RENT-A-GOON
The recent shooting at Britomart shooting seems to be legitimate case of a troubled juvinle with psychiatric problems and a short fuse losing it. Withstanding where he sourced the weapon and the trigger remain unknown at this point*. What is known is international media and local media in the initial reports inferred that the shooting was linked to the women World Cup being held in nearby Auckland at the same time as Anti terrorist exercise was also being held.
There is also however the issue of a failure to admit that the disastrous government gun policy, resulting from the March 19th shooting in Christchurch, has directly resulted in an excessive amount of weapons landing in the hand of an increasingly weaponised and radicalised gang culture.
It hard not to be cynical when the outcome of this poorly thought out and poorly executed gun buyback had done nothing but drive-up gang shootings and created an American gang culture among gangs that was previously not there. That it also benefits a ruthless corporate culture who wish to see the citizenry of New Zealand disempowered and polarised in the face coming economic changes that ultimately benefit vested interest of a few and the expense of the many only add to the cynicism. And that statements made not in the context of having guns taken away but from the perspective of social harm and trauma caused by escalating community violence driven by gangs and the utterly ignored methamphetamine epidemic. In its wake more powers will be given to an increasingly privatized security force only beholden to same offshore corporate shareholders who have driven the widening gap between rich and poor in New Zealand for over 35 years.
*The shooter a troubled juvenile had completed an alcohol and other drug program (over seen by a psychiatrist) and had been drug tested twice during his sentence, with negative results on both occasions. Despite his poor history for following the anger and drug free requirements he had being psychatrically assessed as a low threat risk.
This is my warning back in 2019 concerning the Britomart as a high-risk target for future attacks. “Britomart one of the locations which experienced a March 15 bomb scare watch this space (how story pans out or vanishes on MSM – it did as forecast). If we do get a raft of bombing. STAY OUT OF Westfield malls in fact malls, railways in general. Be safe be observant”. The post above was part of a series I did including a video on hype terror threats which I traced back to a Private Public security partnership, the psychological warfare unit Auroa a subsidiary of Kordia Ltd, that hires ex M16 “Motivational” psychologist and ex-CIA social engineer experts. In Australia the manipulation of the vulnerable has proved just as effective as the more sensational MK Ultra like scenarios whcih so many conspiracies theorist seem to have a fascination.
Tactics used, for example, by ASIO (Australian Security Intelligence Office), include using motivational psychology methods to entrap vulnerable immigrants those with mental health issues or who are threatened by ASIO with deportation back to their home (where they face possible fatal consequences), if they dont coperate, to trigger vunerable elements of the immigrant community to behave in desired ways. ASIO can then claim such actions as proof of radicalized behavior as they lobby for greater power and greater economic resources. ASIO however as a crown-based agencies have at least a level of accountability, as a crown-based agency, which the rise of quasi private public security agencies do not seem to operate under.
Back in to 2019 I penned the following piece THE PRIVATISATION OF SECURITY
‘Meet the deep states rent-a-goons. Aviation Security (AVSEC) is a private company, owned by state, yet registered as an autonomous company, seen active in Christchurch during Covid taking photos in apparent reconnaissance for purpose unknown. At same time Action Zealandia* the pop-up insurgency of the day name is being tossed around by the usual embedded journalists.
