MY CRYSTAL BALL The Treaty of Waitangi & The Curious incident of the Chatham Islands

ZAIN RIZVI: Author of a report by the consumer group Public Citizen that looks at how Pfizer has tried to silence governments “So, the head of Pfizer for a long time has ridiculed and mocked efforts to secure an intellectual property waiver at the World Trade Organization to freely share the vaccine recipe with the World Health Organization. And, you know, proponents — opponents of this often claim that IP does not matter. And yet, when you look into the contracts, you see that Pfizer is well aware of the risks of intellectual property“. Democracy Now with Amy Goodman

In 2020 The Freedom movement was hijacked by those with a political agenda — much like Labour hijacked anti TPPA movement in 2016. Both hijacking ultimately served the corporate parties that two protest movements opposed.

My bet is lot of the Free-dumb movement will get hot under the collar about the Treaty of Waitangi. And despite their original mandate being protecting individual freedom and the right to express those ideas the usual pop up heroes of the revolution will, with their offshore millionaire funded platforms, attack the Treaty and convince the anti-vaccine anti mega pharmaceuticals crowd that the Treaty is for the racist Māori elite who murdered the Mori-ori alone and they have no right to call themselves “tangata whenua”. That basically what one ‘wit’ on fake book suggested as his remarks came with partial truth mostly taken out context. But his rhetoric I am predicting will be typical of that clique and of course it’s such claims that corporate headline will seize upon as they claim polarization is on the rise, as they do their very best to make sure this idea becomes self for filling prophecy.

Well just to cut that idea off at the pass I am a direct descendent of two families Griffiths and Stewarts. The later owned the ship the Rodney Doone which transported two rival hapu Ngāti Tama and Ngāti Mutunga, to Chathams with evil intent. The crown only stepping in (despite pleas by European on the Island) only after the massacre of the Mori Ori was virtually complete and only once the two tribes predictably began warring with each other. And that how the Chathams became a NZ protectorate when it was previously independently sovereign of New Zealand and wanted nothing to do with the Westminster backed government. The Stewarts having provided the Taranaki tribes with the means to dispose of the Morori (Stewarts) would end up giving a massive advantage to the land aspiration of settlers like the Griffith clan. So, the idea the Europeans were not involved in the Chatham Islands incident is itself historically flawed.

In 1842 the Chathams was seized as a British colony and placed under the jurisdiction of New Zealand (or Aotearoa if we use the word Grey seized up to push his own racist idea of New Zealand having been colonized by one hierarchical para-mount tribe, the noble savage, the Maori people alone) by London. However, the actual presence of British authority was absent, on the ground of its “uncertain” (illegal) legal base, and it was not until the Chatham incident took place local government or representation in New Zealand’s Parliament was available to establish it-self on the islands. The official story is that the Doone was kidnapped by the two rival hapu who suddenly found it in their hearts to co-operate and the pakeha crew did as they were told under duress. The same story however maintains the war tribes became so seasick they could not eat or stand. That they did not attack until they were nursed back to health by Morori begging the obvious question why the crew simply not tossed the severely ill Māori raiders overboard. The official story in plain terms reeks to the high heavens. The removal of the Mori-ori had however conveniently removed the issue over the legal status of the Chatham.

Havelock Movement artist Dick Frizell revamp of the Treaty painting complete with funny handshake symbolism of the New Thought Republic adaption of Marcus Kings original (Below)

2. The point is also moot the Crown did not sign a treaty with the Mori-ori (it just had them bumped off) but it did sign a treaty with the Māori and that why the terms need to be honored. Don’t blame Māori for that when the issue is Westminster law.

3. The understanding of the Free-dumb movement linguistic and law is also badly flawed “tangata whenua” is anyone born in NZ Aotearoa. Pakeha is any one not born here. This why the Tiriti protect both parties just as the term Native meant both the settler and Maori (non English born) who jointly benefitted from English law Bill of rights 1688 and article 29 of the Magna Carta as defined in Westminster law.

Removing the Treaty is the first step in undoing those protection of individual rights so we fall in line with the UN definition of human rights based on the 1952 NY Accords — which based on law of the sea and the rights you have are rights that can be given or taken away on the whim of government. The move basically works lock step with the TPPA ISSD clauses and in turn the Pfizer contracts that the government signed with Pfizer (Pfizer contract clause 9.4 entitled ‘Waiver of Sovereign Immunity’) which the Tiriti to-date has been protecting us from the worse part of corporate colonialism Chatham Island style.

