The last couple of years has being hard on top brass in the know. They have literally being dropping like flys. This story does try to solve that mystery simply report on the few cases that caught our eye as much because of the general background story while alive as the anomallys surrounding their deaths.

General Des Barker and Colonel Rama Iyer of the South African Airforce were killed in March 2021 when their aircraft crashed and burst into flames while landing at the base. The single-engine Patchen Explorer reconnaissance aircraft was reportedly on final approach when it crashed short of the runway. His air force career spanned over four decades including time as the SAAF’s Chief Test Pilot, air attaché in London, air base commander, and a member of its aerobatic display team. After leaving the SAAF, Barker joined the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research as the Manager of Aeronautics Research until March 2017. Barker was not just an expert in aeronautics but also an expert in electronic warfare. “He who knows the inner thoughts of the adversary, has the strategic, operational and tactical advantage to dominate the location, time and outcome of the battle. It is imperative for operational planners to have a comprehensive understanding of the implications of EW on a successful mission outcome”
In a recent report barker signalled the following;
NATO now reemphasized a need against any emerging Electronic Warfare threat as;.
• Russia and China significantly upgraded capabilities in EMS.
• Eastern Ukraine, Russia used sophisticated jamming and interception tactics to
undermine communications/surveillance drones.
• Proliferation of commercial telecommunications (5G) accelerated development of numerous capabilities.
• Growth of commercial wireless market enabled many countries to operate within EMS.
Barker’s report provides a visual of the full spectrum of the “new electromagnetic” battle field and US defence budget response.

US DOD Prioritisation/Investment
US Defense Department to boost investment in EW capabilities as it gears up for great power
competition.
• Congressional Research Service department seeks $10.2 billion for EMS capabilities in 2020.
(U.S. Military Electronic Warfare Investment Funding: Background and Issues for Congress.)
• Pentagon to increase:
• EW projects. 2019 >$700 million more for EW projects than requested.
• EW research DT&E funding 9.7% + procurement funding 7.1%, in 2020 relative to 2019.
• Boost EW spending by:
• $1.48 billion in 2021 (16.3% increase),
• $1.53 billion in 2022 (a 16.9% increase)
• $1.41 billion in 2023 (14.8% increase)
• Total Defense Department expenditure plan:
• $27.8 billion on procurement.
• $25.8 billion on RDT&E.
• Adversaries investing heavily in own EW capabilities, United States can’t risk falling behind.
• China + Russia warfighting strategy, emphasizes ability to operate effectively in EMS.
Barker quotes General Joseph Dunford, chairman of Joint Chiefs of Staff, “EW is the No. 1 functional area where investments need to be made in the coming years. Being in a position to achieve superiority in the electromagnetic spectrum is absolutely critical,” he said.
He also provides an analyst of new offensive capacities
New Offensive/Defensive capabilities include:
Multi-Domain Operations
Hypersonics
DIRCM ie high power microwaves capable of
destroying electronic components.
Lasers
Artificial Intelligence
Quantum computing
• Drones/Swarming – unmanned systems with EW
weapons.
JUCAV/X-45A
– “Blowfish” encryption algorithms
– “Honey Encryption” + quantum keysIn September 2021 Emergencies Minister Yevgeny Zinichev who report to Russian President Vladimir Putin died in accident during an accident in the the Artic. Zinchev was investigating climate change and reporting directly to his old comrade and boss Vladmir Putin.
He concluded “‘EW has been a sleeping beauty, hidden away and forgotten for a
generation. Now it is a dragon about to reawaken, and SADC leaders who
continue to ignore its significance do so at the Alliance’s peril.“
In September at the time of the accident I reported;

Putin top general Evgeny Zinichev dies as 6,000 personnel conclude one of Russia’s biggest ever rescue and emergency exercises in the Arctic. The exercise is organised by the Ministry of Emergency Situations and unfolds across the Russian Arctic from Murmansk in the west to Chukotka in the east. It includes a total of 12 emergency scenarios, and up to 18 federal government institutions are involved. The exercise takes place in the period 7-8th September.
Zinichev died while trying to save documentary filmmaker Alexander Melnik, 63, who had fallen into icy water while filming an Arctic military drill. Melnik had travelled to Norilsk to make a documentary about the Arctic and the Northern Sea Route and Climate change.