- STATE THUGS & BIG BIZ MERCENARIES POSE AS ACTIVISTs*the National Front and Right-Wing Resistance Rent-a-goons where first founded by Neo Nazi Kyle Chapman and convicted terrorist who once fire-bombed a church. Chapman is currently the social media manager for Our NZ (lead buy Sue Grey and Allan Simmonds). Chapman’s “charity” the New Way Trust was funded by the Prime Minister Crime Prevention fund office from 1995 to 2014. This is despite Kyle having clearly not repented from his neo-Nazi terrorist beliefs and can be documented in 1995 as guilty of 12 criminal charges and in 2011 was involved in distributing clearly racist Neo Nazi flyers. Funding only stopped after the charity finally got audited and discrepancies where found (surprise surprise said no one ever) at which point Chapman once more retiurned to his Nazi thuggery as he founded the Right Wing Resistance. The far right Neo Nazi where later linked to the Christchurch shooting and Neo Nazi mercenaries found to be working in the Ukraine. Chapman associates include former mercenary and former national Front member Kelvyn Alp the head of the right-wing propaganda platform Counter Spin which ironically advertises Israeli Bitcoin. Mind you as Isral also worked with Nazis in the Ukraine, the UK National Front and the CIA backed World Anti Communist League no surprises there. Documentaries like Fire & Fury and Boiling point (which happily use research I and others have publish earliet without crediting their original sources) stead fastly refuse to ask the crown, whom they receive funding from, awkward questions about why New Way Trust was never audited and the role played by the government in funding skinhead gangs and other criminal orhanistion who pride themselves upon their violent thuggery. Meanwhile Outdoors leader Sue Grey and Alan Simmons (who Kyle work for as a social media manager) claim they don’t support violence. Yet the presence of Chapman,. a full-blown Nazi who routinely struts around in Nazi goon suits shows that simply not true. Ditto Simmons and Grey insincere view to non violence is underlined by their repeated association with the Counter Spin goons. Aside from Kelvyn Alp Counter Spin also employs Brad Flutey whose psychotics behavior ranges from routinely engaging in online threats to this author (and any one who Brad feels has wronged him) to battling cops on national TV for which he currently is facing charges.
The presence of AVSEC running around Christchurch (far from the airport) comes as US big tech seeks to privatise air space in New Zealand and establish a public private nationwide drone taxi and drone operations. The idea is that eventually the government will sell air space to private foreign interests, including mining firms, to raise investment capital. Much in the way Kordia sells signal frequencies. The goal has had setbacks including US-backed Skybase having to withdraw its Alexandra restricted air space application. This came after local opposition from various community groups. In addition to opposition by light aircraft clubs and search and rescue operators in the far north plus those opposing the use of drones during the America cup event this year.
AVSEC is a state-owned enterprise, funded through airport departure tax (Avsec gets $4 less GST from each $22 tax paid at Auckland Airport), its duties laid down under the Civil Aviation Act. AVSEC like Kordia is staffed by “ex”-military and US UK spies.
In Kordia case the rent-a-spooks hold specifically a background in information dominance and cyber based social engineering. Kordia, who oversee signal frequency and monitor internet IP address routes has a long list of affiliates and board of directors made up of RNZ, Sky TV and Spark corporate directors. It’s non signed building on Riccarton is registered to the private telecommunication giant Spark who Korida often works alongside. The building is located two minutes’ drive from the Riccarton Mosque and next door to Antonia Hall, on Riccarton Road, used for NEMA and Police counter terrorism exercises. Or it was until it was the target of arson in 2019 weeks after the Mosque shooting. Arson carried out by juvenile delinquents, in state psychiatric care.
Likewise juvenile delinquents, in state psychiatric care, also got the credit for starting a fire at Princess Margaret which likewise had being one of the sites holding a counter terror exercise (one of three held that day in Christchurch) on the same day of the Christchurch Mosque shootings.
After Christchurch tragedy AVSEC would help hype a non-existent bomb threat. (see photo of men below note uniforms). Their bomb squad arriving on the scene opposed to usual practice of sending police or army bomb disposal officers and dogs. Then other bomb threats, which appeared in our local newspaper (just to keep the fear alive), took place outside Kordia office in Dunedin and Auckland Shortly afterwards.
Back in 2001 similar tactics designed to hype a terrorist attack (and motivate through fear the public desire to give the state greater power) involved mock Anthrax again located directly outside Kordia office in Wellington on Tory Street. The “white powder” was later found to be washing powder. This occurred during the 2001 Anthrax scare, post 9/11, in which actual anthrax used in the USA, sent to media and politicians, was ultimately traced back to the US Biological weapons center at Fort Detrick’s by the Federation of American scientist, an independent body of prestigious scientist, At which point the story and threat vanished overnight. The scare occuring as western intelligence agencies used fabricated intelligence and psychological warfare to start a war in Iraq. Iraq in fact had nothing to do with the September 11 2001 attack on the twin towers. Kordia was then called New Zealand Broad Casting Corporation having changed name from NZBC (New Zealand Broad Casting). The later investigative journalist and publisher of Wellington Confidential Toby Truell notes that the NZBC operated a special department whose job back in WWII was to run state-based propaganda and psychological warfare operations.
