Key thing to understand about Petersen and his clash with politicians (including Sir Geoffrey Palmer) covering for their mates is;

A: As a result, they established a new agency to investigate white collar crime the SFO (Serious Fraud Office) not because Justice could not do the job. Rather Justice could not be relied on to do as they were told and tend to actually investigate corruption.

B; The original choice for the SFO was Warrick Reid a kiwi born magistrate in Hong Kong. Meanwhile questions continue to grow around the Chch Foundation, the Clinton Global Initiative and associated Tel Aviv Foundation partners that while not directly tied to each other move within the same circles and have many of the same donors. *6 Namely what happened to the 11$ million donated as many victims as possible of the March 15 shooting claim they never saw a cent. *7

Was this money siphoned off to other bogus charities that get tax rebates, as they launder money and use celebrity donors as cover for political kick backs. Or that never get used for charity but instead help fund covert operations and regime change. Like for example the billion in UN loans to Mozambique meant to help fight Climate change.*8 But instead were diverted to buy Israeli gun ships and pay bribes. Such as the 7 million in kickbacks paid to Christ college graduate and Credit Suicide banker Andrew Pearce who laundered 2 million of the kick-backs, he received, through real estate properties in Christchurch. Pearce used a Christchurch lawyer, who previously worked for corporate fraudster Enron ( the energy giants who invented the carbon credit trading market).*9 The lawyer worked for Robinson Brown Saunders who not only sponsored numerous Christchurch charities but also hosted a Global Party event. *10

Global Party is a London charity that not only was tied to senior UK PM Boris Johnson and Russian Oligarchs but could via its Russian donors be connected to organized crime and Russian espionage.*11 While RBS previously handled shush money for victims of sexual abuse by local Catholic priest in Christchurch.*12 The co-CEOs of Global party Stanley Fink has also have a mention for dodgy conservation work in Mozambique and are mentioned in the Paradise Papers for Tax evasion.*13 As is the case with Tory donor George Silvan Robinson and Alan Doyle ( an Australian conservative active in mining in both Africa Australia and Latin America) who are listed as partners in the Panama Papers listed South American Ferrous Metals.*14

Robinson is a member of the right wing Policy Exchange who lobbied for tighter Internet censorship against Muslim hate crimes.*15 Coming as the new Tory PM brother in law helped create a digital social credit system for China.*16 Another partner in SAFM, along with numerous carbon cash cow forestry firms, was the late South Canterbury dairy farm financier who partnered with Christchurch Foundation founder Allan Hubbard in several firms. *15.

This included South Canterbury Finance whose subsidiaries has numerous link to Israeli arms dealers and money laundering for Russian mobsters.*16 Such as Scales Trading & Mr Apples which was found guilty of laundering Russian Mafia money in a 1999 Privy Council ruling.*17 And why exactly was Mike Moore, the chairman of a Russian slush fund, used to bribe Western MPs,The Altimo Foundation which is also in the Paradise database. *18

Altimo founder Mikhail Friedman was also a partner of the oil Russian state owned firm VTB that partnered with Credit Suisse to try and bankrupt Mozambique, so it could force it to sell it water, Forrest, mineral and energy infrastructure.*19 As Russian European oil interest hired The Podesta Group. *20 Podesta Group in turn was run by Tony Podesta the brother of Obama’s chief of Staff. It would lobby for the Russian consortiums against US shale oil so it could keep US oil prices high and sell more of its own oil.*21 In Australia, representing Chevron Boeing Lockheed Martin, through the American Australian Council Podesta would target Australian Coal, funding climate Activism, to help ensure it likewise kept prices high for the benefit of its American rivals*22.

As a Chch MP, before becoming the Global Migration Pact architect, after being a WTO chairman and getting China into the WTO, Moore was famous for using gangs and skinheads to distract the NZ media and polarize the public, whenever Labor was caught in a scandal.*23 Like the time Chch future mayor Lianne Daziel was caught leaking documents on a Sri Lankan immigrant.*24 This however did little harm for her career, and she went on to be mayor of Chch and marry an old borstal boy and mate of Moore’s Rob Davidson.*25

Davidson also sponsored many children’s abuse charities (despite being married to an original suspect in the Peter Ellis Chch creche case). *26 In 2019 just weeks before the shooting Davidson was found giving access to the Mayor to Chinese investors wanting to buy up Chch precious aquifer water*27 . And likewise, donations from. Chinese businessmen, like NZ First donations, caught the eye of the SFO*28. Too bad that organisation has serious conflict of interest issues. Plagued ever since it original boss Warwick Reid, ex Hong Kong Magistrate, never made his first day on the job. As he was instead arrested as he was on the Triads pay role due to the 12 million dollar bribe he talk in relation to the high profile Carrian Fraud case.*29

The water bid came as academics at Lincoln University, including at least one victim of the shooting, became worried Canterbury rivers were being deeply polluted by dairy farming. *30 To the point only its aquifers would be a suitable source of drinking water. *31 Meanwhile the NZ government gave 56 million to North Canterbury farmers to chop down their tree and bring more cows to shit in North Canterbury water ways*32 While Waimakari Irrigation Ltd drilled more bores.*33 WIL directors include Russell Carmody whose brother Scott Carmody a Lincoln based cop coincidentally detained the Christchurch shooter as he fled the second mosque shooting*34.