Zinichev was ranked General of the Army as of 2020. From 2006 until 2015, Zinichev worked in the personal security of the Presidential Security Service of the Russian Federation, accompanying the Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and Prime Minister, Vladimir Putin (from 2008-2012), on working trips. On 15 January 2020, he resigned as part of the cabinet, after President Vladimir Putin delivered the Presidential Address to the Federal Assembly, in which he proposed several amendments to the constitution. He was reinstated on 21 January 2020. His proposals would see a redistribution of power away from the presidency and any potential successor towards parliament. In Mr Putin’s new vision, the Duma would be granted powers to choose a prime minister and cabinet. The Federation Council, Russia’s upper chamber, would gain powers over the appointment of security officials. The constitutional position of the State Council, which Mr Putin currently heads, would also be strengthened.
Some believe Putin was grooming Zinichev
Zinichev monitored three training scenarios in the Dudinka area; a fire onboard a icebreaker carrying chemical substances, and an oil spill and subsequent fire at an oil tank facility. Other scenarios include a fire onboard floating nuclear power station Akademik Lomonosov, an air crash in Tiksi and a cruise ship accident in the Kola Bay.
The exercise finished just before the start of the major military drills Zapad-21 to be held in Belarus and parts of western Russia. However, like previous exercises like the Zapad-17 extensive military training is expected to held also in other regions, include the Arctic.
Few days before the exercise, representatives of the Ministry of Emergency Situations met with the Russian Armed Forces to discuss cooperation on so-called military-political activities in connection with the Zapad-21. The Arctic exercise was held following an order from President Vladimir Putin. The focuse was cleaning up the Artic radioactive waste sites
Russia’s Foreign Ministry in May 2021 have invited international experts from the other Arctic nations to a June 2022 conference on how to recover the sunken radioactive and hazardous objects dumped by the Soviet Union on the seafloor east of Novaya Zemlya.
No other places in the world’s oceans have more radioactive and nuclear waste than the Kara Sea. It believed this also includes Radio Thermal Generators similar to those pulled out Antarctica where over 40 Russian RTG were removed plus at less 5 University of Wisconsin American RTGS used in remote climate observatories. The Soviet Union built over 1000 RTGs and deployed most of them to the high Arctic and its other coasts to power remote lighthouses, weather stations and the like. The recovery of RTG has being a joint US Russian operation. )

Three RTG deemed low priority, in terms of recovery, were at Russian bases on the coast and the fourth required a round trip of about 2200 kilometres, according to the 2015 report describing the expedition. That generator was found under 6 metres of snow and ice, undamaged. All were returned to Russia via South Africa for disposal.
Nuclear waste recovery was organised as part of Russia’s chairmanship period in the Arctic Council, and a conference held in connection with the event on the 7th of September took place under the logo of the international organisation. Earlier this year, Russia took over the chairmanship of the Arctic Council. During the AC summit in Iceland this spring, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stressed that Russia’s term will be about the people in the Arctic, in particular indigenous people who have become priority under the UN’s Sustainability Development Goals.
On September 8 Reuters also reported a gas explosion in a nine-storey block of flats in a city near the Russian capital Moscow that killed three people and damaged apartments, a law enforcement agency said. Five of the building’s 73 apartments were damaged and that 173 residents had been evacuated. It was located near the Noginsk training centre for Russia’s Strategic Missile Forces.
Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) General Bipin Rawat has warned the BIMSTEC countries (Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Myanmar and Thailand) against biological warfare. General Rawat said biological warfare could be evolving and the countries needed to prepare to tackle it.
General Rawat was speaking at the curtain raiser event Panex 21 of the disaster management exercise involving BIMSTEC member countries. BIMSTEC stands for Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation, a multi-lateral group for regional cooperation. He said biological warfare “is also becoming a new kind of warfare”. General Rawat said, “If biological warfare is beginning to take shape, we need to put our act together and strengthen ourselves to ensure our nations are not affected by these viruses and diseases.”
Speaking on the occasion, Minister of State for Defence Ajay Bhatt urged BIMSTEC members to work together to combat natural and man-made disasters. Within 30 seconds of his last publicly recorded speech Bipin makes clear he referring to floods in drought prone areas. To put those remarks in full context.
In 2016 Indian publicly states A US-developed weapon system that strikes the atmosphere with a focussed electromagnetic beam may cause global warming, the government acknowledged that climate change is likely to reduce the yield of major crops like wheat and maize in India.
