USAID THE KISSINGR KISS OF DEATH:
2021 August 26th: USAID removes Kissinger 1974 ‘Depopulation’ Report NSM200, the back bone of US Foreign policy for over 50 years from it website as it role in Wuhan Lab and Eco Health Alliance, the focus of scrutiny concerning the origins of Covid 19, gets more widely reported.
Wikapedia probably the most conservative of reports says NSM200 program was aimed at keeping the third world down states;
“The basic thesis of the memorandum was that population growth in the least developed countries (LDCs) is a concern to US national security, because it would tend to risk civil unrest and political instability in countries that had a high potential for economic development. The policy gives “paramount importance” to population control measures and the promotion of contraception among 13 populous countries to control rapid population growth which the US deems inimical to the socio-political and economic growth of these countries and to the national interests of the United States since the “U.S. economy will require large and increasing amounts of minerals from abroad” and the countries can produce destabilizing opposition forces against the US. It recommends that US leadership “influence national leaders” and that “improved world-wide support for population-related efforts should be sought through increased emphasis on mass media and other population education and motivation programs by the UN, USIA, and USAID”.
2021: Global UNDP vaccination program slowed down as Pfezier seeks indemnity protection and sole selling rights. Covax officials scramble to fill that funding gap, the question is whether the program can move beyond its mistakes, and beyond an imbalance of power that has left it at the mercy of wealthy countries and pharmaceutical companies. Pfizer, for example, balked at a direct deal with Covax this spring, interviews reveal, instead reaching an agreement through the Biden administration, with USAID as advisory, visa endorsing the arrangement that has hurt Covax’s credibility as an independent vaccine purchase as Biden covering Pfizer indemnity demand. The result is rich countries ae getting the vaccine while poor countries are not only not getting it but not getting storage need to protect the vaccines they have and lack staff to apply vaccine safely an issue which risk causing new virulent strains according to Dr Robert Webster of St Jude who blamed bad vaccines for past epidemic such as the 2003 Swine flu, Webster has ID agri-farming as the suspected source of several global outbreaks.
2021: USAID supports the use of safe, legal, effective technologies to advance organisms (also known as Genetically Modified Organisms) in food growing industries.
2021: Latin American countries have accused Pfizer of ‘high-level bullying’ during Covid-19 vaccine negotiations, according to a report by the Bureau of Investigative Journalism published in partnership with STAT. Government officials from Argentina and another Latin American country, which has signed a confidentiality agreement with Pfizer and so cannot be named, told the Bureau that Pfizer demanded additional indemnity against civil lawsuits citizens might file in relation to Pfizer’s Covid-19 vaccine.UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Pfizer demands governments in Argentina and Brazil to put up sovereign assets, including military bases and federal bank reserves, as collateral for potential future legal costs. Similar negotiations are now coming to light in African and other Latin American nations.
2020 :The Helen Clark Foundation were the authors of the “Christchurch Principles’ ‘ – a set of 10 broad recommendations for what Governments and social media companies should take into account when coming up with regulations and policies. The organisation pitched its idea at the second annual Paris Peace Forum, as the only Australasian project selected to compete for funding at the event funded by the UAE Bill Gates The Ford Foundation, MohammeD Bin Zayed, Quatar, Open Society (George Soros), Luminate (Ebay who along with Bill Gates help fund the Guardians newspaper Climate Change section) and variety of bodies who ultimate turn out to be financed by bodies with fiscal interest in creating censorship of those opposed to corporate draconianism.
April 2020: Richard H. Ebright who sits on the Board of Governors Professor of Chemistry and Chemical Biology at Rutgers University, and Laboratory Director at the Waksman Institute of Microbiology told Taiwan News that one of the WHO inspectors is Peter Daszak the contractor who funded the WIV’s research on bat SARS-related coronaviruses, with subcontracts of $200 million in USAID funding (part funded by the Pentagon in turn) and $7 million in NIH funding. Daszak has received hundred of million in funding from the Pentagon.
2018: United Nations rejected a proposal to temporarily ban the release of organisms carrying gene drives — a genetic-engineering technology designed to spread mutations rapidly through a target population — on 29 November at a meeting of the United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt.
