— Seems the latest narrative is to suggest anyone who question the lawlessness of the Neo Liberal Gulag which literally does not believe in rights is call everyone a sovereign citizen whatever their cause. Or to be precise if the government is Neo Liberal (economically right wing hiding behind liberal identify politics) or Neo conservative right wing and un-ashamedly cheering on the coming corporate gulag your ANTIFA. Lost on the propaganda and apologist is the growing frustration of people caught out by the economic consequence and the diminishing room for accountability and transparency e.g. well feed people with a fair system don’t get pissed off. Notwithstanding such treatment simply grows the cancer, allow opportunist to incorrectly martyr Shane’s names adding to the insult, but I got be honest I genuinely believe that is the aim to create the problem, then offer the “solution”

Shane Christie: A Man Who Asked Lawful Questions, Not a “Sovereign Citizen”

On 22 August 2025, Shane Christie published a series of posts on Facebook raising simple, lawful questions about the jurisdiction and conduct of Nelson City Council. He questioned why private property—such as dogs—is forced into registration, converting ownership into a license under Crown jurisdiction. He asked why councils, which operate as companies with NZBN and registration numbers, are permitted to threaten, coerce, and penalize without any clear contractual authority with the people they target.

Shane was calm, respectful, and precise. He cited legislation, asked for remedy, and insisted on lawful process. He was not violent. He was not irrational. He was asking the questions that every man and woman has the right to ask.

Yet the mainstream media—led by Stuff—responded not by reporting the content of Shane’s questions, but by framing him as a so-called ‘sovereign citizen.’ This is a dangerous distraction, a way of smearing those who challenge the commercialised enforcement of councils. The real issue is jurisdiction and contract: without agreement, no council has the right to impose demands on a private trust or a living man.

Days after these exchanges with Nelson City Council, Shane was found dead. The timing cannot be ignored. Nor can the fact that throughout New Zealand, councils and their contractors have threatened, coerced, and even killed dogs without lawful cause. Communities have reported intimidation, with police sometimes backing council officers with force.

Shane Christie deserves recognition for his courage. He showed the public that asking questions is not unlawful. He reminded us that councils are companies, not sovereign authorities. And his death demands answers—not labels. The media must stop silencing lawful dissent with smear words. Instead, they must hold councils to account, and the police must ensure justice is done.

No more ‘sovereign citizen’ slurs. This is about truth, contract, and the right to live without unlawful coercion.

Claimed to have travelled to Russia and North Korea but fails to provide any proof this is the case. His political parties are based on the Libertarian Party of America almost word for word.
   
3. November 2004: members of a Maori political party allegedly they have been bugged by the New Zealand Security Intelligence Service (NZSIS), according to Nicky Hager and Scoop who cited three unidentified “spies” as their sources. Last month Tom Alexandrovich top Israeli National Cyber Directorate official was arrested then let go in Las Vegas on suspicion of soliciting a minor for sexual purposes. He was then permitted to leave the country and return home according to the Israeli paper Haaretz.