“The US has developed a type of weapon called High Frequency Active Auroral Research Programme. HAARP strikes the upper atmosphere with a focussed and steerable electromagnetic beam,” Environment Minister Anil Madhav Dave told the Rajya Sabha in a written reply. “HAARP is an advanced model of a super powerful ionospheric heater which may cause the globe to warm and have global warming effect,” he said.
Dave was replying to a question on whether the government is aware of HAARP, capable of effecting devastating impact on the world’s climate including that of India and resulting in destabilisation of agricultural and ecological systems. He said a study conducted by Indian Council of Agricultural Research has projected the impact of climate change to be adverse in terms of reduction of yield of major crops including wheat, maize, mustard, potato and sorghum.
Recognising the adverse impact of climate change, the minister said that the government launched the National Action Plan on Climate Change (NAPCC) in June 2008 to deal with climate change-related issues.
NAPCC comprises eight missions in areas of solar energy, enhanced energy efficiency, habitat, water, sustaining Himalayan ecosystems, forestry, agriculture and strategic knowledge of climate change. It also addresses the issues relating to mitigation of greenhouse gases and adaptation to the adverse impacts of climate change on environment, forest, habitat, water resources and agriculture.Dave said 32 states and UTs have also prepared a State Action Plan on Climate Change (SAPCC).https://www.indiatoday.in/…/cds-rawat-warns-against…
In turns of geoengineering and India the article ‘Orissa Cyclone — Role of Space Systems in Disaster Warnings and Mitigation Use of INSAT’ reports the “Super-cyclone” that hit the Orissa coast on Saturday, October 29, 1999 was tracked by the India Meteorological Department (IMD) through INSAT-1D Very High Resolution Radiometer (VHRR) imagery and INSAT-2E CHARGED COUPLE DEVICE (CCD), which like Auckland University of Technology’s Quake Tek (just one of Rocket labs geo-engineering based clients) looked at the interactive relationship held between the ionosphere electromagnetic field and the earth.
During Orissa Remote Sensing satellites and the microwave data from the Canadian RADARSAT were used for disaster relief and rescue operations. They were also used by the State Government for planning post disaster agriculture and food production. For example this included the distribution of GM modified salt tolerant seed by Bayer Pharmaceuticals by UN approved agency CARE India and Oxfam. Similar disaster causing food shortages in Africa and Philippines have being used to dump genetically modified seeds owned and patented by UN corporate strategic partners Monsanto
India’s not the only nation to callout the USA on HAARP. 27 Feb 1998The foreign affairs committee of the European Parliament has criticised plans by the US military to beam high-frequency signals into the atmosphere. The committee is worried about the effect of the high- frequency active auroral research programme (HAARP) on the environment.
When the foreign affairs committee of the EU invited North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) and the US permanent representative to NATO to discuss the HAARP project at a public meeting two weeks ago, both groups refused. The secretary general of NATO said that the organisation had neither a policy on this topic, nor an expert they could send to the committee. Tom Spencer, chairman of the committee chairman, vowed to take the matter further, possibly to the US Congress. Peter Cargill, a space physicist at Imperial College in London, believes that the physics is interesting in its own right, and points out that there are several other facilities carrying out this type of research. “HAARP is just bigger than the other programmes around the world, ” he says. “However, the military don’t spend that kind of money for pure science”.

HAARP is a facility to study upper atmospheric and solar terrestrial physics. The programme is paid for by the US Air Force and Navy and has already cost hundreds of million dollars. It runs pole to pole and includes research done by the University of Canterbury New Zealand
Opponents of the project believe that the defence department is studying ways of improving communications with the US submarine fleet. The array acts like a powerful radar and transmits high frequency 3600 kW signals into the ionosphere. Starting 35 miles above the Earth’s surface, the ionosphere contains charged particles which distort and deflect radio signals. These particles are produced by the interaction of solar radiation with the atmosphere. HAARP can pump energy some 70 miles into the ionosphere diameter. Military applications for such phenomena are many – devising radar systems, disrupting communications, and improving US logistics. In addition various defence funded projects continued focus on enhancing HAARP’s propagation abilities which are a major step toward addressing the issue of power and transmission range as the ionosphere itself is researched in the context of tapping into potential of phenomenon like plasma storms that take place high in the ionosphere – These are currently being studied at Awarua in Invercargill by Craig Roger which only came to the attention of civilian researchers in the mid 1990’s as military scientists jealously guarded their own finding. Declassified documents in the Wellington’s National archives demonstrates the ionosphere itself was deeply classified maintaining the highest security clearances as ionosphere based observatories in Australia and New Zealand were overseen by the two nations top military scientist during WW2 following the detonation of nuclear weapons and the realisation nuclear detonation have an impact on the ionosphere.