The Waitangi Tribunal Report on the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership. was the final stage in an inquiry which began in 2016 into claims concerning the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement breached article two of the Tiriti claims.
Originally, the issues for this final stage of inquiry included the Crown’s engagement with Māori over the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPPA) which to-date has been limited to the same Taranaki originating parties who supported the crown in the first Māori wars Tai Nui and Ngai Tahu who supported John Keys Māori Land Court Reforms as put together by Dame Patsy Reedy a former specialist on privatisation and land grabs for Brierly Investments
FOMA (Federation of Maori Authorities).

FOMA are jointly the would-be Maori elite that ACT National speaks of as they simultaneously get into bed with them. Namely by promising them virtual paramount chief status in the manner that the owners of the Rodney Doone no doubt had promised the Chathams raiders their own fiefdoms while planning to triple cross them from the outset. Or Fiji if you want a more contemporary example of where this kind of ‘new thought’ republicanism will end.

The ‘woke’ who give corporates as bigger free past as club awake hate that idea Winston Peter might be right in thinking there is a Māori elite but in doing so they reveal their own under belly of middle-class white kid privileged racist ignorance as they disrespect the Māori activist of Shelly Bay and Ihumatao who had deal with good cop (mostly Māori cops sent into negotiate) and bad cop (mostly newly immigrated police recruits who got to don riot gear) strategy of a Labour government. A government keen to brand itself as progressive liberal and woke as it surged ahead with policies in reality benefiting a Rogernomics style government. This included signing the TPPA a trade deal which had helped Labour get elected as their candidates swore labor would not sign the deal even though it was first tabled by Labour by Clark not long after at her 2004 Foreshore betrayal of customary claims and the queen chains (Something Labour apologized but which they never bothered to repeal when in office). It was only the work of a few in out lining that the ISSD clause undermine the treaty that has put a stall on this second wave of corporate based colonialism.

The Tribunal had some concerns about the TPPA, particularly the right of foreign investors to bring claims against the New Zealand Government. It said that this may have a chilling effect on the Crown’s willingness or ability to meet its Treaty obligations. The Tribunal suggested that this issue, and an appropriate Treaty clause for future trade agreements, should be the subject of further dialogue between the Crown and Māori.

The Tribunal also looked at the Crown’s consultation before the TPPA text was completed. It was critical of the process but made no findings on that topic. In Canada the Inuit made the same claims and where proven to be correct when the matter was investigated.

Before Covid was the TPPA and if you opposed the trade deal then you got the Treaty stopped big pharma from robbing us of our sovereignty.

The inquiry into the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) examined the secrecy of those negotiations and instantly found them “outside the scope of the inquiry”. The remaining issue concerned the e-commerce provisions of the CPTPP and data sovereignty. The question addressed in the report at the end was watered down to “What (if any) aspects of the e-commerce chapter of the CPTPP are inconsistent with the Crown’s obligations under te Tiriti/the Treaty?” The inquiry “Having carefully” considered the claims “declined to recommend that further e-commerce negotiations be suspended until an effective or proper regime has been designed”

In other words, ‘arm the corporate torpedoes and let go to warp speed ahead into Corporate manipulated Co Governance style Republicanism’ with zero transparency and accountability as envisioned by Havelock North businessman and Entrepeneur Rod Drury CEO of XEROS a specialist in data sovereignty. Drury was one of 12 people picked for the panel discussing a new national flag by Deputy Prime Minister Bill English. It was a Xeros designer who was commissioned to come up with the First Light flag option, a nod to Have Lock funny hand shake heritage* and the Havelock Movement which sought to use the art to promote change in society at the turn of the century picked as one option.

In 1999 allegations were heard in Parliament when Alliance leader Jim Anderton produced an unsourced letter that suggested that Mrs Shipley who now sits on the Privy Council along with Winston Peters, had discussed a deal with Saatchi & Saatichi advertising agency chief Kevin Roberts. The letter claimed that the deal involved a cheap arrangement for National’s election campaign in exchange for a $27 million Tourism Board contract. Mrs Shipley denied the claim and Mr Anderton accepted her word that no such discussion ever took place. It however later transpired that many of the key detail were in fact correct. Shipley did have dinner last year with Mr Roberts at the Wellington home of his public relations consultant Jane Vesty, as the letter claimed, but the date was August 31, not March 30.