AVESEC heightened activity comes as it announced enforcement officers (not stated if they will be employed by Crown or privately contracted corporate entities) are being given the power to enter homes. With legislation for governments to swear in private company and hold secret trials with secret evidence. The power of rent-a-goons to make arrest was legitimized earlier (pre TPPA) in 2015 and 2012 under lockstep legislation of the Food Bill Act and the Work & Safety Act. This is what happens when Crown spy business becomes big business rent-a-goonery.
OPERATION KATIPO
More recently Immigration New Zealand was found employing Israeli-US firm Cobwebs Technologies to scan people’s social media. The watchdog of the official spy agencies SIS (New Zealand Security Intelligence Service) and GCSB (Government Communications Security Bureau) who does not have any oversight Immigration New Zealand. Asked by RNZ if it was doubling up on what the SIS did, The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, on behalf of Immigration said it used Cobwebs to meet “legislated responsibility that does not sit with any other government agency”. It claimed “MBIE [Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment] is unable to comment on the activities of the SIS and disagrees with your description of the use of the tools as ‘hiring private spies’,” The government ministry defended the use of the private surveillance, saying it is vital to detect any risks from the thousands of visitors to New Zealand each year. Cobwebs who boast it has fixed elections in more than 26 nations. It is among seven foreign companies accused in late 2021 by tech giant Meta of setting up fake accounts to spy on almost 50,000 people, including journalists, human rights activists, politicians and others in more than 100 countries including New Zealand.
Cobwebs’ is the latest example “surveillance for hire.” rent-a-gonnery. Others include New Zealand Police accessing private CCTV camera footage; Internal Affairs setting up a master agreement to hire facial recognition services and various agency including the Prime Minister office using Private Eyes like Thompson & Thompson to spy on New Zealand citizens legally -protesting. Asides from surveillance the rent-a-goons are believed to have entered kiwi homes to rifle and steal personal papers and documents including this author own home which was burgled last week with only a hard drive taken. The Israelis are believed to have posed as activists and to use social media and New Zealand based private contractors to infiltrate (psychologically motivate) and radicalize politically active kiwis including those living in Southland, the WestCoast, Golden Bay region and elsewhere where Operation Katipo was held.
Operation Katipo was a 2015 military exercise which saw NZ and USAS forces protecting mining interests. During which former Green Kevin Hague unearthed the government and mining companies plans to introduce Special Economic Zones in the same area where Alp and Action Zea;amndia have being promoting allodial land claims in line with the script painted for Katipo at the US war College. A script that saw the Special Economic Zone proposal would be opposed by dienfranchised and allienated groups. A script in line with my 1999 finding in my best selling book State secrets which saw the NZ Army during Operation Golden Fleece use the same jargon used by Mining Companies to describe “R.O.G.U.E.S” Racially Orientated Groups of Unemployed to promote social and ethnics strife to polarize societies and disempower activist ability to stop a corporate land grab. Very similar to the mercenary work in the Pacific conflicts on the Solomons, PNG, Fiji and Vanuatu. Work which Alp himself has openly boasted on sixty minutes in 2000 that he specialized in.
The private agent provocateur mentioned by the NZSIS sought to radicalize and weaponize existing feeling of disenfranchisement and alienation. “In addition to collecting information about their targets, the accounts used by Cobwebs’ customers also engaged in social engineering to join closed communities and forums and trick people into revealing personal information,” the report claimed. To get the contract, Cobweb was required by Immigration NZ to leave no trace behind and totally protect the analysts’ identities.
Apparently the NZSIS took umbridge at Immigration’s intervention into the spy business which the NZSIS consider their turf. Shortly after the contract was issued details of Cobweb were leaked to the media. Subsequently MBIB where made to address the question, 2022, as to why the Crown was hiring private rent-a-goons to conduct Crown based spy business. At the time Cobweb was hired by immigration a private contractor was also found collecting intelligence on New Zealand-based activists and prominent people and was the subject of a case study in the NZSIS public printed 2020 Annual Report. The report, which basically is out right mass leak by the NZSIS,, shows the NZSIS warned the private contractor and indirectly the contractor’s boss, to cease and decease their spying activities. In the report, Inspector-General Brendan Horsley laid out the timeline of how the person was given the warning via a text messaging during his meeting with his potential employers.
“My name is [XXX] from NZSIS. You are not being detained.
“Your actions are foreign interference on behalf of the [foreign country]. You are a threat to New Zealand’s national security.
“You need to stop this foreign interference. We know what you are doing and so do others.