2018: Guardian reports “The pharmaceutical industry is engaging vast numbers of lobbyists and donating millions to both political parties, creating a level of influence that a former health department secretary has linked to Australia’s high medicine prices. A Guardian Australia analysis of donations and lobbyist records has revealed the true extent of the industry’s influence. About 72 separate pharmaceutical businesses engage paid lobbyists to influence government decisions and policy. They are represented by 29 separate lobbying firms, many of which have former ministerial or political advisers as staff. The lobbying efforts of many others are hidden to the public because they employ in-house government relations staff, who are hidden from Australia’s weak oversight regime”.
2017: Labour wins the election and sign the TPPA after promising voters they will walk away from the trade deal which gives corporations the right to sue the government and control their medical purchasing regime. Helen Clark first tabled the TPPA in 2008 and it is an issue which Labour and National have pushed through despite protest from New Zealand both left wing and right wing who claim it undermines our national sovereignty.
2017: A ‘big pharma’ lobby group has sunk more than $150,000 into a mysterious scheme called “Election 2017 Project”. Financial statements for the pharmaceutical lobby group Medicines NZ show it spent $151,106 on the project, the firm’s second largest expense of 2016.The group has refused to reveal what the cash was spent on, and there are no references to a project of that name on the Medicines NZ website. Prior to the election, Medicines NZ strongly supported a Labour Party policy to adopt an interim drugs fund.
2016: it was revealed former Labour leader Andrew Little hosted drug company executives for dinner at Labour’s Parliamentary offices, just months before announcing the party’s policy to introduce a drug fund and override Pharmac and fund melanoma drug Keytruda. The dinner was organised by Medicines NZ and included representatives from Keytruda makers Merck Sharp and Dohme, Pfizer, Roche, Healthcare Logistics and Sanofi
2016: Pfizer becomes a UN 17 Points partner.
2015: UN’S SUSTAINABLE (17 Points) DEVELOPMENT GOAL 2: ZERO HUNGER launched- “the United Nations General Assembly adopted 17 sustainable development goals designed to transform our world by 2030. The second goal is to end hunger, achieve food security, improve nutrition, and promote sustainable agriculture. This initiative strives to help us rethink our global food infrastructure, from how we grow and harvest food to how we consume it. With a growing global population, we will need to implement innovative, sustainable practices to ensure equitable food access and eliminate fears of going hungry”.
2014: USAID Get outed as front for CIA operations in Cuba as media reports CIA ties in other USAID Latin American operations and in Africa and other third world nations.
Economist reports “USAID has a long history of engaging in intelligence work and meddling in the domestic politics of aid recipients. Throughout the 1960s and 1970s, the agency often partnered with the CIA’s now-shuttered Office of Public Safety, a department beset by allegations that it trained foreign police in “terror and torture techniques” and encouraged official brutality, according to a 1976 Government Accountability Office report. USAID officials have always denied these accusations but in 1973, Congress directed USAID to phase out its public safety program — which worked with the CIA to train foreign police forces — in large part because the accusations were hurting America’s public image.
USAID was also identified as delivering fake vaccine in Pakistan and Syria between 2012 2015 while the CIA is now known to have planted the swine flu in Cuba during the 1970’s (at the time the CIA were using USAID extensively as a front as it armed ‘stay behind’ units in Laos and Cambodia). At the time the CIA could also be identified as having run a covert US bioweapons program aimed at attacking third world nations economies in accordance the NSM200.
In Syria, USAID, working with the Pentagon attempted to construct a parallel government in regions controlled by foreign-backed, anti-government militants, helping to consolidate extremist control while doing nothing to stop the resurgence of preventable diseases. In Pakistan, the supposed aid agency not only partnered with the CIA to organise a sham vaccination drive, it recruited the doctors who oversaw it. Operation Timber Sycamore, a semi-covert operation to topple the Syrian government, officially began in 2012. The USAID response in Syria and Pakistan has induced both disease and famine and being more of form of economic warfare than a genuine aid programme aimed at elevating suffering.US AID long an instrument of the US covert foreign policy to maintain dominance via destabilising rival with disease and hunger.
USAID also handle the inoculation at numerous sites (many also involved in Defence department USAID disease research) in Africa. Since Wuhan reference to USAID the the DOD role in funding research relating to Ebola gain function work Africa similar to the work they funded in Wuhan is being removed (my own files however contain screen shot of such funding taken earlier)
2013: Corporate giant Monsanto, known for its controversial business model, lobbying, and its widely criticized genetically modified organisms (GMOs), has officially joined the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, a group of powerful interests including major banks and Big Oil backing the United Nations “Agenda 21” scheme for so-called “sustainable development.” Critics, however, expressed alarm over the announcement, saying the global “sustainability” push is really a transparent plot to centralize power in the UN and enrich special interests at the expense of private property rights, national sovereignty, and individual liberty.