In 2010 Saatchi and Saatchi then won the NZ election advertising contract. The wins saw Saatchi & Saatchi NZ’s expertise applied to the country’s 2011 general election voter information, enrolment and referendum campaign, the 2012 Maori Electoral Option and the 2013 Local Elections enrolment drive after a two-stage strategic pitch which included a task brief of targeting “hard-to-reach audiences”. In a separate pitch process, Saatchi & Saatchi has since picked up the Voting System Referendum campaign which will handle the
mail in voting system to be used for the 2015 flag referendum. Saatchi & Saatchi CEO Nicky Bell said the account win offers a great opportunity for the team to demonstrate its robust understanding of government communications.

Kevin Robert of Saatchi and Saatchi, said to be a close personal friend of John Key, said “John Key is producing a dynamic can-do attitude towards politics and has created favorable impressions wherever he goes ..I’ve read John’s six-part program put together with John keys republican loving adviser the ‘Free Thinkers’ which I feel can be a manifesto for the modern politician everywhere in today’s world, irrespective of political affiliation. This includes “supporting New Zealand firms to grow and develop new ideas by connecting them with our researchers and scientists and helping them reach more global consumers by signing free trade agreements with our trading partners“.

Other panelists who sat on the flag panel included:

  • Professor John Burrows co-chair of the Constitutional Advisory Panel (which Māori sovereignty specialist Miramar Broughton points out omits the words hapu and whanau and only gives power to the Rangatira). The Constitutional Advisory Panel devised by John key and Peter Sharpel in 2010 was the first step toward co-governance and in accordance with Key pro-posed Maori Land Court Reforms sought to empower only the corporate Maori of Iwinomic that the anti-corporate activist at Shelly Bay and Ihumatao sought to expose.
  • Nicky Bell CEO of spin doctors Saatchi & Saatchi New Zealand who aside from receiving $27 million to tell the New Zealand Story and brand the silver fern firmly into NZ minds as a national symbol also had the contract to promote and sell the flag options (Fern fern fern or the weird Have Lock ‘First Light’ option) debate publicly in a referendum which began which flag option (fern fern fern of weird funny handshake club republicanism pyramid).
  • Peter Chin, CNZM ” Former Mayor of Dunedin co panelist on Constitutional Advisory Panel (which Maori sovereignty specialist Miramar Broughton points out omits the words hapu and whanau and only gives power to the Rangatira) and a director in Silver Fern named after Fern Hill where the old boys club later built the Dunedin Club in the mansion of Johnny Jones the founder of the BNZ.
  • Julie Christie, ONZM the woman who invented reality TV and basically had John Campbell fired and Campbell Live (the highest rating program on TV then) axed for exposing to much corporate corruption and lobbying influence within parliament both side of the house.
  • Lt Gen (Rtd) Rhys Jones, CNZM ” Former Chief of NZ Defence Force, Wellington. who aside from lying about the SAS role in murdering civilians in Afghanistan was a member of John Key creepy ‘Free Thinkers‘ club who deserve the award for most likely to under-take anti-democratic coup état.

So basically, if you love freedom and your opposed to corporations having excessive power for goodness’s sake back the treaty.

P.S.: Keep a close eye on all the other legislation National Act NZ First creep in as we are distracted by the red flag of the Triti bun fight theatrics about to hit the headlines this coming year.

SYMBOLS ON THE NEW REPUBLIC

Ordo Templi Orientis, whose symbolism appear both in the heraldry of Tekooti (Left on The Wellington City to Sea bridge sculpture by Havelock artist Paratene Temokopuorongo Matchitt ) and the influential Ratana sect established in Havelock New Zealand in 1905 in addition to the Eastern Star the modern female equivalent of freemasonry.

Tekooti Flag prophesying Māori leadership became the forebear of the powerful Ratana movement.
The Ratana Eastern Star.

City to Sea Wellington sculpture: has interesting ties to Havelock North and Mclean & Tekooti. Tekooti Star in the East prophesized the rising of eastern star to a Ngati Porou. The tabernacle of David at
Maungapohatu in 1907 erected two years after the arrival of Whare Ra in Havelock North in 1905
.

Their Havelock headquarters was known as Whare Ra (House of the Rising Sun) due to it geographically been one of the first places to receive the first rays of the new morning Which later inspired one of the flag options presented in John Key Flag debacle.