“You have been in the media recently and our (publicly released – editor’s note) annual report.
“Enjoy your [dinner/coffee/drinks/meeting].”
The warning was given at a cafe while NZ1 was meeting with a foreign government official. The NZSIS officer gave NZ1 the Service’s 2021 (Covers the year 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022 paghe 32) public ally available, annual report and a New Zealand Herald article about them and their activities – just to underscore the point (and so of course journalist could also work out who NZI was later on by reading said report). The officer also delivered the warning as scripted, did not engage with the foreign government official, and left the premises after delivering the warning, the report said.
The annual report in turn specifically focus the 2022 Freedom Convoys and key promoters of that event. “In 8 February and 2 March 2022, hundreds of protesters occupied the vicinity of the Parliament Buildings in Wellington. Partially inspired by similar “Freedom Convoy” protests in Canada” It exonnerated the protesters bar hand ful of individual as non violent.
- Hanging off mid stage of 2022 Mandste protesters stage in parliament a CFMEU flag. The Construction, Forestry, Maritime, Mining and Energy Union is Australia’s main trade union in construction, forestry, maritime, mining, energy, textile, clothing and footwear production 2014 CFEMU was plagued again with accusation of having ties to Hells Angels linked biker gang and drugs. Thus is all reminiscent dockworkers painters 1970s Sydney links to organized crime.
These elements are also believed to have connections with gangs, involved in the procurement and use of firearms, including the Hells Angels MC, and Hells Angels subsidiaries the Viking MC (whose southern chapter has several links to the same rifle range used by the Christchurch shooter) which this reporter has being tracking and documenting in relation to their support of the meth trade and their involvement in human trafficking since 2011 after being alerted to issue with the Dunedin Pistol club the sister club of the Dunedin Rifle range which the 2019 Christchurch shooter belonged to.
Reporting on this issue, as late as 2017, this reporter noted the rile of the Hells Angles in the robbery of the pistol club from an opened safe containing more than 20,000 rounds and multiple weapons. The failure to identify the red flags missed. In the follow up the Christchurch shooting largely revolved around the New Zealand police sending the same officer who has led Dunedin botched gangs and guns investigation to investigate himself.
Its currently believed post shooting that there is now a major case under way to clean up elements of the Dunedin police CIB in relation to their own dubious links to gangs including the Southern Viking MC a Hells Angels subsidiary.
In the movie James Bond SPECTRE the plot warns of what happens when intelligence agencies are outsourced and enter into public private privates’ partnerships. The movie which is made in 2015 taps into the warning given by whistle blower Edward Snowden that most leaks within the Five Eyes alliance came from the private sector contractors including those with organized crime connections.
In 2019 this point was hammered home with the arrest of Canadian intelligence analyst who was found leaking information, relating to New Zealand and Australian money laundering and official state bank-based complicity, to Russian Mexican and Hells Angels related drug meth and human trafficking cartels.
This fact which has largely gone unreported in New Zealand has seen the US called for NZ to be booted out of the Five Eyes alliance as it is seen as the “weakest link” to quote a US congressional report into the affairs. It also vindicated by a wave of SFO investigation into NZ politician, many with links to NZ’s early Chinese Huawei deals and donation with Chinese or telecommunication and mining companies.
And yet now we hear they are talking about bringing Japan (a TPPA partner) into the Five Eyes Club. FFS this is really an invitation for Spectre to take over. In Japan the intelligence apparatus such as the office for Public Safety while super-secret as a general rule are known for their complicated and symbiotic relationships with crime groups like the Yakuza and corporate Japan (who like wise work with the two for mutual benefit). In the 1990’s the Yakuza owned through corporate fronts like EIE more than 90& of the downtown real-estate of both Brisbane and Auckland. Inviting Japan into Five Eyes after the Cameron Ortis affair is just plain gob smacking.
In the reboot of Bond franchise 007 finds out the head of MI5 C, who is spear heading the UK privatization of the intelligence service, is a double agent working for a crime syndicate.
In the final confrontation C sneers at 007 “M ( Bonds Westminster Common wealth empowered boss) stands for MORON” 007 dryly shoots back “Will now we know what C stands for.” But let’s face it public safety and protecting democracy was never the aim of either the FIVE EYES US dominated spying alliance or the digital paramilitary arm of the TPPA and its street based rent-a-goons..
