The photos above is a shot of the luxury yacht “No Comment” which I took on the 21/2/2018 Port Nelson the boat is called the No Comment – so it was not just private jets with odd political connections that have being flying into the South en-mass, in recent months, but luxury yacht too. The 7.9 million yacht website shows the boat has all the toys and is in the Marlborough Sounds as part of a tour season.
2023 Update it is in fact owned by Sir Peter Talley to understand the significance of the name see Concerns over secret fisheries donations to NZ First Foundation Peter rejected the TPPA ( as first promoted at the World economic Forum) until voted in then he embraced it claiming falsely the new TPPA (CPTPP) did not contain the dangerous Investment State Dispute Solutions that empower the billionaires keen to move into NZ to take control of our democracy and natural resources.
A day later I then got reports of two private jets, flying into Dunedin, previously used to fly Bill Clinton and his advanced secret service during APEC 1999 in Auckland. This was followed by yet even further reports of private jets tied to regular flights to Washington DC and Russia also flying into Nelson. In the same year I was able to confirm that more than 30 bankers and investors (including those from Goldman Sach’s and Nestles) had visited the South Island, meet with Ngai Tahu, Fonterra and Meridan, to explore it’s glacier water and green energy investment potential. One post which again the online censored seem to specifically object to.
2023 Update linked to Middle Eastern speculators who also where funders of the Clinton Foundation
This flurry of VIPs would all occur just as US President Obama met MPs and NZ top corporate executives at a private meeting where its believed National announced Chris Luxon would be the next PM after Jacinda Ardern. At the same black tie event details relating to American 20/20 presidential contenders and the TPPA would also be raised. Oddly none of the 35 MPs invited to this $1000 a head speech, including the US born Green MP Julien Ann Genter would themselves give any details of what the full specific of Obama meeting is. Or who exactly had paid for their $1000+ tickets. The event however was organised by the US NZ Council (the lobbying body set up to push the pro Obama TPPA initiative), the US Embassy, West Pac ANZ & Air NZ. The later two firms being companies that former New Zealand Prime Minister Sir John Key is now involved in.
Air NZ (who I suspect Luxton plan to sell of under his administration) , ANZ and bankers including Sir John Key, Chris Luxton and Craig Heatley (US NZ Chamber of Commerce – who also hosted Hillary Clintons visit to NZ the following month)), West Pac, where all heavily involved in organising this event. Luxon & Heatley in turn were known to be among those who would then have dinner with Obama while he was at luxury lodge The Landing along with Sir Peter Jackson (who simultaneously hosted Jacinda Ardern with a tour of Weta workshop the same week as Obama Jackson meeting), there partners and six others unnamed corporate big wigs. The landing cost around 13,000 a night.
2023 UP DATE: Its believed a similar event was held at Northland luxury lodge and gold course in 2022 rumors alleging this one involving Clark and Key and was orientated around proposed port sell and goal to move the North Island main port to Whangarei.
The Landing meeting comes as the has also being strong lobbying to allow privileged investors to buy up land in NZ like The Northland-born Peter Cooper, estimated by NBR to be worth $810 million, his real-estate and private-equity operations span New Zealand and the United States. Cooper spent 11 years as a lawyer, including a stint as partner at embattled law firm Russell McVeagh. He was formerly director of beer giant Lion Nathan. Peter Cooper, who spent 15 years in the USA in Texas (following the collapse of the stock market in the 1980’s), has in recent years donated $74 million to George Town University – sometimes known by its slang name ‘U-CIA’ due to it staggering connections to the USA military industrial complex. In 2013, not long after that donation, Sir John Key a NZ born banker who also spent years in the USA, made Cooper a companion of the order. Mr. Cooper would be awarded the University of Auckland Business School’s Outstanding Māori Business Leader Award in 2008. He brought the land in part for its historical connections namely it was “where Maori and Europeans first met and exchanged goods” he told travel writers last year.
Cooper is also behind New Zealand’s most ambitious fundraising campaign, setting a target of $300 million, to address critical issues facing Māori communities. Funds for the Auckland University project will go to research projects, academic fellowships, staff positions and student scholarships, aligned with specific campaign projects related to key issues and is backed by corporation and those with close ties to the National party and Shane Jones of NZ First ( close friend to former Chinese Belt Road promoter Billy Te Kaha of the NZPP -whose due for sentencing this year due to election fraud in 2020), including Sir Colin Giltrap, the late Sir Graeme Douglas and Lady Ngaire plus major international corporations including the increasingly troubled Price Waterhouse Cooper, a major auditor behind the calculation of New Zealand’s Greenhouse market.
In 2009 Postman Investigate (my now utterly social media banned page which has gone from 135,000 viewers a month to 0 a year) noted that Luxury yacht La Masquerade had visited NZ before heading to Hawaii where Obama and Key where on vacation at the same time. And where several investors where meeting to discuss the economic consequence of the Kyoto Protocol being signed. The La Masquerade was owned by Sir Robert Ogden, a coal magnate, who along with US energy provider Enron created the concept of “weather futures trading”. Weather future is what we now call Carbon Credits.
Price Waterhouse Cooper (the corporation Green leader James Shaw use to work for as a spin doctor, with his clients including Hong Kong Shang Hai Bank and Bayer Monsanto), whose credibility is internationally turning to mush along with many other major auditing firms who have misused their role as government consultants, prior to the signing told the government we would make 3 billion annually. After New Zealand signed it PWHC informed the government it had made a ” six-billion-dollar accounting error” and ooops NZ would lose 3 billion a year. Today 2/3 of NZ carbon credits are now owned by energy sector.