In 2018 New Zealand university research group reported a US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) “Radiation Belt Remediation” (RBR) plan could cause major worldwide disruptions to HF radio communication and GPS navigation. DARPA reportedly envisions RBR as a way to protect low-Earth orbiting (LEO) satellites from damage caused by severe solar storms or even from high-altitude nuclear detonations. The New Zealand-based research group suggests, however, that policymakers need to carefully consider the implications of the project. Headed by Craig Rodger of the University of Otago Physics Department who also recently led a successful application to MBIE for a $15 million grant for his proposal titled “Solar Tsunamis: Space-Weather Prediction and Risk Mitigation for New Zealand’s Energy Infrastructure ”. The five year research programme will investigate how solar explosions impact human technology, in particular the New Zealand electricity national grid.*13

Roger says RBR could significantly affect radio propagation from several days to a week or longer. “We’ve calculated that Earth’s upper atmosphere would be dramatically affected by such a system, causing unusually intense HF blackouts around most of the world,” Rodger said. “Airplane pilots and ships would lose radiocontact, and some Pacific Island nations could be isolated for as long as six to seven days, depending on the system’s design and how it was operated.” GPS would likely also be disrupted on a large scale Rodger reported. The group’s paper, “The atmospheric implications of radiation belt remediation” appeared in the August edition of the international journal Annales Geophysicae. University of Otago researchers collaborated with UK and Finnish scientists in its preparation. ARRL Propagation Report Editor Tad Cook contacted Rodger to learn more about the RBR proposal. Rodger told him that RBR “is a serious project, that ‘money is starting to appear to investigate it in more detail,’ and ‘US scientists with military connections are treating it seriously’,” Cook said. Unclassified US Department of Defense budget documents proposed using Alaska’s High Frequency Active Auroral Research Project (HAARP) to investigate this mechanism which because the way HAARP works also mean Awarura and the other southern hemisphere related sites .

Nor is Roger’s findings the only case were new technology threatens to bring about global black out Professor Last the UK Defence Department leading GPS expert who believes those wanting to role out ‘5G’ technology including the Elon Musk Pentagon funded Starlink network which passes over New Zealand and is tracked at Awarua (and six sub station) are threat to global gp system and pose a threat to transport, satellites in orbit shipping, and weather and solar monitoring technologies.
Professor Last position is shared by the US Secretary of Defense In a letter to FCC Chairman Ajit Pai, Secretary of Defense Mark Esper pressed for the rejection of the proposal by Ligado Networks (formerly known as LightSquared), saying, “There are too many unknowns and the risks are far too great to federal operations to allow Ligado’s proposed system to proceed… This could have a significant negative impact on military operations, both in peacetime and war.”
In recent years even mainstream media has begun to slowly accept that such technology technology has the ability to jam signals and can be links to weather manipulation. For example the headline ‘China and Russia band together on controversial heating experiments to modify the atmosphere‘ comes from the New Zealand Herald. New Zealand’s largest corporate news paper, published on 17 Dec, 2018. The Herald story stated a “A total of five experiments were carried out in June. One, on June 7, caused physical disturbance over an area as large as 126,000 sq km (49,000 square miles), or about half the size of Britain”.
Australia.com clarified the nature of those “physical disturbances” reporting in December 2018 that “Northern European nations have this year been complaining of unexplained ‘outages’ of vital GPS systems. Now we know it was actually a secret experiment with the Chinese to modify the Earth’s atmosphere — to boost and jam vital signals”.