Eastern Star the “feminist” version of Freemasonry
The basement of Whare Ra – Spot the Great Reset symbol.

Ordo Templi Orientis established the influential and exceptionally well-funded ‘Havelock Movement’ which in turn was based on philosophical movement New Thought. Although the movement began with roots in feminism and socialism (for all not just rich yuppies), it increasingly moved away from liberalism and attached itself to conservative far right and racist ideology, in later decades as it argued that poverty was a sign of spiritual weakness, and that “for the sake of race improvement… poverty and suffering must not be alleviated by the state“.

The influential cult included the Mclean Family of havelock which included the Scot Donald Nelson Mclean then New Zealand highest ranking Freemason who was made Protector of Aborigines in Taranaki.

Grey used McLean as a land purchase agent because he was successful in many districts – including Wanganui, Rangitīkei and Hawke’s Bay where he was friends with Te Kooti head of Ngāti Maru, a hapū (sub-tribe) of the Tūranganui-a-Kiwa (Gisborne ) and whose bastard son Makarini Peka ( Edward Baker) was a qualified barrister and was Tekooti loyal 2nd lieutenant even after the crown turned on a confused Tekkoti who thought he was doing the Crown bidding and signed his letter to the Crown Tekooti “the Queens servant”.

Mclean became head of the Native Land Purchase Department. In 1856 he was appointed Native Secretary. At first he made land purchases in a careful and open manner. But with growing Māori resistance to land sales, he became devious. He would make secret payments to certain chiefs Grey had befriended through trade, missionaries and friendship societies and let them persuade a majority of owners to sell or they simply made sales on behalf of other Māori that where then backed up mock witnesses in later land inquiries into land sales that whitewashed the fraud. Tensions grew, and finally war broke out over the Waitara purchase in Taranaki. McLean refused responsibility for the Waitara debacle as he blamed the King Movement. In 1863 McLean was made General Government Agent in Hawke’s Bay, where he owned large sheep runs (brought from Maori chiefs he was friendly with). He became fully involved in the East Coast wars of the mid-1860s.

Tekooti Flag prophesying Māori leadership became the forebear of the powerful Ratana movement.

The Key to it All NZ’s role in the road to WW3 Pt 7.

2014: John Key’s personal lawyer, Ken Whitney and Asiaciti Trust New Zealand (The stars of the Pandora Papers) led lobbying efforts to head off an embryonic bid by the Inland Revenue Department to crack down on tax havens. The New Zealand link to Pandora focuses on Moldavia and highlight another Swiss connection Vladimir Plahotniuc who had 180 million in assets using a New Zealand trust.

The Pandora Papers show Plahotniuc created the Otiv Trust in 2011 with Asiaciti’s New Zealand office based in Auckland, while others show his wife Oxana Childescu repeatedly requesting tens of millions of dollars be sent to her in Switzerland over multiple years. In 2011 a due diligence report carried out for the financial sector warned that there were many serious allegations against Plahotniuc including “corruption, manipulation of the judiciary system, of money laundering, participation in arms trafficking and attacks on the Moldovan financial sector”.

July 2016: The Panama Papers show that the Stati family of Moldova has juggled more than 50 offshore companies in the international oil industry, most registered in the tax havens of the British Virgin Islands (BVI), Gibraltar, Belize and Luxembourg. Oil tycoon Anatolie Stati used tax schemes to create his oil business. The documents show employees of companies affiliated to the Ascom Group, the largest oil and gas company in Moldova which is controlled by the Stati family, talking openly about bribing officials in Africa and asking the company’s management to send them money to pay the bribes.

May 7th 2016 the anonymous leaker of the Panama Papers – John Doe – targets John Key. Key is unique in that he is the only politician the leaker John Doe will name in person and it gives us the real key to unlocking the motives behind such leaks. But Mr Key responded saying the anonymous leaker was confused about the New Zealand Prime Minister’s responsibilities.

The 1800 word statement titled The Revolution Will Be Digitized, begins with the words “Income equality is one of the defining issues of our time.” The language used brings flash back of the Christchurch shooter emphasis for a Great Reset’ The leaker, who calls him-or herself John Doe, says Mr Key has been curiously quiet about New Zealand’s role in enabling what the statement calls the financial fraud mecca of the Cook Islands.