For UNDP, reliance on non-core funding—including from traditional and non-traditional donors, global funds and philanthropic foundations—grew from 19 percent in 1991 to 80percent in 2010. By 2010, out of a total of just over $5 billion, core resources amounted to just under $1 billion. Over the past decade, however, core resources have remained relatively stable in absolute terms, increasing until 2007 and decreasing slightly since. In contrast, non-corere sources have increased significantly (though more slowly since 2007), which accounts for the changing ratio of core to non-core
The UNDP budget derived from such global funds stands at over $657 million per annum, one-sixth of its non-core revenue2010 The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation’s invest in Monsanto and Cargill US financial website published the foundation’s annual investment portfolio, which showed it had bought 500,000 Monsanto shares worth around $23m.
2010: Instead of directly lobbying the Government, the embassy was told of plans to agitate patients by providing them with information about drugs that weren’t available. It would “educate New Zealanders.” Also, Pfizer would “oppose free-trade negotiations” desired by Clark until the New Zealand Government changed policy. The cables also highlighted tension between the industry, Clark and Health Minister Annette King.
2010: Head of the UNDP gets it right on agriculture Centre for Integrated Research in Biosafety: Press Release, 17 February 2010 http://www.inbi.canterbury.ac.nz/The Chief Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme Helen Clark said today that world food security depended upon getting “back to basics” with agriculture.Former New Zealand Prime Minister Helen Clark, who now heads the UNDP, spoke on what she saw as the solution to future food security problems. Responding to questions today on Zealand’s national radio show Nine to Noon, Ms. Clark said that “smarter farming and production has got to be part of the solution”. When asked directly if she agreed with US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s science advisor Dr. Nina Federoff that without GE (genetic engineering) the world would suffer future food shortages, she said “I don’t think GE is the solution to the food security problem.” Behind the scenes the UNDP is however deeply in bed with the genetically modified bio-food and bioweapons makers.
2004 -2007: The Al Maktoum Foundation was launched with a $10 billion endowment from the Prime Minister and Vice President of the United Arab Emirates and constitutional monarch of Dubai. The Foundation promotes entrepreneurship by supporting innovation and research, improving access to high-quality education and professional development, and supporting the production, acquisition and dissemination of Arab knowledge sources. A memorandum of understanding was signed between UNDP and the Al Maktoum Foundation in 2007. To date, with a $5.83 million contribution, the foundation has supported UNDP in developing the2009 ‘Arab Knowledge Report’ and the ‘Arab Human Capital Challenge’, two reports that offer a general introduction to the state of the Arab knowledge society and the challenges of fostering employment in Arab states.
ONIONS WITH TEARS & A HISSY FIT.
May 9 2005: One of Australia’s best and most important scientists, David Banks, was among those killed in a light aircraft crash in far north Queensland. Dr Banks, 55, was the principal scientist with quarantine authority Biosecurity Australia and, in many ways, had done a huge amount to protect Australians from unwanted diseases and pests.
His death coincides with several high profile scientists dying in both Australia and New Zealand. Repeating global event where mass scientist death even get mainstream new attention coming on the back of several Iranian nuclear scientist having being murdered and before that the widely noted death of scientists working on Star Wars technology in the UK. His death came as farmers and whistle blowers complained GM material was deliberately being let into Australia and biosecurity approach of quarantine was being pushed to adopt a model based on vaccination.
2006: Government sneaks Bill into House to avoid public backlash, Despite unprecedented political opposition, the Government has forged ahead with the Therapeutic Products and Medicines Bill, sneaking it into the House without any of the usual fanfare. In 2003 Labour’s Minister Annette King signed a Treaty with Australia agreeing to hand control of the natural health products sector over to an Australian regulatory body, however she needs to pass enabling legislation in New Zealand. State Services Minister Annette King, who is overseeing the legislation, later told reporters those protesting it were a vocal minority.
2005: An adviser to Clark asked me about these deaths following a third Piper chieftain which crashed an air ambulance. Details of who was on board are never released. The next day the advisor leaves NZ.