On November 30th 2019 the Xinhua( Chinese stated owned) news agency announced “China’s first seismo-electromagnetic satellite (CSES) Zhangheng 1 (the monitoring arm of the Russian Chinese experiment) had “obtained fruitful electromagnetic data, according to the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC)….It has obtained information about global ground artificial sources, magnetic storms and signals of earthquakes above 7 magnitude. It also helps with understanding the coupling mechanisms of the lithosphere, atmosphere and ionosphere. Shen Xuhui, the chief scientist of the satellite, said China is expected to have three electromagnetic satellites in orbit by 2022, offering support for earthquake forecasting as well as space weather monitoring and warning”.
China not the only one in January 2020 Over US based FAA announced “the next few days, your GPS may be unreliable or unavailable due to a military testing exercise, according to the FAA.“
The exercise will require jamming of GPS signals for periods of several hours during the event. The FAA said the navigation guidance, ADS-B and other services associated with GPS could be affected for up to 400 nautical miles at Flight Level 400, down to a radius of 180 nm at 50 feet above the ground.
The Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association reported on a similar event last year and say they’re aware of hundreds of reports of interference to aircraft during these types of events, which they consider to be highly concerning. AOPA reported that one aircraft lost navigation capability and did not regain it until after landing and other reports have highlighted aircraft veering off course and heading toward active military airspace.
While Lockheed Rocket Lab clients include University of Auckland Quaketek who are also studying the links between the atmosphere electromagnetic field and seismic events. On December 7-9th 2019, just after Rocket Lab’s 10th launch, New Zealand was struck by over 850,000 lightening bolts in 72 hours, just before White Island erupted.
The link with miss leading headline has now seen the story deleted https://www.tvnz.co.nz/…/over-300-000-lightning-strikes-aro…

The site is in proximity to the Anglesey “British Telecom Electronic test” tower (designed for defence giant Serco) at Capenhurst, Cheshire. From 1990 until 1998 Anglesey connected the intercepted the international communications of the Irish Republic (plus Soviet electronic transmissions local workers believed) crossing from Dublin to Anglesey on a newly installed optical fiber submarine cable, called UK-Ireland. The land the Capenhurst ‘Electronic test’ tower British Towers is located was purchased by The MoD fenced off and a gate was installed within the British Nuclear Fuel Ltd boundary fence for staff at the tower. That facility is now believed to be controlled by Serco or its partner Lockheed Martin.
Last death coincided with the death of Major General Ortiz on Chilean Air-force just lost a aircraft with a crew list of major general and a remote sensor (a technician who analyse multi-spectrum images taken by satellite) Claudia Monzo went missing on the 9th December 2019 somewhere in the Drake Passage. Claudia Manzo, 37, was the only woman on board. She worked in the Air Force service that deals with aerial photographs of the continent. The Hercules plane was piloted by the Chilean Air force top pilots Colonel Christian Astorquiza, Lt Colonel Oscar Saavedra. The plane was flying to King George Island Antarctic.

On December 13th 2019 King George Island Antarctica UK side of the Island was the southern polar end of the third 2019 Norway Cusp Heating Investigation, or CHI mission. The second took place on December 10 the day after the crash and following the Investigation of Cusp Irregularities-5 or ICI-5 mission launched on November 26. A further mission was cancelled due to low solar activity and rescheduled for 2021.
The Chilean plane (since recovered with not survivors) went down with passenger sending a Whatsap text, just before the crash, say they were experiencing an electrical failure. The Chilean Airforce has being studying electrical magnetic anomaly related to seismic and Vulcan activity including the area over White Island New Zealand as reported on Radio New Zealand on 31st December 2018. New Zealand it self is also conducting research into this area, via the University of Auckland Quake Tec overseen by former American defence policy advisor scientist Neil Paterson.

Did some one say Drones AI and electronic warfare

General Robert A. Knauff, the former commander of the New York Air National Guard, was killed earlier in 2014 in a glider accident in Aquila, Arizona. … recognized Knauff for his contribution to Antarctic science by recommending that an Antarctic feature be named for him.

The story on the general noted the Guard also transported all of the personnel and equipment needed to complete two large-scale scientific projects at the Pole; the 10-meter South Pole Telescope and the IceCube Neutrino Observatory which is part of CERN. To explain what Cern had detected in Antarctica would be a long and fruitless task to explain that would end ‘no ones really sure’. It if suffice to say ever since Knauff crew delivered the cosmic observatory the chat coming out of Antarctic if not decipherable has being loud and intense and builds on interest that follows the death of two SPAWAR contractor in Antarctica in 2000 of identical symptoms.

