“BlackRock bought New Zealand last week in an off balance-sheet transaction slated for repackaging as the first sovereign nation-specific exchange-traded fund. BR in fact own 90% of the USA media landscape including Disney and Warner own Stephen Colbert used to brand both Ardern and Key and sponsors of Disney Inclusivity summit guest speaker Ardern and director NicKy Cairo.
Cairo directed the movie Mulan a star at the inclusive Summit movie. Mulan which received New Zealand tax cuts was later found to have been supported by the Chinese state police who persecute may etic groups including Islamic Uighur and are thanked in the movie’s credits.
Cairo was to have directed Disney’s Christchurch Mosque shooting movie ‘They Are US’ (which no doubt would also receive tax credits) until New Zealand’s Islamic community objected to being used to make Ardern’s brand look good at their expense.
Both movie FX was to have been covered by Frame Store the branding agency who service Air New Zealand (formerly led by Chrois Luxton), the All Blacks, the Colbert Show and Lorde. Frame Store is own by Sir William Sargent. Sargent is the branding guru who mentored Ardern when she worked for Tony Blair’s Better Business Bureau promoting public private partnerships as part of Blair’s Neoliberal policies as shaped by the same Chicago School of Economics that gave us Enron, Fonterra and the increasingly suspect math upon which New Zealand’s, Price Waterhouse Cooper advised, carbon market is based upon.

In 2021 they received more than 6.1 million in funding from NZ on Air.

The government and BlackRock have announced a NZ$2 billion ($1.2 billion) fund that will provide access to greater pools of capital for New Zealand businesses to accelerate investment in green energy such as solar, wind, green hydrogen and battery storage. “BlackRock to create a new $2 billion fund for renewable energy, conspiracy theorists once again took to their keyboards”.The intensity of claims were such that BlackRock debuted an ad campaign in the USA to explain who it was and what it does, to combat “misinformation and the conspiracy theories.”
2023: The chairman of a U.S. congressional committee on China held out the possibility on Thursday of subpoenas for executives from asset management firm BlackRock and index provider MSCI if they do not provide “fulsome” answers about investments in blacklisted Chinese companies. The House of Representatives select committee on competing with China said on Tuesday it was investigating BlackRock (BLK.N) and MSCI (MSCI.N) for facilitating the flow of American capital into companies the U.S. government has found guilty of fueling China’s military advancement or human rights abuses “They’re not just run of the mill companies. We’re talking about companies that build the J-20 fighter jet, artillery shells for the PLA, they develop software to surveil Uyghurs,” said Raja Krishnamoorthi said, Representative Raja Krishnamoorthi, the top Democrat on the Republican-led panel, said, using an abbreviation for China’s People’s Liberation Army.
The New York-based asset management titan BlackRock also confirmed it held about 202 million Hong Kong-listed shares in China Shenhua Energy, the world’s largest thermal coal producer, worth approximately $474 million at current prices. About 1 million of these shares are held by BlackRock’s Australian arm. BlackRock is the world’s second-biggest investor in fossil energy, and the largest financial firm investor in coal developers.

Radio America, I mean Radio New Zealand recently reported “A small but growing number of government tenders here specify a preference for Microsoft or Amazon Web Services (AWS) systems, products or services. Only those two US firms have special memorandum of understanding (MOU) deals with the government, and ministers have all but ordered all their agencies to use such off-site cloud computing from private firms.”