The meeting signified the first of several trips made by Key to USA where the PM appeared to be more concerned with impressing USA than impressing New Zealand. In 2015 I even sent John Key and Official Information act request asking him to clarify whether he held an American passport (holding dual citizenship is not illegal in either nation. But in the US a dual citizen may not hold office in any nation outside the USA). Sir Key’s Prime Minister office replied saying no one in that office could answer that question in an official capacity”.
The Luxury resort, where Obama Key and Heatley played golf, is owned by Julian Robert the so-called Wizard of Wall Street. Robertson made an honorary knight companion of the New Zealand Order by Key, who is among the billionaire wanting buying “bolt holes” to New Zealand. These super rich folks say Jacinda pending national law restricting foreigners from buying homes threatens to halt the region’s luxury economy boom and stem the influx of overseas billionaires.
Update 2023: Jacinda proposed but cancelled marriage to Clark (which never eventuated a fact the media has never commented on) was to be held at a resort at Cape Kidnappers. The luxury lodge is owned by Roberts Colleague John Griffin who managed the Robin Hood Foundation. This is where Jacinda worked at “soup kitchen” when she ended up in NY following her time promoting neoliberal policy for Tony Blair — that advanced the cause of big business. The foundation is single handily the biggest charity in NY offer ‘donors’ billion in tax rebates its service to the rich legendary. The reinstatement of the US into the TPPA, or similar ISSD based trade deals, would see the 11 suspended provision reactivated and end this prohibition on the rich and famous who want in to Fortress Aotearoa Bolt Hole and have being captivated by a large PR push driven namely under Key when he was Minister of Tourism (which Air New Zealand also benefited from) which sold NZ as play ground for the rich.
TVNZ conservative presenter Mike Hosking singled out Julian Robertson as why we should let the rich in “By the way, Julian and Mrs Robertson gave a chunk of their art collection to the Auckland Art Gallery, beautiful pieces including Picasso, but we wouldn’t want to let any of that get in the way of banning them would we”.
Will 33% of those donations can now be rebated due a law change made by John Key in 2008 where he made sure donations made by corporation got a higher rebate. The art gallery fund raiser was led by Phil Goff the Labour MP (Jacinda former boss) who crossed the floor giving National the votes it needed to push the TPPA through and who was made Mayor of Auckland some would say as a reward to his service to the rich and notorious. True or not that vote was Goff’s last act as an MP before he went on onto be Auckland’s big cheese having got the donations and funding support of big business first.
Expect more of this patronage of the rich and tax evading under Luxton as property prices go up in line with public asset sales and the rise of poverty.

BREAKING NEWS: US TROOPS LAND IN NZ. November 8th 2014
I have just discovered a major military exercise unfolding in New Plymouth involving 100 US marine and other foreign troops which began November 5th, 2014
“A C-130 Hercules landed at Bell Block’s, New Plymouth Airport on Monday 3rd November 2014 to deploy troops to ‘hunt insurgents’ in Whangamomona. The 140 soldiers who piled out of the rear of the aircraft are part of a large-scale military exercise, Kiwi Koru, that will invade Taranaki for the next month. The scenario involves soldiers aiming to restore peace between two fictitious nations, requiring them to secure civilian center’s before heading along the Forgotten World Highway to track down insurgents. Yesterday, soldiers secured the area, as if having arrived in a foreign country, and crouched with rifles at the ready as curious members of the public peered through the airport fence. The Royal New Zealand Air Force will work alongside the New Zealand Army and the United States Marine Corps during the exercise, with helicopters and the Hercules involved in troop and supply movement.”
Involving over 12oo personnel there has been to date zero mainstream coverage about this major military exercise involving American troops on NZ soil. Which is happening right now.
The observant watcher will note the uniform are different than they were nearly three years ago when we swapped jungle green for urban middle eastern dessert camouflage.

Operation Kiwi Koru; Here Come the Generals.
The current exercise in Taranaki is called Operation Kiwi Koru it’s
part of a series of training exercises held with the USA in NZ since 2012.
The first took place at Linton and involved around 50 US marine MP’s.
The next major one Southern Katipo was held in South Island involving 500 US marines also counter insurgency based. This coincided with raft of exercises involving NZ troops where we trained with US marine in amphibious operations in America, Australia and elsewhere. Most of this went unreported which seems odd in the context of importance kiwis place on our nuclear free status and the snub the US gave us for over a decade for daring to say no.
(I don’t usually use WSW but this was written sometime before John Key got all excited about ISIS and shows quite eloquently how well the script was prepared in advance)It’s around this time we changed our uniforms from jungle green to a camouflage color fitting for a Middle East and urban warfare theater.
This also fits with Operation Southern Reaper which was held circa 2012 and orientated around mass deployment of NZ forces to a Middle Eastern theater. This in addition to our military adopting a change in policy from training for peace keeping jungle warfare to one in which we train as marine based force for amphibious operations. This is despite not having the required aircraft and boats needed to conduct such type of warfare without being embedded into a much larger force to begin with. As far as can tell these are all marines from the US base in Hawaii where Key met Obama last year and NZ signed a memorandum of understanding with the US military in June following on from the Washington Agreement in 2010.