Mr Key said he had no responsibilities for tax jurisdiction in the Cook Islands.“I have as much responsibility for tax in the Cook Islands as I do for Russia,” said Mr Key

Key of course ignore the role that New Zealand banks have played in the Wine Box Papers inquiry and its link to shady Russians and Ukrainians and Israeli and their shady western oligarchs partner using such banks to avoid taxes and launder the money they have made from selling off the family silver (to who is the real question here) to the point the system will need to be allowed to crash and reset to year zero. Key respond’s New Zealand’s involvement in the Panama Papers “was barely a footnote”.

May 8th 2016: New Zealand is identified by the Naked Capitalist more than 60,000 (the day after Key said New Zealand was not a tax haven) in the Panama Papers which labelled New Zealand as a tax haven – – a leak of over than 11 million documents from Panamanian law firm Mossack Fonseca – showed the use of numerous structures to hide cash from authorities. New Zealand-based foreign trusts, including the Rotorua Trust and the Haast Trust.

SP Trading incident, involving an Antonov loaded with weapons and leased in New Zealand also linked the state oil company of Azerbaijan Sumato Energy Group Ltd, to VicAm a New Zealand corporation with Moldavian arms.

THE STAR OF MY TWO BOOKS State Secrets 1&2 UR82008 WHICH I ALLEGED SHOWED NZ WAS BALLS DEEP IN DIRTY BLOOD MONEY (BASED ON NACRO AND ARMS TRAFFICKING BY MEXICAN IRAN CONTRA LINKED & RUSSIAN CRIME CARTELS) MAINSTREAM WOULD MAINTAIN MY INVESTIGATION WAS A CONSPIRACY EVEN AFTER MY WORK WAS VINDICATED BY THE PARADISE AND PANAMA PAPERS.

Ties that in turn link it to the Magnitsky Papers, Victor Bout and his buddies in western Israeli intelligence and the battle of the Oligarchs in the race to see which side can screw the people the fastest. As both sides plan to sell critical infrastructure to even bigger crooks whose own confidential records are never released by the gatekeepers of the ICIJ who use their data to selectively paint the picture, they want the public to see as we edge towards the great reset.

STATE SECRETS 1 & 2 by Ben Vidgen 1999 & 2006.

April 2016: Panama Papers leak confirmed that Mizzi owned the Panama company Hearnville Inc., and that Mizzi and Schembri had also started another company, Tillgate Inc. The companies were co-owned by the Orion Trust New Zealand Limited, the same trustees of Mizzi and Schembri’s New Zealand trusts, Rotorua and Haast respectively.

May 2016 John Key now claims his lawyer had misrepresented him when lobbying the Revenue Minister “not to change the rules governing foreign-owned trusts”. Mr Key was adamant he told one of his ministers that a man he was referring on to him with queries about trust rules was his own personal lawyer. On 11 April 2016, Mr Key said that the government was likely to appoint an “independent expert” to review New Zealand’s foreign trust laws.

April 12 2016: “independent” tax specialist and former China Construction Bank director and senior Price Water House Cooper executive, John Shewan (who replaced Jenny Shipley after her role in the Mainland scandal) is appointed following pressure from the selectively leaked Panama Papers to conduct a review. It comes as New Zealand is outed as a money laundering hub for organised crime including the Russian and Mexican mafia, as State Secrets 1& 2 claimed publicly in 1999 and 2006, it was.

Labour’s then leader Andrew Little claims Mr Shewan could be found telling Bahama officials to preserve its status as a tax haven. Mr Shewan rejected the allegations. The government was also warned that quick fixes to the foreign trust regime would not be enough to restore the country’s reputation. Stuffs Neil Chenoweth wrote prior to the selective release of the Pandora Papers (about 1% of the data) in article titled John Key Keeps Lid on Hidden Billions “Within days of the release of the Panama Papers in April, the major players behind New Zealand’s embattled foreign trust sector began a lobbying campaign that has helped to minimise changes that would identify their secret clients”.

The disclosure bill, which is now under review by the select committee, has the singular feature that it arguably does not increase disclosure…industry submissions challenge the amendments virtually clause by clause”. Tax haven advocates say anonymity is vital to protect their lives.

16 October 2017, Investigative journalist Daphane Caruana Galizia is driving home when a bomb placed in her car exploded killing her instantly. The blast left the vehicle scattered in several pieces across nearby fields. Caruana Galizia was in the driver’s seat at the time, though her bodily remains were found by her son Matthew, 80 metres away from the blast site. He would post on Facebook, “I looked down and there were my mother’s body parts all around me”.

