli was present at the Black Lives Matter protest.