( See SPAWAR Contractor Rodney Marks Antarctica first homicide DARKSIDE REMOTE OBSERVATRIES.). In January 2000 Canadian John G. Biesiada, a communication contractor, at McMurdo, employed by US Navy Space and Warfare Programme, became the first fatality in Antarctica, for the 21st century, when he suffered a blood clot only four month prior to the death of Australian, Dr Rodney Marks, at Scott Amundsen, in March 2000. Marks had been employed to run the remote controlled telescopes system, at Scott Amundsen, known by local scientist as the ‘Dark Side’ which it emerges is funded by the US Navy Space and Warfare Program.
A 1975 graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, Knauff completed undergraduate pilot training in 1976. In the years following, he undertook a series of flying and command assignments culminating with his duty at the New York State Division of Military and Naval Affairs in Latham, NY.In addition, he served as the Air National Guard assistant to the commander, U.S. Air Force Special Operations Command. He was a combat veteran with more than 3,900 flying hours n F-106 Delta Daggers, F-15 Eagle, F-16 Falcon and OV-10 observation aircraft. He commanded the 174th Fighter Wing at Hancock field from 1996 to 2003, prior to becoming Chief of Staff of the Air National Guard and then Commander.
Knauff was also the operations officer of NUAIR, the alliance of defence contractors and universities. He recently served as chief executive officer at Northeast UAS Airspace Integration Research Alliance (NUAIR) in Rome, where he was involved in the proposal to bring drone research to Central New York, his sister said. He also served as a chairman of the Board for the Military Association of New York, according to the military. NUAIR is also involved with geospatial mapping and artificial intelligence which during 2020 2021 became increasingly important topics including a global wide geospatial survey done in a very low key manner (See the art of mushroom farming). NUAIR partners include THALE one of the companies involved in the creation of digital ID
Flight 3407 to crash killing 9/11 activist Beverly Eckert and several employee of Amherst system (a spate of death in that company including founder Donald Hess.
The employees of Amherst 3407 worked in artificial intelligence and electronic warfare and worked on the same technology deployed to AWACs in the Middle East as part of Operation Peace Eagle which also involved several engineers killed the same year in identical circumstances aboard Air Turkey, flight TK1951, in Holland the same year.
February 12 2009 Flight 3407 crashed in Buffalo after leaving Newark, New Jersey.
This plane crash attracted the attention of the media due, in part, to one of the passengers being Beverly Eckert, who after the death of her husband Sean Rooney on September 11th 2001, had “chosen to go to court rather than accept victims compensation” stating that a law suit unlike “other investigative avenues”, including congressional hearings and the 9/11 commission report on the destruction of the twin towers required all testimony be given under oath and had powers to compel evidence. …
I wrote back in 2009
Ramifications and development of unmanned aerial technology that is linked to 3407 via passengers Steve Johnson, Jerome Krasuski, Darren Tolsma and Ernest West, they all being employees of Amherst Systems, a Buffalo based aviation electronic warfare technology firm. Amherst was identified as a political donor of Republican Senator Thomas Reynolds who had played a prominent role in backing the Northrop Grumman Amherst tender, worth $28 million, to supply Europe with state of the art electronic warfare technology.
The deal was part of a package shaped by Obama’s advisers to make the US European allies take a more proactive role in Afghanistan and the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) in return for access to the US cutting edge military technology worth in turn billions to US manufactures.*1
*1 Since going to print Americans, Ronald Richey, John Salman, Ricky Wilson, have been identified as fatalities on Turkish Airlines TK1951, which crashed in Amsterdam, less than two weeks after Flight 3407. The three Americans, plus Michael Hemmer (listed as critically injured), were employees of Boeing and were returning from Turkey, where they had been updating Turkey’s 737 air force electronic warfare planes, part of the NATO initiative Operation Peace Eagle.
When investigating the degree to which America’s fate and fortune is tied to war one cannot help notice when examining, even briefly, the manifesto of flight 3407 , just how many of the victims of this February plane crash had a direct history of being employed by the military at one time in their careers. These include former veterans such as Douglas C Wielinski, Clay Yaber and the recently retired U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. John Fiore. In other cases the deceased connections were more fiscal, having been employees of Amherst Systems.
Further examination of the NY plane crash passenger list suggests the U.S. military remains a primary source of employment and wealth for many.