2018: New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) post John Key confirms the continued donating of government funds to the discredited Clinton founded charities. Nearly six million had been donated to a spin-off of the Clinton Foundation to Hillary Clinton’s, the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), a non-profit organisation created from the Clinton Foundation with the stated goal to reduce HIV/AIDs in Africa. Since the 1990’s NZ and Australian Authorities have donated more than 400 million in charity to CARE Australia, AusAid and The Clinton Foundation. None of those charities feature in my two books in a flattering manner.

2018/2019: Inland Revenue is investigating 13.4 million documents the Paradise Papers from an offshore law firm and a trust company in Singapore which revealed where the super-rich keep their money. Among public figures linked to the documents is the Queen’s private estate which has millions of pounds invested in the tax havens, the BBC reported. Around GBP10 million ($NZ22m) of the Queen’s private cash is said to have been tied up in offshore portfolios, the BBC reports. The cache of documents also includes half a million records from Asiaciti Trust, one of the firm John Key’s lawyers worked with who are found trying to shut down an investigation of New Zealand as a money laundering gangsters paradise, the firm based in Singapore specialises in offshore services for clients.

OUR HOUSE

The Shipping News add a new feature Our House where each issue we take a member of parliament and have a look at their profile. In this issue we give you three for the price of one as we look at the three Luxon who sit in the House Jo for Labour Act and Chris National. Luxon’s role as the next prime minister of NZ was announced 8 minutes into the Air New Zealand ANZ sponsored $1000.00 plate event.

The 2017 TPPA dinner promoted the pro big tech and big pharmaceutical trade deal the TPPA before Obama flew off to play golf with former Prime Minister John Key (CEO of ANZ and director in Air New Zealand) at an iwi owned local resort in the far North where Air New Zaland had just announced cuts to domestic routes.

* First tabled by Labour in 2008 under Helen Clark ( The year Nicky Hager wrote Seeds of Distrust which detailed how Labour was secretly in bed with big pharmaceutical companies) and signed off by Jacinda Adern. Ardern was not invited to the $1000.000 dinner (Though NZ First and the Green where). Legislation was passed with the deciding vote given by Ardern mentor Phil Goff before he went on to become Auckland Super Mayor.

The most common name for MP right now is Luxon – a total of 3 Luxon sit in parliament right now.

Christopher Mark Luxon 42nd prime minister of New Zealand since November 2023.

An evangelical Christian and social conservative, Luxon describes himself as centre-right who is pro vaccine and anti decriminalization of marijuana and has at times suggested those vaccinated or unwilling to take drugs test would be banned from receiving benefits if he was elected.

Christopher Mark Luxon was born in Christchurch on 19 July 1970, to a Roman Catholic family of Irish, Scottish and English descent. He lived in Christchurch until the age of seven, when his family moved to Howick in Auckland. His father, Graham Luxon, worked for the pharmaceutical company Johnson & Johnson as a sales executive and his mother, Kathleen Luxon (née Turnbull), worked as a psychotherapist and counsellor. After a year at Saint Kentigern College and another year at Howick College, the family returned to Christchurch and Luxon spent three years at Christchurch Boys’ High School. He subsequently studied at the University of Canterbury from 1989 to 1992, gaining a Master of Commerce (Business Administration) degree. During his high school and university years, Luxon worked part-time at McDonald’s and as a porter at the Parkroyal Hotel.

In 2008 when Unilever restructured, Luxon became its CEO and president of the company’s Canadian operations, based in Toronto.Luxon worked for Unilever from 1993 to 2011, starting in Wellington as a management trainee (1993–1995). He worked his way up in Unilever, working in Sydney (1995–2000), London (2000–2003), and Chicago (2003–2008) where the “Chicago school economics” Neoliberal capture of Trade and Investment Regulation has led to agreement such as the TPPA the WTO Dohar agreements (the precursor to the TPPA) with the WTO 2006 Keynote address given by Antony Burgmans, Chairman Unilever. Unilever has also supported the World Economic Forum also supported by Air New Zealand and the ANZ. Luxon denied during the election lead up any knowledge of the WEF however Air New Zealand touted itself as a World Economic Forum’s strategic partner at the time when Luxon was its CEO.

