Dai Mitchell attempts to seek right to medical care as is his lawful right ends up getting assaulted by hospital security – who oddly are not keen to call the police despite believing (wrongly) their security officers have rights above the law.
He ask them to call the police they wont. Think about that know these fuckers wont hesitate to call cops when they think your challenging their authority. My own arrest record stands at five time in two years and that is after 47 years without so much as speeding ticket.
The common denominators of my ‘were calling the cops’ goes;
Me: I would like to speak to the manager.

Me; Nope our business transaction is not concluded. ( Meaning a remedy to my plaintiff has not being issued and thus a resolution has not being offered).
Is my understanding of the law right. I am not a lawyer my understanding of the law is however based on my training as a solider and intelligence operator during counter insurgency exercises and is based upon training/understanding of military law guiding rules of engagement and the power to use force, execute search, conduct seizure, make arrests, and the layers where the military are not there to enforce law but simply support police operations. It is based upon twenty years experience where I have clashed with BDSM trying to over step there authority on countless occasion and hindsight seems to show yes I do have good understanding of the law through direct experience if nothing else.
I have being released every time with out prosecution and my camera footage untouched as I am given just a “warning” (five times ha ha) as the ‘man” try’s to hide his mistake under one last bluff which I treat with the contempt it deserves.
The man give’s a worthless trespass orders issued incorrectly and on an unlawful basis (Trespass orders their only for when a person threatens another persons safety or property. Not because a bureaucrat twat feels threatened and does not want to be held accountable)

You can film with out consent anyone in a public place and what constitute public is not necessarily related to property ownership
e.g.a football stadium during a game would most certainly be public even if the stadium is privately owned. You can films and post screen and footage without consent form if there are more than five people in the shot (deemed public unless prior waver issue not to film are issued and you consent to conditions as part agreement to be there).
And actually yes you can film hospital policy, Winz policy, court policy, council with a carrot up its ass policy, is not above the law. However much it might wish it were so.
And its becoming a vexing habit of government agencies and their corporate partners in grime) to issue dictates that are just unbelievable illegal (e.g having private security guards ask you for ID to enter a government ‘public’ building while your about your lawful business):
Actually that covers arrest number one when I ignored the ‘renta hitler’ in his $2.00 mirrored sunglasses ( offering no protection from the sun while hindering a person peripheral vision and depth – only security enforcement value intimidation) and just walk in.
To be totally honest not arrested that time after I also ignored the unlawful threat of trespass, if I did not leave that was issued at the time But cops did show up.
I respond calmly politely (this is so important) but clearly ‘hi guys just letting you know I will co-operate and you dont need to use force but you will have to arrest me if you plan to ask me to leave’. I explain the law to them (I was not being violent, threatening no one and had lawful reason to be on premise) – they go around corner and five minute later emerge having spoken to the manager. Yup your actually right but can you come back tomorrow as the office will be closing. Do exactly that walk pass the same security guards unchallenged.
Muggles test me if you will. I am happy to go court and to jail necessarily to challenge Dorris Umbridges (‘Now children Im sure will all get along if you just do as I say’) false lie that burrecracy can not be held accountable and we just have to do as we say
The law is the law and yet increasingly were seeing a host of unlawful, unconstitutionality bureaucratic totalitarianism pop up.
It motive to see if we the public will tolerate this bullshit and with that acquiescence give them a legitimacy they are not entitled too.
Contrary to popular belief hell is not full of demon with pitchforks and fiery tales.Its full of bland soulless demon in grey suits with clip boards dubious legislation and compliance based not on law but public ignorance tempered with absence of education,as to our own rights and constitutional safeguards. Its protected by a media, brought/controlled by select interests, who guilty of dereliction of duty and system which entrench and protects it own. Regardless there are more of us than them so if we let them getaway with the unlawful and don’t support those who challenge those breached (e.gDai Mitchell) we get what we deserve for a maxim of law is you only have rights if you enforce them..

I’m being denied comprehensive health care in the public health care system in NZ, have been through the acc bullshit for 4 years and still have undiagnosed and underdiagnosed serious spinal injuries, with redflags, that are obvious on the scans – last time I went to A&E because of extreme pain, w
as denied a referral to a specialist and assaulted by hospital orderlies while the charge nurse smiled and looked on, got it all on camera, horrendous experience. – the hospital is denying the assault and refusing to release the cctv footage that I OIA’d them for.
Recently got assaulted also in the Nelson courts by security staff and a police prosecutor for calling a judge corrupt(I was in the public gallery), the police arrested me, and offered me a doctor(part of the their process) which I accepted, no doctor was forthcoming, now the police are saying I was combative( I was not, I was just trying to leave and exercising my right of freedom of movement) and that no arrest was made – theres 3 doctors clinics within 3 mins walk of the police station.
I have also OIA’d the courts for the footage and all court records of the event, this is being delayed by the courts. I’m also having the police on for perjury and lying on the CSR, they don’t care, they have filed the report and stated it cannot be changed, I can complain, but the police are corrupt in NZ, and theres no independent oversight body, its the police watching the police.
The judge judged his own case also – when I was under considerable duress, I was still under arrest and led in handcuffs to the courts- to apologise to the people who assaulted me! “Nemo judex in causa sua (or nemo judex in sua causa) is a Latin phrase that means, literally, “no-one should be a judge in his own case.” It is a principle of natural justice that no person can judge a case in which they have an interest.”
Its obvious NZ is controlled by a subversive group of vicious criminals who persecute people who don’t keep quiet like good little slaves in this BS society.
The hospital has since sicked cyfs on my family. And I’m now being slandered as being aggressive and displaying threatening behaviour. Am too scared to go back to the hospital despite having a broken back and spinal cord compression that can lead to paralysis and death if left untreated – untreated cervical stenosis, as most likely the hospital will mental health me, or their staff will assault me again. – these are valid concerns. Most people are naive as to the reality of the situation in the medical industry in NZ. To be fair there are some good people in the medical industry, but most of the surgeons are corrupt, and double dipping, getting a salary in the public sector and have a private practice as well. they deny care in the public sector so as to force people into the private, in small towns its noticeable, as there are often only half a dozen surgeons.