Cribb (John Victor Evans’ business associate) famed for his role in the Maori loans affair. WC added that Cribb had not only been in Japan meeting with McDonnell Douglas but that the deal had not gone through when the SIS, or David Lange, informed McDonnell Douglas not to
employ Cribb and to keep their information systems the hell out of NZ. On the latter, this cannot be established. Yet Cribb had certainly been in Japan where he was under surveillance by NZ embassy staff, as Lange himself admitted to Parliament in 1987. During this time Japan itself was sucked into an investigation by the US Justice Department into McDonnell Douglas, in what Wellington’s Evening Post (22nd June 1988) described as the “largest crack down on
weapons procurement fraud in Pentagon history”. Yet McDonnell Douglas was not alone. In 1987 WC had received a list of companies operating within NZ said to be close to the CIA. Amongst this list was Control Data Corp (CDC). WC found that the firm, originally stationed at 53 Boulcott St (next door to 49) had first been gobbled up by National Advance Systems – only to reappear via Australian based firm Control Data FIS, where its work was confined to
the “forex exchange”. My own search would alternatively have CDC located at both 57
Willis St in the same building as the National Party Headquarters, as Control Data New Zealand Pty Ltd C/o Gilfillan Morris & Co and at156 Willis St, across the road from the Labour Party Headquarters”.
Nor i was the only one to see the wrting on the wall. Computer Games” is a song by New Zealand band Mi-Sex, released in September 1979 in Australia and New Zealand as the second single from their debut studio album, Graffiti Crimes (1979). US Panama invasion force leader General Max Thurman (retired), Robert Gates – yet another former head of the NSA, and another former Secretary of Defence William Perry (who also manages the facility known as Area 51, for yet another private firm), plus John Deutch
former Science Department adviser and former CIA boss. In addition, you’ll find this nest of spooks firmly roosting in SAIC Ltd – Scientific Application International Corporation San Diego USA. SAIC was no less dodgy than CDC. As of 10 February 1995, SAIC was under 10 felony charges for fraud relating to the management of a super fund established for the purposes of cleaning up a toxic site. SAIC also faced civil legal suits in regard to its breach of terms in relation to F-15 fighter contracts. But the real significance of SAIC to most readers will be its ownership of Network Solutions Inc, the company in charge of assigning Internet domain names like http://www.howlingatthemoon.com. Given the huge number of people using the Internet, SAIC potentially could locate many of those users thanks to its enormous database. What an intelligence agent’s dream. SAIC contracts included the re-engineering of an information system at the Pentagon, the creation of a fingerprint identification system, and
the design and creation of a national criminal history data base, as Stephen Pizzo, the co-author of Inside Job: the looting of America’s Savings and Loans reported”.
Control data Corporation is not the only service to have questions over it regarding its ability to compromise security at the heart of government. In 2016 former Datacom, the firm which previously oversaw parliamentary communication and mp black berries, worker tasked with securing iPhones and iPads at Parliament was found to be stealing them to pay for his methamphetamine habit which he also dealt inside the Beehive. Andrew Tolo, who is now listed as a hairdresser and retains an exclusive cliental of MP and former MPs, worked at the Datacom service desk based at Parliament in Bowen House in Wellington. Devices were returned to him to be repaired or upgraded and then held in a locked cabinet. However, those devices where later sold to an associate of Tolo – also listed as a director in JLA Properties Limited, a property development firm. The press asked no question as to what happened to the data stored of the stolen devices in Wellington as the press reports avoided the glaring issue that Tolo, who held a security sensitive job, was running a meth syndicate within parliament grounds.
Datacom was shortly after found to be at the center of spying scandal in which journalist data was used to attempt to identify a whistle blower (who revealed the GCSB was indeed involved in mass surveillance contrary to John key claims). In 2023 Datacom was replaced by Spark as its new information, systems and technology partner. Datacom replacement was listed on the grounds of “chronic service issues” from outsourced IT user support. Parliamentary Service stated it would be pushing ahead with a transition to cloud services as is the rule with New Zealand universities and national institutions such as the national archives. A state of affair which not only mean records stored digitally are subject to being compromised or manipulated but leaves questions in a post TPPA (CPTPP) world regarding who own the intellectual information stored on such offshore systems.
In 2021 Thirty-five people were arrested, 900 charges laid and $3.7 million in assets seized during a major police operation targeting organized crime in New Zealand. Part of the operation saw mobsters including Northland based syndicate linked to a half billion-dollar p seizure tricked into communicating on an application operated by the FBI. While the gangsters thought their conversations about alleged murder plots and drug crimes were secret, in reality, they were being watched by authorities. Will that is part of the story the other part is the sting (initiate by the same Australian Federal Police cell who took down the 1980 Mr Asia heroin ring) began with the turning of Phantom Secure a Canadian company that provided modified secure mobile phones, which were equipped with a remotely operated kill switch. While the majority of Phantom Secure where drug dealers and hit men it also included intelligence agents (see the Cameron Ortis scandal), bankers and politicians who all used black berries similar to those issues to the Wellington M.P.s via Datacom. Internationally, the sting operation was referred to as Operation Trojan Shield. The New Zealand phase referred to as Operation Spyglass.
On the surface this sounds; like good news but let take a deeper dive. Turns out Datacom not as deeply in the dog box as it looks.
Spark and Datacom are partnering up to give former inmates a new start working in IT as part of program called Take2. Take 2 in fact trains hackers Take2 former inmates recently won Datacomp 2022 a hacking competition. Meanwhile Spark is close partner to Kordia the government own IT corporation run by corporate lobbyist who’s subsidiary Auro is hiring ex MI6 psychologist (specializing in “motivational psychology aka knowing how to trigger set reaction in mass populations) and US military online social engineers (brain washing society via manipulating algorithms). What could possibly go wrong.