Under his command Air NZ was found to had arms contracts with Saudi Arabia involved in genocide in conflicts such as Yemen. These arms contract dates back to 2019, but neither Luxon – nor his successor – were ever made aware of the contract because it did not meet the company’s $5 million escalation threshold. In February 2021 the claim was first made, while Luxon was CEO of Air New Zealand, that Air NZ subsidary unit Gas Turbines*1 was assisting Royal Saudi Navy vessels, despite them blocking essential supplies like water, food and medical assistance from Yemen. Luxon claimed to “have no recollection of it” and that “it might’ve post-dated my time” – the latter claim being disputed by his successor Greg Foran. It was met with criticism from Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern and the Green Party’s human rights spokesperson Golriz Ghahraman.[20] Luxon later said it “was a mistake” that Air New Zealand did not have a process whereby its chief executive would be told about all military contracts.[21] Ansi Alibava

* At least one of the Christchurch Mosque victims at the Saudi financed Alnoor Indonesia Lilik Abdul Hamid, a father of two, was an engineer for Air New Zealand having worked in Christchurch for 16 years Luxon said “Lilik has been a valued part of our engineering team in Christchurch for 16 years, but he first got to know the team even earlier when he worked with our aircraft engineers in a previous role overseas,” where he believed to have worked for the subsidiary Gas Turbines. Meanwhile New Zealand pro TPPA WTO WEF corporate media has chosen not to look at other contract Air New Zealand may have had with countries like the USA or Israel via Air NZ subsidiaries, including SAFE.

The later has now become an Australian subsidy called Air Bus. Airbus Military a business unit of Airbus, which was part of European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company (EADS) from 2009 to 2013.

Three yachts transported by ANTONOV will compete against defending champion the Emirates Team New Zealand in the 36th America’s Cup next March. Many of the same aircraft used for such task where also shown to transport weapons for war lord and terrorist organization guilty of genocide leased to Israeli Ukranian Russian Eastern European using New Zealand company profiles such Georgian Israeli-registered Illyushin 76 cargo plane seized in Bangkok as it was flying from North Korea to an unknown third country in the Middle East. Until offshore media began leading with such stories NZ papers full of Team Emirates advertising insisted such claims where a conspiracy theory regardless of the documentation provided.

In September 2023 Azerbaijan’s purged kurdish separatist dubbed terrorist by Israel and Turkey (as Israel & Turkey brought Russian gas with money from arms sales to Azerbaijani and Islamic and far right extremist) using heavy artillery, rocket launchers and drones — largely supplied by Israel and Turkey, according to experts. New which broke just ahead of New Zealand’s election and included the fact that Azerbaijani defense ministry used missile and drones from Israel Aerospace Industries, developed with support of New Zealand aerospace firms. Israel declined to comment on Azerbaijan’s use of its air defense system and combat drones.

Meanwhile Eight New Zealand companies feature in the ‘Azerbaijani Laundromat’ named in the Paradise Papers which cover firms including trust tied to Air New Zealand director John Key’s personal lawyer Antipodes Trust Group whose website boast ” specialist provider of trustee and associated services for foreign trusts using New Zealand as their jurisdiction of choice” have used the notorious agent of dictators, organised Crime and terrorist to hide money in Pacific tax Haven laundered through NZ banks, under both Labour and National party leadership.

Interest.co.nz established that at least four were clients of Equity Trust International, including two said to have contributed a combined over US$142.5 million to the Laundromat including Israel Aerospace Industries clients drone developer Jetfield Ltd and Larkstone the towo New Zealand firms named in the Azerbaijani laundro-mat. In the same time frame, 2012 – 2014, that Jetfield and Larkstone jointl where shown to have received over $150 million in payments from Israel Aerospace Industries.

A fifth New Zealand firm was part of a company network created for clients by the Taylor family, who are infamous company incorporators. In 2009 SP Trading, which is registered to an office in Auckland’s Salvation Army building in Queen St, chartered the Georgian Israeli-registered Illyushin 76 cargo plane seized in Bangkok as it was flying from North Korea to an unknown third country in the Middle East. It was carrying missiles, explosives and assorted weapons.

The discover follows the publication of this author two books State Secrets 1&2 which cover the role of Ukranian Russian Israeli owned Antonov in laundering arms and nacro sales through New Zealand and pacific tax haven banks under consecutive Labour National government in the grips of Chicago School of America’s Cup style Economic Neoliberalsm.
