A Southern District Health Board spokesman confirmed there was a “privately arranged” flight in from Cambodia to Dunedin on April 23rd with three crew only on board. Its believed to be one of two scheduled trips. The aircraft, call sign VTJ – 929, is a Bombardier 6000 Lear Jet owned by VistaJet,

As of March 2018, Forbes estimated his net worth at US$2.3 billion.In March 2019, Flohr had dropped off the billionaires list. Vistajet “caters to the wealthiest and smartest people in the world” said Flohr at $16,000 an hour.
