2020 :The Helen Clark Foundation were the authors of the “Christchurch Principles’ ‘ – a set of 10 broad recommendations for what Governments and social media companies should take into account when coming up with regulations and policies. April 2020: Richard H. Economist reports “USAID has a long history of engaging in intelligence work and meddling in the domestic politics of aid recipients. Throughout the 1960s and 1970s, the agency often partnered with the CIA’s now-shuttered Office of Public Safety, a department beset by allegations that it trained foreign police in “terror and torture techniques” and encouraged official brutality, according to a 1976 Government Accountability Office report. USAID officials have always denied these accusations but in 1973, Congress directed USAID to phase out its public safety program — which worked with the CIA to train foreign police forces — in large part because the accusations were hurting America’s public image.

USAID was also identified as delivering fake vaccine in Pakistan and Syria between 2012 2015 while the CIA is now known to have planted the swine flu in Cuba during the 1970’s (at the time the CIA were using USAID extensively as a front as it armed ‘stay behind’ units in Laos and Cambodia). At the time the CIA could also be identified as having run a covert US bioweapons program aimed at attacking third world nations economies in accordance the NSM200.

In Syria, USAID, working with the Pentagon attempted to construct a parallel government in regions controlled by foreign-backed, anti-government militants, helping to consolidate extremist control while doing nothing to stop the resurgence of preventable diseases. The UNDP budget derived from such global funds stands at over $657 million per annum, one-sixth of its non-core revenue2010 The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation’s invest in Monsanto and Cargill US financial website published the foundation’s annual investment portfolio, which showed it had bought 500,000 Monsanto shares worth around $23m.

2006: Government sneaks Bill into House to avoid public backlash, Despite unprecedented political opposition, the Government has forged ahead with the Therapeutic Products and Medicines Bill, sneaking it into the House without any of the usual fanfare. 2005: Ms Adu-Bobie, an experienced researcher in her 30s, had been working for three weeks at Porirua’s Environmental Science and Research (ESR), in an antibody testing laboratory that handles meningococcal bacteria.A review of the incident has found no evidence of an accident at the lab. A a former ESR employee who also contracted meningococcal disease said working in a laboratory with live bacteria carries more risk of infection. Sharron Bowers, 37, had been working with meningococcal bacteria samples in another lab at ESR’s Porirua science centre when she was hospitalised with meningococcal meningitis in 1994. She spent nine days in hospital before recovering.

In 2009 The lawyer for a British scientist who contracted meningococcal disease while working in Wellington says it is strange that laboratory bosses have “stuck to their guns” over the case. John Miller wanted Environmental Science and Research (ESR) to apologise to Jeannette Adu-Bobie after a Labour Department report found she was probably infected in its Porirua laboratory in 2005.