2005: 200 million taxpayer dollars spent on a mass vaccination experiment of 1.15 million New Zealand children with an untested and experimental vaccine. Despite being reassured by pro-vaccine and vaccine manufacturer sponsored experts and none-less than the Minister of Health herself that the MeNZB(tm) vaccine is thoroughly tested and proven to be safe and effective, we reveal that Chiron’s MeNZB(tm) vaccine was never used in the trials used to approve its license. Despite assurances, there is no evidence that the MeNZB(tm) vaccine will work as promised. The same vaccine was later dumped by Norway. https://www.scoop.co.nz/stories/HL0502/S00064.htm
2005: Ms Adu-Bobie, an experienced researcher in her 30s, had been working for three weeks at Porirua’s Environmental Science and Research (ESR), in an antibody testing laboratory that handles meningococcal bacteria.A review of the incident has found no evidence of an accident at the lab. A a former ESR employee who also contracted meningococcal disease said working in a laboratory with live bacteria carries more risk of infection. Sharron Bowers, 37, had been working with meningococcal bacteria samples in another lab at ESR’s Porirua science centre when she was hospitalised with meningococcal meningitis in 1994. She spent nine days in hospital before recovering.
In 2009 The lawyer for a British scientist who contracted meningococcal disease while working in Wellington says it is strange that laboratory bosses have “stuck to their guns” over the case. John Miller wanted Environmental Science and Research (ESR) to apologise to Jeannette Adu-Bobie after a Labour Department report found she was probably infected in its Porirua laboratory in 2005.
2005: Seven staff from the New Zealand Crop & Food Research Institute were killed in a plane crash on the 6th June, along with the pilot, and two were injured. Seven staff from the New Zealand Crop & Food Research Institute were killed in a plane crash on the 6th June, along with the pilot, and two were injured. The commercial charter flight was carrying senior managers, business and communications staff, returning from a business meeting in Palmerston North to Christchurch. All nine passengers on the flight worked at Crop & Food Research at Lincoln.
The two injured staff are in hospital in Christchurch. Crop & Food Research chief executive, Paul Tocker said “This is a tragedy for the families, the company and us all. They are friends as well as colleagues.” GM trials on onions would continue. Those who died were: Howard Bezar, Team Leader, Communications; Katherine Carmen, Manager, Corporate Strategy/Polic; Alistair Clough, General Manager Market Development; Richard Finch, Business Manager, Business Development Team; Desma Hogg, General Manager Research; Andrew Rosanowski, Business Manager, Business Development Team; and Margaret Viles, Human Resources Manager. Crop & Food Research is the organization furthest ahead with plans for GM crops in New Zealand. The Vice-President of the Association of Crown Research Institutes, Mr Bryce Heard (chief executive of Forest Research) said. The GM trial of onion the group were involved in would continue. So much for onion without tears.
“The science community across the nation, and in many parts of the world, were stunned and grieved by the loss of the people from Crop & Food Research in a plane crash on Friday evening. The science community is a very close one. We often work collaboratively across CRIs, universities, research associations and with companies in the private sector“.
2002: Greenpeace conducts analysis of the allegations in Nicky Hager’s book on ‘corn-gate’, the papers that have been released by the NZ Government, and the media statements made since the book was released. Their conclusions are that:
(a) There is absolutely no doubt that corn contaminated by a genetically engineered (GE) variety, was planted, harvested, sold and eaten in New Zealand in 2001
(b) Labour knew about the contamination at the time, covered up the incident
(c) Labour was and is engaged in a coverup.
2002: Helen Clark storm out of an interview with John Campbell as she calls hims ‘sanctimonious little creep’? On 09 July 2002 the ruling Labour Party was under pressure on the Genetic Engineering (GE) issue, when John Campbell confronted Prime Minister Helen Clark over the suspected release of GE corn seed in
2000: In a 3 News special a fired-up Campbell, informed by Nicky Hager’s yet-to-be-published Seeds of Distrust, alleged there had been a cover up. Upset at what she perceived as an ambush, Clark reacted tersely; she later labelled Campbell a “sanctimonious little creep”. With a general election looming, the encounter was dubbed ‘Corngate’.
2001: Report of the Royal Commission on Genetic Modification is deemed a pro GM white wash.
1999: Monsanto’s Genetically Modified Milk Ruled Unsafe by the United Nations