And a similar situation would be unearthed in Waikato where the Waikato Regional council Strategic Planner was ex KGB scientist Alexander Kouzminov. The Russian spent a year visiting NZ’s top water sources, including Golden Bay Sam Creek (currently under threat from Oceania Gold backed Siren Gold whose lawyers is a director in Nelson’s incredibly privatized water industry), according to distiller Terry Knight. Kouzminov was also expert in biological weapons and water borne diseases. *35 And until 2014 Kouzminov was also an executive in Waiwera Thermal waters, a water bottling plant established as Waikato waters became increasingly poisoned by dairy farming and nitrate fertilizers used in Dairy and forestry*36. In both roles Kouzminov beat a drink driving charge due to his important work with “intelligence agencies”*37. Waiwera was part owned by Russian Oil magnate Mikhail Khimich*38.

However, Khimich was not the boss that would be Leon Fingerhut a Las Vegas Jew who partnered with a Los Angeles diamond broker Smolensk Diamonds LA, run by an ex-Marine and Department of Defense contractor*39

Khimich’s own role in the UN Food For Oil scandal not only raised the topic of corporate lobbyists bribing both sides of American politics but also brought up NZ’s own past ties to the Food For Oil scandal.*40 And it raise further questions about NZ First donations from pro-Israeli fractions and the role played by NZ First Election donor Ross Meurant, the author of the Syrian Connection and director in Prok Bank.*41

Prok was a Russian tax bank based in Vanuatu. *42 It had ties to Xado Ltd a South Canterbury Finance Scales House tenant that dabbled in Fishing scams, Israeli munition and components used in nuclear reactors.*43 Prok co director, which also included two ex KGB officers, Ian Robertson, ex NZ Dairy, was CEO of Vostok Immigration dealt in oil NZ butter and depleted uranium bullets. *44 Vostock would allegedly assist MFAT in their importation of NZ Dairy products to Iraq via Vina Milk a state-owned Vietnamese company. Mfat documents and WikiLeaks confirm NZ dairy products were shipped via Vina milk Vietnam but exonerate the New Zealand diary giant Fonterra*45 Though transparency international called the Wiston Peters probe a “whitewash” and we know his claims of a police investigation never took place after checking with NZ Police communications on this issue directly.

Nearly 80 percent of dairy goods used in the UN Aid project came from NZ shipped in via 23 firms. *46 22 of these were subsidiaries, as listed in the Volckner investigation, of HSA Yemen.*47 HSA is a firm run by members of the Muslim Brother hood terrorist organization* 48

Senate investigation concluded many of the Food For Oil program kickbacks disappeared into Russia or China. *46 As the program accounts were overseen by UN special envoy David Mace an accountant at Ernst & Young Hong Kong and a director in Bao Steel. Bao is a US Chinese conglomerate who’s subsidiary WellNet Holdings, which included numerous Chinese state-owned hedge funds, Fay Richwhite the tax cheats made famous due to the Wine Box inquiry and Prok Bank.*47 Mace had also worked on the Carrian Fraud case. *48

While in the book State Secrets I would write about Mace’s ties to Israel as I wrote about his chalet at Millbrook the luxury resort where he hosted Israeli delegates. Millbrook regularly hosts Five Eyes bosses and is linked to Las Vegas casino operator Graham Smolenski. *49 Smolenski’s partner was Iran Contra bag man Richard V Allen the former National Security Adviser to Ronald Regan who once was allegedly investigated by the CIA for donations made to the Nixon election campaign.* In 93 Millbrook hosted Russian delegates wanting to discuss their butter debt (by offering guns for butter).*50

In the 90s 2000s Millbrook also hosted the family of Indonesia dictator and Otago dairy farm owners (as Russian Oligarch also brought a dairy farm in Otago’ Canterbury) and a Thai PM fleeing corruption charge. *51 Both either received Food for Oil kickbacks or were involved in arms trafficking linked to the Russian Mafia*52.

In 1999 Millbrook hosted APEC 1999 among the guests who met Bill Clinton and Putin and China’s president was James Riady an Indonesian banker and Chinese intelligence asset. His bank was linked to money Laundering in Arkansas, while Clinton was president. Riady ended up making a plea deal on more than 23 illegal donations made to Clinton’s re-election campaign. *53 Much of that money trail can also be followed to Chicago’s nomination of Obama Barack while likewise raising the spectre of the Trump Soros financed Trump Tower and casino project Trump entered into with Chinese gangsters. *54

The consortium had also tried in the 90 to buy into NZ Australian casinos but Trump New Jersey Mafia ties kept them from investigating, at least directly.*55 Riady bank, like those linked to the Thai base arms operation, involving North Korean guns and Russian Antonov helped feed a river of dirty money that would inevitably end up in NY at the same banks JP Morgan, Citibank, HSCB, Deutsch Bank and Barclay. Banks that can be linked not just to Trump’s taxes, the Clinton Global Injustice, Epstein (as he wooed bankers, tech lords and scientist) but mass of highprofile charities. Those such as the Robin Hood Foundation which use celebrity gala and worthy causes to front corporate rorting and political bribery. Conducted on a biblical scandal by those who talk green as they poison our water and make the scarcity of drinkable water and breathable air an investment opportunity.

Wikileaks The Independent Inquiry Committee (IIC) in its October 27 report identified two New Zealand companies — Ecroyd Beekeeping Supplies Limited and JB Sales International Limited — as having supplied products under contracts that allegedly involved illicit fund transfers to the Saddam Hussein regime. The report also identified Vietnam Dairy Products Company as paying considerable kickbacks to the regime. The company purchased whole milk powder from the New Zealand dairy cooperative Fonterra, repackaged the product in Vietnam and then sold it to Iraq. At some point Fonterra became aware that its product was being repackaged in Vietnam and sent to Iraq. MFAT then sought and obtained an exemption from the Foreign Minister for indirect exports of whole milk powder to Iraq. The government investigation found no evidence that Fonterra was involved in or had knowledge of illicit payments to the Iraqi regime. Bilkey noted that the IIC report mentioned only the Vietnamese company, and not Fonterra.