For example another 3407 passenger, Kristin Safran of the firm Ark Specialty Services that provided regulatory and inspection service to US military in Iraq for bottled water…… Schering Plough’s own links to Flight 3407 come second only to Amherst Systems and include the deaths of three employees, Jennifer Neil, Dawn Monachino and Dawn Mossop, (plus Mrs Mossop’s family members; her husband Donald, son Shawn and cousin Ferris Reid).
The Day of the Dead.
Another 3407 passenger, Donald Macdonald, worked in pharmaceuticals as the quality control engineer for the Canadian pharmacy firm Pharmetics who sold vitamin supplied to the troops in Afghanistan. Pharmetics had recently purchased its Canadian plant off Schering Plough client Patheon. At the time Patheon had sold its Canadian and Puerto Rican interests to Pharmetics it was purchasing manufacturing plants in Cincinnati from drug manufacture Aventis (now Sanofi –Pasteur). The Patheon purchase of Aventis Cincinnati plant coincided with the murder of Phil Bates, gunned down in Cincinnati where he worked for Patheon as the newly acquired plant as a quality control engineer.
The only clue the Cincinnati police have in Bates homicide is a medallion, found at the scene of the murder, depicting the North American deity Kopelli a skeleton like image, holding an object alternatively described as blow pipe or a flute used in ceremonies to raise the dead. It has become associated with the Mexican festival the Day of the Dead, which is held on November 1st. Aventis is the US’s leading manufacture of government stock piles used as a vaccine for the Avian Influenza, recognised by pathogen experts as one of the most likely sources of a future world pandemic.
As part of a UN initiative to combat the risk of a global pan epidemic the World Health Organisation, in February 2009, granted the license to manufactured “stockpiled” vaccines for H5N1, the avian influenza, “-for use in third world nations”, to Schering Plough. Critics, however, argue that vaccines will not only not stave off a pan epidemic but, as each year the virus mutates, stock piles of vaccines like Tami flu or Schering ploughs “third world” bird-flue vaccines are not only useless but potentially may, be themselves, the source of a lethal pathogen that in comparison has the ability to make ‘Black November *2
’, (the influenza pan epidemic of 1918, which killed 18 million world wide), look like the common cold.
2* Black November was coined by Canterbury University academic Geoffrey W Rice who authored “Black November”: The 1918 influenza pandemic in New Zealand in 1988, Black November was re-released in 2005 at the request of pathogens experts world wide who thought the book (based on extensive archive research), might provide a better understanding of the affects of a global pan-epidemic, as the world’s first and (to date) only demographic study regarding the effects of a pan-epidemic (the 1918 Influenza) on an entire nation.
A graduate of Otago University, Robert Webster, a virologist and avian flu expert who now works at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, admits that “vaccines could be the problem”. Webster states vaccines, which he has credited as one source of a pan-epidemic, should be used “only in areas where the virus is out of control, and then only temporarily… because routinely administering the vaccine encourages the evolution to resistant strains….”
In 2003 Webster’s fears where confirmed after a highly pathogenic virus (resistant to the so called H5N1 vaccine) was detected by researchers who believed the new pathogen had been caused by vaccine overdoses. Example: When Pharmetics, purchased the Patheon plant in Canada they also purchased Patheon’s plant in Puerto Rico which Pantheon blamed for their companies drop in stock prices due to this plants “underperformance.”
This ‘underperformance’ resulted in Schering Plough’s being fined $US580 million in 2002 after drugs it had manufactured in Puerto Rican where found to have “too little medicine or too much contamination”. However, this did not stop the very same drugs from reaching the market, as was uncovered in 2004 when the FBI arrested several executives, in New Jersey, employed by Schering Plough, Merck, Pfizer. The executives were charged as belonging to a black market ring that was selling expired or “outlawed” drugs, sourced from manufacturing plants in Puerto Rico to clients in the third world where such a move could take lives rather than save lives.
Here Come The Generals.
Another passenger on 3407 with links to both the military industrial complex and the issue of biological pathogens was Mary Julia Abraham, 44, a retired first sergeant in the US Army Reserves 5th medical group, who worked for Health Care Provide Invacare. Principally known for wheel chairs, Invacare also specialises in “first line of defence” for airborne and blood borne pathogens. In January 2009 Invacare post quarter profit rose 150 % and its full year profits rose more than thirty times what they had been for the fiscal year ending 2008. Until 2009 Invacare’s board of directors included recently retired, US Marine, General James Jones, who stepped down from Invacare to become National Security Adviser to Obama Barak.
Prior to becoming part of the Obama administration Jones also sat on the board of directors for a number of firms including Boeing and Northrop Grumman. Jones who in 2007 was made the President of the ‘US Chamber of Commerce Institute for 21st Century is a proponent of “troop surges” in Afghanistan a plan which relies on the support of the US’s allies in NATO who, in turn, have been provided with access to the US military technology; a deal which is also good for America’s failing economy and its military manufactures.
The Afghanistan plan is the brain child of yet another hawk and adviser to Obama, the long term Washington insider, Zbigniew Brezinski, who in the 80’s, during the US Cold war with the Soviet Union, was credited with America’s decision to fuel an Islamic insurgency in Afghanistan. Brezinski stated he saw Afghanistan as a means by which Russia could be “drawn into their own Vietnam.” Yet if Brezinski new policy seems to reflect a change of heart, consider the Pentagon Papers, the US military’s own official history of the Vietnam war. Leaked to the public in the seventies, the Pentagon Papers showed how major military contractors, rather than wanting to win the war in Vietnam, quickly saw a drawn out conflict as a means more in line with their own economic objectives, even if it resulted in high US casualties and went against public sentiments. Similar benefits to the military industrial complex can be seen following 9/11 where the War on Terrorism saw military contractors receive an economic stimulus package worth more than six hundred billion; forty two billion dollars of that directed specifically at biological warfare research.
The Sunshine Project, a San Francisco based non profit organisation, maintains the major beneficiary in such economic stimulus packages include Abbott Laboratories, Bristol-Myers Squibb, DuPont Central Research, Monsanto, Pfizer Inc, and Merck and Schering-Plough (who merged with Merck less than a month ago). The funding has been authorised under the umbrella of “fighting the war on terrorism”, yet critics suggest that profits, rather than any real risk of biological terrorism. lies behind the Pharmaceutical corporation’s interest in this field.
Examples of this profit before public safety attitude include the 2001 anthrax attacks in America in October 2001, when a number of firms (including Schering Plough) were forced to drop their prices in relation to drugs sold to public facilities to combat Anthrax when America was hit by an Anthrax scare in October 2001.
However, no such pressure was applied to private sales, and stock options into anthrax related medicine soared as the pharmaceutical giants cashed in on public alarm fuelled by media hype
The post script to that story is the US Anthrax, used in the attacks, was eventually sourced back to Fort Detrick the home of the US Chemical and Biological Centre which was shut down by the FBI in August 2019, its deadly germ research operations were abruptly shut down following serious safety violations, in particular relating to the disposal of dangerous materials.
USAMRIID had been the principal consultant to the FBI on scientific aspects of the 2001 Anthrax Attacks, which had infected 22 people and killed five.[22] While assisting with the science from the beginning, it also soon became the focus of the FBI’s investigation of possible perpetrators (see South African Steven Hatfill)*1 In July 2008, a top U.S. biodefense researcher at USAMRIID committed suicide just as the FBI was about to lay charges relating to the incidents. The scientist, Bruce Edwards Ivins, who had worked for 18 years at USAMRIID, had been told about the impending prosecution. The FBI’s identification of Ivins in August 2008 as the Anthrax Attack perpetrator remains controversial and several independent government investigations which will address his culpability are ongoing. Although the anthrax preparations used in the attacks were of different grades, all of the material derived from the same bacterial strain. Known as the Ames strain, it was first researched at USAMRIID. The Ames strain was subsequently distributed to at least fifteen bio-research labs within the U.S. and six locations overseas. After approximately eight months of closure and restrictions, the USAMRIID BSL-4 lab had been authorized to resume full operational status by April 2020, to the applause of Maryland lawmakers including Senator Ben Cardin, who stated “it is a relief to have USAMRIID fully operational with the current COVID-19 outbreak. Fort Detrick is the largest employer in Frederick County Maryland USA. As of 2008 about 7,900 people worked at Fort Detrick. The base has been the largest employer in Frederick County and contributed more than $500 million into the local economy annually.
The common denominator of these generals is they all had an interest in lucrative second generation weapons of mass destruction or technology capable of causing havoc in the wrong hands
